On either side of the 2 watchtowers beside the bridge Beamer notices two winches, on each side. Other than that nothing seems out of place or draws your eye.
(Im aware we're waiting for a few players, but is the decision The manor or the bells. For reference the Bells are coming from the building to your immediate left once you enter town on the map.)

"That bell could bring some unwanted attention. Since it is right here we should look into stopping it. Hell all we know it is the lady signalling to us."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Alright, I guess maybe you're right.
With saying this I would like to see if I can perceive anything about the bells whether it be sound, if I can tell what is the source of the ringing, etc.
You do notice, upon focusing your attention, that the ropes seem to be moving and shaking about as if they are being pulled. Who is pulling them remains a mystery.

[OOC Beamer having made the decision to move towards the keep will need to be verbally cajoled into stopping and looking into the bell tower. He shouldn't put up too much resistance if others are motioning that way.]
Wilword gives his suggestion and stands there pointing in the direction of the bells. Not really wanting to be in the place where Giants have been seen only hours ago he will wait to see if the party changes direction and if they don't he will follow them to the Manor.
How many feet are we from the bells? If it's 30 or less Taliesin will use minor illusion to make a loud monster-like noise (to try and scare the person out).
Hey guys, I might have a solution. Check this out...
With that Taliesin points to the bells where the group hears a loud monstrous roar eminate.
(If anyone wants to be cool and try to determine whether it's an illusion or not make an investigation check of 13 or higher)
Calanon watched the bard with a resound look of bewilderment on his face, wondering just what urged him to do that. He began to unsheathe his rapier and dagger, showing the paranoia that most drow grew up with since they always had to watch their back even amongst family.
The bells stop ringing almost immediately. A sound draws near, footsteps... no more numerous and sounding padded somehow. Growling as well. Suddenly 2 Worgs appear sniffing the air, when they see the party they let loose a howl and charge.
Please roll for initiative and state where you are on the map. The Worgs are in front of the 2 boulders and approaching. (20 ft. from the boulder in front of the Temple the bells were ringing at.)

initiative 19
Im going to be honest. based of DM description i have no clue were anything is at. too many boulders. I would be somewhere east of the boulder directly south of the temple entrance i guess. next to beamer as we were in the front. facing the town center.

I feel securing the whereabouts of our Patron to be is paramount. Tomoe votes for the keep.

We are nearer the bell than the Keep. I still think it prudent to check on our patron, but if you all think the bell the better option i will defer.

(Calanon will simply go with the group as he needs them to give him advantage through flanking.... At least that way it negates the disadvantage.)

If it works "Not a bad idea, if only you had done it better"
If it doesnt (we're to far away) "Is there any way we could lure who's ever in there out"

Brythel(Dwarf), The dwarf with a gun - survival at sea
Jaylin(Human), Paladin of Lathander's Ancient ways - The Seven Saints (Azura Claw)

[Meta-Gaming: we have no cover and Bard decided to bring attention of every living thing that is in the town with some loud noise. Great idea ;) ]
If bard did the trick:
Jason: "Are you nuts? You will bring death to all of us. We need to find cover fast! Move to the walls of tample!"
If bard did not:
Jason: "We should check the temple first. But we should hide in the shadow of the buildings as much as possible"
