This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Watching the two dragonborn attack Liri and slay her summoned rat, Elandra starts to sound a little peevish before seeing a chance with Korric's webbing falling over them both. "Effigy, try to draw their ire!" She focuses her attention on the furthest dragonborn, who had avoided her light show. She shouts over to them, "You missed your chance to shine! You're better suited to teh understudy anyway." as she lets the lash of her words strike her blows for her. With all the command of a conductor over their orchestra, Elandra again speaks out, this time barking her command to Liri, "Up!"
Action: vicious mockery -DC15 WIS save or 6 psychic damage & disadvantage on next attack @ D2 Bonus:Healing Word - 6h healed for Liri Movement: none. retaining cover.
Reaction (planned): Cutting words. If a dragonborn rolls an attack against Liri totalling 18 to hit or less

Cutting Words
As a reaction when a creature (that's not immune to being charmed) you can see within 60 ft. makes an attack roll, ability check, or damage roll, you can expend one use of Bardic Inspiration, roll the die, and subtract the number from the creature's roll. You can do so after the roll but before knowing the result.
Liri scrambles back up to her feet, a little shocked at the ferocity and co-ordination of the attack. Realising she doesn't have time to hesitate, her form shifts and grows into a huge white bear. She growls and launches into an attack on the first dragonborn.
((Move action to stand up, bonus action to wildshape, and attack on D1. Polar bears have a multiattack. I think I'm still right next to both dragonbornm, but the map has broken for me again :( ))
The dragonborn reels back from your insults, clearly wounded, and you take the moment to further restore Liri's health
@Liri (you are indeed still next to both dragonborn)
You morph into a bear, biting and slashing at the first dragonborn, your jaws connecting but your claws missing the mark
@All The first dragonborn struggles, attempting to break free from the webs Str: 11 It remains locked in place, unable to break free
The second dragonborn remains in the web, instead making three attacks at Liri with his spear (all with disadvantage from the web) Attack 1: 15 The dragonborn looks like it will strike, but then Elandra's Cutting Words causes it to miss Attack 2: 11 (miss) Attack 3: 17 Damage: 17
(( @DM: I think D1 is also webbed? So attack with advantage? I can't tell from the rolls, so just a reminder. ))
Koric sighs with relief and peeks out from behind cover to shoot a bolt of flame at the most injured (or nearest, if he can't tell) of the two. If only one is webbed, he attacks that one.
(( I thought it only ignited objects if they were targeted ... or maybe if it missed? "A flammable object hit by this spell ignites if it isn't being worn or carried." compare to fireball: "It ignites flammable objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried."
Edit: I just realize I should have linked the spell being cast! ))
((I think Ereshion is correct by RAW, same as if you are carrying paper or oil flasks on your person they don't ignite for being hit by a [Tooltip Not Found] or even a fireball. The flaming attack has to hit the web specifically, which could be from a fireball AoE, create bonfire in the area, or a [Tooltip Not Found]. As a DM I personally like the idea flavourfully that the web is encasing the creature, so there's a 33% chance it ignites when any creature in it is struck by fire, though this goes out the window if someone flavours web as something else.))

Koric is quite sure that both of the lizard people would fail their saves.
(( Using portent die of 7 for the one that succeeded ))
@Koric
Your magic weaves through the air, the second dragonborn getting wrapped up in the webs despite originally looking like it would suceed

Koric is up!

Attack: 22; Damage: 10
D1 is webbed, yep! Make all the attacks with advantage, just forgot to do it initially for Effigy’s attack so I rolled twice and both missed
Using Fire Bolt will set the web on fire, burning it away but dealing 2d4 fire damage to both Dragonborn. Do you still wish to do that?
