There are some rocks flanking your position, so you would definitely be able to get within 80 ft to the camp if you stay close to the rocks. Could I get a stealth check if you are sneaking up to the rocks?
@Inglenook
The kobold hears the whisper and spins around with eyes wide to the cultists. He sees them huddled up and screams: "Chicken is for kobolds, too!! I will tell the boss, and we will kill you if you try anything!!" The cultists break their huddle and one says, "What are you talking about!?" Another says, "Maybe we should be rid of these stinking kobolds!" They start intimidating each other, but a fight has not broken out between the two sides...yet.
Then, as the party approaches, the illusion catches the attention of the cultists and the kobolds, and they are looking in the opposite direction of the party toward the phantom sounds of a phantom army.
(Attackers may roll for initiative plus declare actions, and the raiders are surprised: they will not take any actions this turn!)

As the enemy is distracted, Travis, bearing the shield of Greenrest and his longsword, charges headlong toward them. He says nothing, hoping they remain fooled by the illusion.

Initiative 20
The professor moves closer to the camp in order to make his voice come from the northern side. As he passes by he whispers to Travis “You’ve got this! These cultists and kobolds are nothing compared to that Dragonborn!” Bonus Action: Bardic inspiration.
Taking a cue from Inglenook, the professor uses his own minor illusion to create the shouting voice of captain Nighthill coming from the South “For Greenrest! We’ve got them surrounded, charge!”
Cale deftly blends into his surroundings behind the rocks and no one notices.
The raiders are not sure what is happening at first, and although Kiari's arrow misses,, the gnome's shot rings through the air and is sticking out of the cultist's shoulder.
Two kobolds are terrified and flee with the chaos. The rest stay and they brace for Travis' charge leaping into attack!
Initiative rolls:
Cunning Cultist 4
Crafty Cultist 7
Careful Cultist 7
Crazed Cultist 3
Karen Kobold 18
Kent Kobold 10
Kory Kobold 12
Kurt Kobold 20
(Cale can attack before we start this round, too)
(edit: Kay and Kurtis Kobold are running away. They want nothing to do with this, so I took away their rolls).
Cale's surprise shot and Inglenook's earlier attack are enough to take out the Cunning Cultist!
Order of attack is: The Professor-20, Cale-18, Karen Kobold-18, Kurt Kobold-15, Careful Cultist-14, Crafty Cultist-13, Kent Kobold-12, Crazed Cultist-11, Kiari-9, Inglenook-8, Kory Kobold-3, Travis-2
(I'll take Taddeus' action next and then double checking to see if Cale was aiming for the fleeing Kobolds)
From his hiding place behind the rock, Cale gets advantage and with a sneaky attack, he fells one of the running Kobolds with an arrow right in the back of the head! Only one runner left.
(Thaddeus and Cale are up next in initiative and then I'll roll for the monsters)

Kirari points at the other fleeing Kobold gesturing as necrotic energy fills the air she whispers, "Death has come for you." toll the dead2 @DM
If already injured at all its 1d12 but I don't believe this one was. Spell desc - You point at one creature you can see within range, and the sound of a dolorous bell fills the air around it for a moment. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 1d8 necrotic damage. If the target is missing any of its hit points, it instead takes 1d12 necrotic damage. Save Vs Wis 12 - success is no damage.
Inglenook takes a slingshot to the head, feeling a little dizzy and he rummages into his pocket.
He pulls out a silver orb that he throws into the mix of cultists and koboblds. (the spell has a 20 ft cube so I would like to avoid any friendlies but get as many of the enemy group as possible). A green light explodes and coats the enemies in a haze of light that makes them glow.
Faerie Fire
Each object in a 20-foot cube within range is outlined in blue, green, or violet light (your choice). Any creature in the area when the spell is cast is also outlined in light if it fails a Dexterity saving throw. For the duration, objects and affected creatures shed dim light in a 10-foot radius.
Any attack roll against an affected creature or object has advantage if the attacker can see it, and the affected creature or object can't benefit from being invisible.
The professor slings his light crossbow from over his shoulder and takes aim at the nearest cultist. He thinks to himself as he aims, recalling all the lessons he’s given on proper stance and aiming techniques. All the lessons he’s given based on theory but never practiced himself. “Ok, big breath in, hold it before you aim. Let the release happen slow and smooth.”17 attack for 6 piercing damage.

The professor's aim is true, and he takes out Kory Kobold! A bolt sticks out right between its eyes!
As we saw earlier, Cale took out a runner.
Karen hits the prof for 4 damage
Kurt misses Travis
Careful hits Kiari for 5 damage
Crafty hits Inglenook for 6 damage
KENT misses Travis!
Crazed misses Kiari!
(Since Thaddeus got the Kobold, I'll process Kiari for one of the other Kobolds)

Kirari draws her crossbow and moves forward with the others, targeting one of the cultists.
Spotting the outcropping of rocks, Cale shifts over as smoothly as he can.

As the enemy is distracted, Travis, bearing the shield of Greenrest and his longsword, charges headlong toward them. He says nothing, hoping they remain fooled by the illusion.

In their distracted state, Inglenook loads and fires a crossbow at one of the cultists from distance.
