Lilly indeed commented on every finding with brief description of what is what and how it works. "Look! Gwaeron's blessing!" She dived into the grass on the side of the road only to emerge back with eight deep yellow round berries in her hand, demonstrating them to everyone. "I mean, it's goldenberries, or here they call them Phandalin Berries, but the point is, you can eat one - and then you are not hungry for the day!"
She was about to realize that experienced travelers around her could know more about those berries, when Artemis's voice made her jump. "Aw, you made me loose one!"She stashed the rest glanced around if the lost one is still visible in the thick grass, and harried to the old man. "What did you see?"Lilly stared in the pointed direction trying to figure out what could warrant such a commotion.
On the two hour long trek, Demetrios was sure to scan over the others every now and again to gauge how everyone was feeling and if a possible break was needed. He wanted to ensure that everyone would be at their peak in case they ran into anything on their journey to the hill. Thankfully, with the chatter going on about, and some good navigating skills, the time practically flew by as now cognac hues gazed towards Umbrage Hill.
"We're almost there everyone,"The paladin notifies, pleased. "We might be able to..." He trails off when he notices everyone looking everywhere else but their destination, then when Lilly pipes up, he tilts his head and looks around himself.

As intriguing and alluring as the waddling bush 'Arty' may be, the party might have much bigger problems on the horizon. Demetrios and KD could assure them of that.
DC15:It looked right at you. It definitely knows you're there. And there's a woman in the window!
Built on the slope of Umbrage Hill is an old stone windmill surrounded by an iron fence. A large winged monster with a spiky tail turns it's attention back to trying to knock down the windmill’s front door. A woman appears in a second-floor window, waving frantically in your direction.
Nature Check (So much excitement!)
Roll Call: Anyone who's not Onu Choice: Bushes or the Hill
Oops, and Nature for the mimicry of Arty's voice, etc. : 14
"Wait just a minute now, I've heard of this... it's a crow! No, that's not right. What'ya call those blasted birds that repeat what ya say? A Raven, that's it! Wait, is that the same as a crow? Damn Raven's been following us all the way from town."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Demetrios' eyes locked immediately onto the woman in the window the moment he glanced over the creature, ultimately worrying about her safety above all else. She seemed to be okay for now, but with the beast banging down on the front door, it may not stay that way for long. As he unsheathes his blade, the paladin takes another look over the creature to try to assess exactly what it was.
Nature: 12
He wasn't exactly a beast expert, and his brows furrowed in frustration when he couldn't decipher what it was. "I think we have bigger problems than a raven now, everyone."He grimaces, pointing towards the beast. "Does anyone have a way to distract that thing to get it away from the windmill?"

Sliding up behind KD, Onu casts his voice so only she can hear 'Well, then we've certainly found some adventure, haven't we my friend'. Got anything in that bag of tricks of yours to help?'
"But isn't it curious that a raven would..." Artemis turns to look at what Demetrios is pointing at and immediately drops the chatter about the raven. "Well, would you look at that."
(Already made my Nature check on the raven. Anyone else have a shot?)
KD's eyes narrow as she takes in the sight of the creature attacking the tower. They then narrow again when Onu talks about adventure. "You know how I feel about that word. But yes, I think it's spotted us, and we don't have much choice."KD says more quietly, and then speaks up a bit louder to the rest of the group. "I can shoot some fire when we get within 120 feet. It's spotted us. Let's look for some cover between there and here and get its attention and then we can see what we're capable of. Maybe we'll get lucky and it'll get scared off, or maybe it'll come at us. Ready?"
KD looks for cover, and tries to get within 120 feet behind a rock or a tree, and prepares a fire bolt for when the creature's within 120 feet.
"Get what thing away?" Lilly squinted at the mill ahead only now realizing there is something odd about it. "Yondalla's breath, what is it?! Oh! That poor woman! She is trapped!"The information could be obvious but Lilly had to say out loud to believe her own eyes. But if anything, Longfoots were known for their unshakable stubbornness selfconfidence and Lilly was not going to let all her numerous ancestors down. (Also, that was the way of adventurers, right?) "Yes, let's distract it!" The girl suddenly put two fingers in her mouth and made an ear-piercingly loud whistle. "Hey, you,"yelled she waving her hand, "over here!" After that Lilly dived into the tall grass around.
As Lily whistled loudly and then dove away, Onu found himself caught flat-footed. An unusual state of affairs to be sure.
So he did the only thing he could think to do: he strolled forward, his walking stick flashing as its metal cap caught the sunlight.
'Ho there! I say! Rather rude aren't you?'
Despite his casual banter and calm exterior, the well-dressed half-elf was ready for the inevitable response of this monstrosity, trusting to his reflexes to keep him safe.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
KD cocks her head to the side at Lily's reaction, and then raises her right arm, pulling up her sleeve with her left arm, revealing some bit of metal that seems a bit more than armor. The metal's rusted and pitted but something at the end still glints in the sun. She holds up the arm and a fire bolt erupts from a tube of some kind, aiming for the creature menacing the windmill.
Fire Bolt Attack: 7 Damage: 3
She then moves forward into the tall grass and tries her best to get out of sight, away from Lily.
Seeing the various ways the others had come up with in grabbing the beasts attention gets Demetrios to look at the camera like he's on the office commend their creativity. To add to the noises, he begins to bang the hilt of his sword on his shield, ready to dodge if needed!

"My aren't you all the eager bunch..." remarks Artemis, mostly to himself, as the others all move forward and taunt the winged creature. He readies the quarterstaff that had been his walking stick and moves in to back up Demetrios. (Dodge if an action is needed before I post again.)
The field opening is vast and without much opportunity for cover. There are no large rocks around. Only grass. And up atop the hill by the windmill, the winged creature maintains its position by the door. It was quite intent on finding its way inside considering there was trapped prey ready to play with. Though, Lilly’s efforts to try to get it’s attention did not go completely unrecognized. In fact, the creature did pause briefly to look in the groups direction once again.

Lilly added more than just a whistle to the creature distraction! Or at least she tried to (hoping the distance between her and the others - she did move aside! - is enough for the safer attempt).
