"Too bad, it would have been nice to have another source on the Diamonddews." Vaden says to Praeda. "What brings you to this far north?" He removes the book from atop the table, slipping it down next to his chair on the floor, then picks up his wine glass to take a sip as he waits for Praeda's answer.
"Villages are good business," Praeda says, smiling.

Suddenly the doors to the cosy Inn swings open, a dark silhouette ominously standing in the rain pouring outside.
"Well this was a dreary place, didn´t I just hear lovely music coming from this place?" A young handsome man enters, his short dark hair, tailored blue coat and white shirt all wet coming in from the rain.
He quickly scans the common room, noting several interesting persons, and then walks over to the bar, dropping a light backpack like expecting someone to bring it to his room. "Innkeeper, I am Sir Myles Oberon...yes of the Oberons of Baldurs gate...I think you have a reservation...no...well just give me a room then, with a bath. And a hot meal, and a bottle of your best wine." He puts down 4 gold pieces on the counter. "Also Innkeeper, something must be done about the roads around these parts, I had the most atrocious coach ride here."
He then notes the half-elven bard and walks over to her. "Please tell me you are not done for tonight, I would be devastated if you were, I haven´t had descent entertainment for a fortnight. Just one song dearest." He puts down another gold piece in front of her.

"I'm searching for knowledge, too, in a way," Kralog says to Vaden. "The knowledge of how to destroy my enemies."

"Well the table is starting to get a bit crowded, but pull up a chair and tell us your story." Vaden says to Kralog as he nods to the second-to-last chair at their table. He looks up as the door opens and the man from Baldur's Gate enters. Vaden nearly chuckles as he sees the man tossing around coin as if it were going to grow on trees. Even with a title as he seemed to have, his family was a long way away right now, and this place wasn't going to be easy for them to send money his way if he ran out. he kept his thought to himself though, glancing over the four people who now sat around his table. "So, what are your plans for the future?" He asked them with a raised eyebrow. "Do you plan to search the forlorn hills around here, seek out ancient ruins, or simply sit here in this lovely tavern and see what stumbles in?"
Dera looks at Loyal with a slightly stunned look on her face, "Oh, I'm sorry. My lute isn't for sale." She holds it with two hands in a protective hug.
After a moment she relaxes her grip and adds, "I do remember a story about Vrexnus if you would like to hear it?"

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."

Kralog glances over at the chair. "I don't feel like paying for a replacement. My story's not a long one. I was born in the mountains not too far from here, I was exiled from my tribe when I was twelve, I joined the Lord's Alliance, and now I'm here. How about you?"

Evre smiles at the Bard- “That is wonderful Dera, that you have heard tales of him! Please do tell us what you have heard”
to the nobleman she smiles and says “Welcome, Sir Oberman. You grace us simple folk with your presence.” (if her knowledge check reveals more she will add to what she says)
Sir Myles turns to Evre"Well it´s Oberon actually milady, but you can call me Myles, and I find nothing simple about you or your company my dear, I´ll be glad to join you, haven´t had this nice of a company for weeks now. I didn´t catch your name though." As he says that he extends his hand toward the beautiful young woman.
Sir Myles then turns to Praeda "Yes very rural to me I admit, but I am just a traveller trying to find adventure in my otherwise rather uninteresting life I´m afraid." Sir Myles then grabs a chair and sits down by the two ladies.
Evre smiles at the nobleman, and says “it is a pleasure to meet you, Myles. Certainly you are more than welcome to join us. We were just noticing what a good but strange coincidence all of us arrived here on this night. What brings you here?”
"Well I don´t really have any plans other than to see the world while I´m still young milady. What about yourself, having a wizards convention are we?"A warm smile on his face.

"There's nothing up here in the mountains for people who don't know how to look. You won't see much excitement here."
"Oh but I see a lot of excitement in this room alone, nevermind the treasures surely hidden in these mountains." Sir Myles answers Praeda "What business brings you here milady?"

"There won't be too much to find up there. And business is my business."
"Oh, apologies milady, I didn´t mean to get too personal, that was rude of me, but in my defense you just asked me what brought me here, and I was just trying to make a polite and pleasant conversation. Another subject perhaps then?"

"Oh, you are too modest I´m sure. I have some contacts, not in these parts admittedly, that could be of help in any business enterprise you might have. I would be glad to help out if I could milady. What can you tell me of the others, you are more here tonight than I expected."
