The creature gives a horrid chittering, stomping the ground and sending wisps of dust trickling from the ceiling as it snaps down at Zokk again, trying to rid itself of the thorn in it side.
Attack: 16 Damage: 12 (if it hits vs AC 17, Zokk goes down)

The squad of dragonborn thrust at it, but none of their javelins strike home.

The dragonborn squad rallies it courage and follows the HUGE creature over to where it attacked Zokk and they let a chant together in their language and do an impressive display of fast attacking (They use their co-ordinated attack feature to allow them to attack twice if another ally is within 5 feet of the creature, I'm assuming that is true with Zokk there, or is he down now? If there is no ally within 5 feet this won't work, So then only take the first attack)

Coljin moves in further, getting kind of close to where Randy is.
With the snapping of limbs and peeling of bark, Zokk crumples to the sandy cave floor. Hissing in victory, the creature turns its attention on the dragonborn who just attacked it.

Ulmwin notices his rather big ally going down, and quickly provides some aid- A healing word! Even if he does need to get significantly closer to pull it off- But still managing to do that and his completely legit, totally firey, fire bolts! (I think I can just barely get in range with a normal shift, right? Otherwise, just dash to get the heal off, and use any additional movement to back off again.)
(Also changed my modifier to +6 from +5 because in retrospect I'm pretty sure that's what it is supposed to be-)

The hunters meanwhile, get ordered to throw their javelins from range again
((Yes, with a +3 CHA at 5th level, Ulmwin would be at +6 to hit, and DC 14 Saves. However, healing word is just + ability mod, so it's only +3, doesn't get the proficiency bonus. Range on that is 60ft, so Ulmwin doesn't even have to move to bring Zokk back up.))
Ulmwin calls out to Zokk, and as he sees some foliage stirring, fires off a pair of crackling, totally standard firebolts, one of which impacts the creature as one of the dragonborn squads circles the pillar to heave javelins at the bug.
Ulmwin back up behind the pillar with Randy.
The creature attacks the bughunters in front of it, lashing out with mandibles and palps.
It tears into Zokk's squad, which fully goes down under the attack, the big bug bringing up its abdomen and jabbing a stinger into one of the dropped dragonborn before it turns its attention on the other squads.
Zokk staggers to their roots, and tries one more time to stun it before fleeing.
((Ah, yeah, it is. Sorry I didn't catch that before, I think it was giving me something weird on mouse-over last time. You need to enter it as 1d8 for it to roll the die, otherwise it's just adding the 8. Both of those miss though, so RNG karma is looking out for you.))
