Ludolf shakes his head to the mummified cat, then giving Triäsa an apologetic look. "I have some powers I can make use of still I think, but I will of course bow to the decision of the team."
"Give me a knife and a pot lid and I will make the best of it."Daventry nods. "At very least Pardot can turn into something that can climb out of here and find a way to unlock this. Or..." She looks to Ludolf, "Can you bamf Edgar out there?" She snaps her fingers.
To Dandelion, "That wasteland has haunted my dreams since I became... Me. This me. And I've found naught to help puzzle it out. I thought I was blessed by Sune but I'm not so sure anymore."
"I think I can bamfmyself out of here actually, but I want us to have more of a plan before trying that."Ludolf says with a nod to Daventry. "If we get out of here, what then?"He adds looking at the others, and the mummified cat.
"If you can help two of us free from this... affliction..."Pardot says, looking to his hands, "Will the others be able get rid themselves of it later?"
Dandelion listens carefully and seems to ponder all your words carefully. First, she looks to Daventry, "You speak of Nodens and the Dreamlands. I have little doubt that you are a Dreamer... It is rare among your kind to have such an ability... You are, however, oblivious to it's power. Explore your dreams... you'll find their meaning but be careful just like the Waking World, the Dreamlands are fraught with peril and unless all of you can willingly travel there it doesn't help your current predicament."
She takes a bit of a less serious tone as she looks to the rest of you, "I can open the door don't waste your limited energy with such a menial task. As for the brands, they are powerful, but still a simple curse and can be removed like any other curse. It may also fade in time though I am less certain in that. Your hypothesis regarding somatic movements is a good one though again I do not know the answer with certainty."

"A Dreamer... I've been called that before, by Nodens. If we get out of here, I would love for you to explain everything in all the detail you can spare..."
Daventry looks around at the dank cell.
"Right. Well, naught but death in a fancy dress awaits us here... I'd love to find our stuff, if we can."She looks to Ludolf, then Triasa, then finally Pardot. "These silk gowns leave nothing to the imagination, not that we haven't seen it all before..."
Looking at the cat, "But I'd love to leave alive, even more."
"Break the bonds of Pardot and Triäsa. They can restore our strength if we falter. Ludolf, hope you're good on tricks up your sleeves. Or... well... you don't have any sleeves on right now, but you know what I mean."
"What is all this with Nodens and Dreamers, Daventry? Not that this is the time to talk." Triäsa gives her friend a questioning look. "I guess I haven't been paying much attention. But anyhow, do you have an opinion on who should have the brand removed Pardot? I guess it's sounding like me and you." She then turns back to Dandelion, "And then what's next? We get out of here, but where is here?"
"Yes, and what do we do once we go out that door. Finding our gear should be a priority I suppose, saving innocents too, but as I take it there would be no point in seeking another confrontation with this avatar, so I suppose we should simply try to find a way back to the Dog's Ear then?" Ludolf says, looking at the others for more planning ahead. "Is there anything more you can tell us about where we are, about this place and what we will find once we leave this cell?" He turns and asks the mummified cat.
"Feel free to save anyone you want but my job is to get you out of here in one piece, that means avoid the Avatar. If we run into him I'll stall him. You all must survive, Bestet's orders."The cat looks at all of you, "I am not sure how big this place is... I came in through Dreamlands not far from this cell so I don't actually know how to get out. I do know this place is on the river just North of the village. When you get out follow the river back to the village, your on your own from there. Now two of you, hands out let's get that pesky curse off two of you." Dandelion waits patiently for your decision.
The cat mummy nods as Pardot and Triäsa hold their hands out. The cat closes her undead eyes as the amulet around it's neck glows a soft red. First Pardot then Triäsa, you both a refreshing, cleansing warmth over your hands that spreads throughout your body. Within seconds the brand fades from your palms. "Well that's step one. Now do try and be quiet..." In a rather impressive display of dexterity Dandelion leaps nimbly from the floor up and between the bars in the window to the other side. A few moments pass and you hear the satisfying clunk of the door unlocking.
Go ahead and make any other preparations you'd like and roll stealth with your next post. What is your marching order, not including Dandelion. Pardot has the highest perception so he can roll for the group as you explore. If there is ever anything specific you want to examine or investigate go ahead make those rolls as you post.
When you make your way out you find the hallway is very dimly lit but a few torches along the walls. The corridor head to the north and south and then bends back to the west in both directions. There appears to be another cell along the hallway to the North.

Taking a moment to fully appreciate the feeling of mental and spiritual freedom now that the curse has lifted, Pardot looks to the others, and then begins to follow the ancient feline, himself almost on all fours, prowling as he's done with Pockets. First though he goes to Ludolf and places a hand on the old man's hands and the curse, saying, "We'll remove this soon, until then feel guidance from a different source to help you walk quietly." He then walks forward, peering out the door ready to follow the cat.
((quick retcon! but don't want to mess with the [not great] rolls above))
After the curse is removed, while appreciating the feeling of freedom, asks the others to wait just a minute and ritually casts detect magic so that he may hopefully note any traps or dangers (or maybe their gear?) as they begin their escape.

Dandelion's amulet is almost blindingly full of magic while the rest of her mummified body glows more softly. The curse on Ludolf's hands also glows with power. Otherwise you do not sense anything at the moment. Dandelion looks at the group with a cat shrug, "Your guess is as good as mine, pick a direction. I'll stick to the shadows."

Triäsa looks relieved when Dandelion removes the curse and the brands fade. She looks over at Ludolf a bit worriedly, but doesn't say anything. While waiting for Pardot to complete the ritual she will take the time to look about the place. She looks to see if there might be anything useful lying about (such as possible spell material component items).
Once ready, she follows close behind Daventry, although she hesitates to make sure Ludolf follows along as well. Quietly she responds, "I'd say check out the cell."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ludolf nods in appreciation of Pardot's magical guidance and then smiles reassuringly at Triäsa, following the young half-elven bard. "Yes, check the cell please, it may just hold our gear. As much as you all look lovely in these white silken gowns I personally would much prefer my own suit." He says, seeming quite annoyed over his present attire.

(Suggested marching order: Par, Dav, Tri, Lud and Dan :-)
As silently as possible your creep down the hallway. The shadows dance along the walls but as best you can tell, your presence is unnoticed. The corridor is very quiet as you get close to the more northern cell on the right. Through the small barred window you see sitting alone is a middle aged human male in He has leathery skin, and his black hair and short-cropped beard are streaked with gray. He wears a breastplate of thick hide over his white robes. His left arm ends in a stump just below the elbow, a well placed bandage is stained with blood. The man sits on the floor in a corner with his knees pulled up either unaware or uncaring of your presence. Similar to your prison this cell is barred with a heavy wooden plank.
Past the cell the corridor continues to the west and ends in a set of large double doors.
