Round Two: Mr. Fists Harpy 2 Sunshine and Telias Harpy 1 Verdan and Nalla
Mr. Fists is up. Your movement takes you just to the top of the ladder. You see two harpies flapping their wings and hovering about twenty feet up in the air. You have no movement left, but still have your action.

Mr Fists's bolt hits the harpy, but the song continues.
Telias, the harpy seems to notice that you have pulled out of the trance, and dives in to attack you, clawed feet outstretched and with a club in her hands:
Claw Attack: 14 Damage: 7 Club Attack: 15 Damage: 4
The song is temporarily interrupted by a squawk of frustration, but immediately resumes. She flies back up to where she was, and out of melee range; you can make an Opportunity Attack as she leaves if you wish.
Sunshine, you spend your turn enthralled by the song, but can now repeat the WIS save to snap out of it.
Telias is up. The harpy is once again 20 feet about you.

Telias swings out at the harpy before tapping the end of his staff on the deck. Two points of green energy appear. One swirls up and around Sunshine, warding them from harm. Sanctuary The other lances up and burns an arch into the harpy's chest. (Channel Divinity: Path to the Grave)

Telias, you hit the creature as it flies out of your range; she turns her head and hisses momentarily, before resuming her song.
The other harpy is attacking the crew; it seems to have killed one man already and hurt one other, quite badly.
Verdan and Nalla are up. You do nothing, but at the end of your turn you can both make WIS saving throws to try to escape the harpy's charm, as can Sunshine from her turn.
Now, Sunshine can appreciate a good song. She can even appreciate a harpy - from afar. Being enchanted by one? Nope. As she finally manages to shake the siren song off, she snarls and draws her daggers.
WIS Save: 1
Sunshine remains enthralled. Completely captivated.

Mr. Fists will put away his crossbow move past one of the sailors and make it to Harpy No. 1 and attack.

For a bonus action, he'll use a Ki point to use Flurry of Blows for two more unarmed attacks.

Mr. Fists, the harpy squawks with anger as you arrive, putting up a much better fight than the crew with two solid hits.
Harpy 2 meanwhile dives down to attack Telias again.

This time she remains where she is, in melee range, ready to fight you all.
Sunshine and Telias, free from the harpy's song, you're up.
Telias swings out with his staff again. "Return to the earth, foul creature."

First dagger is dodged, but the second finds a vein in this strange creature. The harpy takes 6 points of damage.

A claw slices across your feathers, drawing some blood, but nothing too bad.
Verdan is up. Nalla, you can attempt the saving throw again.
Finally shaking off the wiles of the harpy, Verdan whispers toward Harpy 2,
"You have no business here, return from whence you came."
The whispers seem to multiply as the leave the half-elf's lips becoming a cacophony of whispers surrounding the creature.
Dissonant Whispers on Harpy 2. (DC13 WIS Save) On failed save, 10 and the creature moves half its movement away. Half damage on successful save.

That's true. Also, Harpy 2 now moves away, and anyone nearby with a reaction can take an Opportunity Attack.
