Rhogarr - You may, what is your intent with the check?
To see if I know what I need to do to either help Ankita shake the poison or somehow leach it into myself (or just to see if I know what we as a group need to do to help Ankita find an antidote/what it might be). I feel like having poison resistance might help me understand the nature of the poison even if I've never been exposed before. Is that enough for a medicine check? Or should I make another type given that I have no medical background?
Rhogarr - Despite the failed Medicine check, with what information you can recall about poisons, counter-acting them, and your own skills, you're confident that using Lay on Hands you can expend 5 hit points from your pool of healing to cure Ankita of the poison. Alternatively, without a spell such as Lesser Restoration or an item such as Potion of Vitality the most you can offer her is Tyr's guidance on how to best steel her body to fend off the affliction.

I'm using 5 points of Lay on Hands. Subtracted from my pool.
"Can you go on Ankita?" Damian asks, actually sounding concerned rather than scornful. "Be careful everyone, this place could well be crawling with traps."
"Oh praise Silvanus," a bunch of coughing, "thank you so much Rhogarr" some more coughing but lessening, and addressing the entire party, "I will try and not set off more traps. I swear though, the figures on that tapestry were moving..."
Finally over her fit of coughing, "Thank you Damian, yes, let's move on." And she heads up the stairs to where the Remi and Samuel are waiting.
“While I am very grateful that you are doing well now, any chance of a surprise is lost I believe. Perhaps one of our more battle adorned members should proceed first? The room ahead is dark now. If we find any sconces or torches on the wall I will be more than happy to set them ablaze now.”
Rhogarr - Would you like to describe what it looks like as you purge the poison from Ankita?
Ankita - Praise be to Silvanus, you are healed and the poison is neutralized!
We are no longer in an emergent situation, you may post as you're able.
Rhogarr lays his gloved hand on Ankita, there's a greenish-gold glow, and he squeezes his eyes shut tightly as he says, "Let the strength to enforce justice and purge chaos from the world flow into you." As she recovers from the poison, Rhogarr removes his hand and taps his warhammer to his armored chest.
"Let's just not poke anything with that staff for a while shall we." Damian answers with a quick smile, seemingly not overly worried over Ankita setting off more traps any time soon. Little did he know... "Now Master Turnuroth, let's proceed."
"As I mentioned earlier I could use magic to possibly lure any cultists laying in ambush out of hiding. Or we could just send in Master Turnuroth with his shield. Either way should suffice to cleanse that area of infestation."Damian callously suggests.
Ankita is feeling a bit sheepish for being fooled so easily, though grateful that she was the only one affected. She has no opinion on where they are going, just ready to assist however she can.
“I agree with Damian, Rhogarr and I can hide behind the door, you make your illusion to lure them out, when they step through we will close the door and attack.”

All - Same marching order as before?

Ankita looks at Damian, "Do you still want to follow me? Else I could take up the end of our line if you'd rather."

All - Where would you like to proceed? The southern door is the one that Samuel saw the light shining beneath.
My vote is for southern door, but not to the point of protesting if the group chooses east.

Samuel will hide in the hallway to the north of the door in preparation for our attempted ambush.

That is correct.
Remi takes out his rapier and dagger, hides behind the southern door (on the side of the hinges).
