The second lunges for Rhewi, who is actually three feet away from where he was aiming,

And the last one tries to go after Hopper, before being yelled at by Chopper:

That seems wrong. how is that even possible? they both save in exactly the same way, they spread their arms and face the wind.

Rhenwi Enaid slips forward and plunges her rapier into one of the foe with outspread arms, followed up with a short sword thrust and Sneak Attack.

Off Hand Attack: 24 Damage: 5

Well, maybe she just tickles them.

 They are standing right there... in the middle of the gust of wind spell that Nerra cast. Plus, this makes it more dramatic.

And while one of the guards attacks Rhewi, the other goes after Nerra, though unable to reach her due to the ferocious winds.

Keeping her wind blasting at the two enemies, Nerra pulls out her ICER and shoots at one of them...

Hit or miss, both need to make a DC 13 STR save or be shoved 15 feet away from Nerra.

She will then use her bonus action to do a telekenetic shove. Another DC 13 STR save or be shoved 5 feet away from Nerra. (Trying to get as many as possible off the edge of the cliff.)

You instead hit his prosthetic, as Tetch aims at one of the guards inside the gust and orders R-1 to shove the other off.

Shoves the other guard off.

Looking around and seeing himself grossly outnumbered, Chopper runs into the woods, and disappears.

"I think we made enough noise here..." Nerra says as she looks around. "Likely better to just let him go."

"Yeah, let's make ourselves scarce."

"Alright, let's get out. Tetch, where to?"

"Back to HQ I guess... who's that?"

Out of the woods emerges a slightly breathless elf.
