”As much as I’d like to just go right to sleep, we should set up watches if we aren’t going to summon Lamorna immediately. There was an assassin here last time, if I recall correctly…” says Ben.
”I volunteer to take the first watch—I was able to get a little rest earlier.” he adds.

Pud opens one eye and speaks up at Ben’s mentioning of taking watch.
“I wasn’t asleep yet. Rizzo and I got second watch.”
He whistles at Rizzo and the clockwork hummingbird zooms down and perches on his chest. It tucks its beak in tight and appears to power down for the moment.

Sleep comes quickly, and even those who remain alert on watch find their eyelids drooping. Time passes strangely in the Feywild, and eventually – whether minutes or days you cannot fully tell – you feel fully rested. The scene – the light, water, the wild denizens of this place – remains completely unchanged. Lamorna the unicorn is still absent.
You gain the benefits of a long rest, and more – welcome to Level 6! You may update your character sheets accordingly.
After talking with Elkhorn for awhile, Will stands and makes an announcement. "I gotta get back to the other kids. I can't leave them this long like this. Elkhorn will stay with you." Elkhorn nods vigorously in agreement.
Waking up from a pleasant dream, Ben realizes that he is not in his bed at home…No, he has fallen asleep with a wad of yarn in his left fist as a pillow, with the majority of the strong thread still binding up the rocking horse he believes to be Lamorna’s mate. He must have slept with it wrapped around his hand so the construct could not escape him.
With his stomach growling, the stonecutter grabs drinks some water from the pool and splashes his face, moving off a bit to forage for something to eat.

While Pud took his turn at standing watch, he took the opportunity to work on a few projects.
He mixed up a couple of elixirs, one of which resembled the coloration of his elixir of flight and a new one that seems to shift and alter its color at will. This new elixir is quite a sight to behold.
Then he worked on a project he’d put on hold for quite some time. It seems as though his new found freedom from Granny provided just the spark of inspiration he needed finish up some upgrades to his boots.

During his watch, Horatio gathers fallen hard and soft wood branches and cuts a few select youngling trees. He assesses how much metal they pilfered, and of what kinds. If Ben catches game (and from now on), Horatio requests the hide to make leather straps.
Wild foods are plentiful here, and easy to collect. Even as Ben finds himself distracted by the waters, Pud finds small, colorful fruits that emit a soft glow, and a sweet, ambrosia-like nectar that can be collected from the flowers that bloom near the lake. There are berries that shimmer like stars, and various types of colorful mushrooms growing in the shadows. Plump, glittering eggs (from fish?) can be seen clustered in the lake. Game, however, is absent.
Everyone gains the benefits of a long rest (and advances to Level 6.)
Lamorna remains absent. The wooden horse is still and inert.
Horatio inventories his metals - mainly kitchenware. (Did he find any other metals or materials of note?)
The isle in the center of the lake - where the iron bowl filled with coals rests - will require a 250-foot swim through the refreshing waters.
"Yup. I'm ready!" Pud packs his stuff for the swim and awakens Rizzo from their stasis. "Question. You guys did this swim before right? Did you encounter any problems last time?"

Horatio replies to Pud, "We got split up, which was my fault, and were attacked by an assassin after the Unicorn. Otherwise, no. If you cannot swim, I can provide you a bundle of lighter wood that can help you float across."
(( Would you allow for a goodly portion of iron or steel for the pots and workshop jigs and tools? The tins and other soft metals were good too, but mainly for buttons and clasps. ))
Pud chuckles and says “Oh, I can swim. I probably swim better than I can run nowadays! I was just wondering if there’s anything I need to keep an eye out for, that’s all.
So, what’s with this assassin? Did you kill them? Or are they still lurking about?”

Titaani wakes up with a yawn, and helps herself to some of the foraged food.
"Ooh, berries! Thanks guys!" She beams, munching a few. Tiny puts his head on her lap, and communicates telepathically with her, causing Titaani to gasp. "Oh! Pud, Tiny says we don't have to worry about the assassin anymore. Seems Horatio made him leave the Feywild. That's good!"

Horatio continues to clang and rattle through his pack, taking stock of what he procured at Loomlurch. (Yes - I would allow as many different kinds of ordinary household and craft metals as you wanted to carry - check your encumbrance limit! There was plenty of kitchenware to choose from - pots, pans, knives, irons - as well as toy parts: buttons, clips, tin panels, etc. Should you later want to forge a piece of armor, etc., you can deduct the weight of the finished product from whatever encumbrance you choose now. Feel free to be creative; I won't get hung up on metal types, etc., but no precious metals, mithril, etc., though.)
The foraged food, while unfamiliar and ovo-vegetarian, is delicious, and seems to have no unusual effects upon you.
Who's swimming and who's staying behind? Who wants to help light the beacon (and who is capable of it?) Any other preparations or activities?
