Randy shakes his head slightly, then grins. He steps right up behind the elf, claps both hands down hard on his shoulders while at the same time mocking a wild cat's scream right in his ear. "MWAAARW!"
((Most of the relevant ones to me seem to be charisma based: persuasion, deception, performance, intimidation. Randy doesn't have any special bonuses going in that direction, so they all roll the same.))
The pained wheezing of someone who's had the air knocked out of them sounds from below, it seems he's survived the fall.
Ulmwin:
Danger Sense shows you the fallen elf, gasping for air, then the hazy image you've come to associate with your familiar picturing things it is imagining, showing its barbed tail lashing out and piercing Essilar's eye with a question implied. Should you wish it, Danger would slip forward and attack the elf before he recovers his breath.
"Ah, that's a bit much..! Is he alr-" Ulmwin starts, before seeming to realize that he is, and starts scurrying over.
"Let's get him tied up already before this becomes even more messy, okay?"
To Danger:
To Danger, he quickly sends back the concept of "law and order" which, while he may not himself be one for following any kind of law to the letter, the thought gets sent along of listening to the actual evil deeds one has conceived, and then distributing what they may find appropriate.
Admittedly, in the current scenario he considers himself both judge, jury, and executioner, but he's also fair so that should be fine. Still, the main thought sent back is that a dead man cannot answer to justice properly, so to hold off.
...Unless, of course, Danger thinks he can do something nonlethal, and they'll patch him up after tying him up.
Dornikal rapidly moves over to the edge, where down below he sees the elf on his hands and knees, still gasping for breath and then vomiting as he moves to stand up.
((Randy and Dornikal, give me a Perception check too?))

"And just who are you, Patchy, to be offering me a 'chance'?", the elf's body language has tensed.

Ulmwin holds quiet for a moment. Dornikal stating his divine position probably befits him best.

"Patchy? Oh, aye that'd be due to the hydra and giant slime thing. Aye think aye might give up on-"
He'll give his best startled/fear look and gasp to help sell Randy's bit.

Dornikal will move quickly to reach the elf, jumping down beside him to restrain him.
"Aye don't think this has been messy at all Ulmwin. Nothing's died, no blood, no ooze, no acid."

Dornikal makes it down to the elf without mishap. He looks unwell, with an unhealthy pallor and seems to be both sweating and shivering.

"Ah, hell. Drag his sorry rear up here so we can heal him properly. He's going into shock."
Dornikal will scoop him up, after separating him from his bow, and start making his way back up.
"Ah, he's starting to seem unwell? Don't worry, I have the antidote," Ulmwin states plainly for everyone to hear.
