As far as any of you can tell, Tsu seems honest and unwithholding.
Tiny floating lights, like fireflies, appear around the well, winking in and out of focus. ("Who are you?" whispers a tiny voice from the direction of the well.)
"These wells are scattered throughout Hither," explains Tsu to Ben's questions. "In the old days, they served as gathering places where we once bartered and shared gossip. But then Bavlorna corrupted the wells so that vile water burbled up to saturate the land and transform it into a festering swamp." "Looks like the waters are rising again," she sighs.
"As to our destination, well, you never know where you might wake up! As to your balloon, well, I saw that fall, also. Not far from here. Looks like it crashed by Slanty Tower. I can direct you there from where you might debark."

Titaani hasn't been speaking for a while, as she tries to keep her attention solely focused on the brooch. (I know you said Matilda but I assume that that was a typo) She looks up, however, as the inn stops and then goes to depart again, throughly distracted by the new view and then Tsu's words.
"What is Slanty Tower?" she asks curiously, peppering the innkeeper with questions as she puts her tools temporarily aside. "Also, are there only three hags in the hourglass coven? Why is it called the hourglass coven? Do you think that if one hag was in danger, the others would teleport to their side? What type of hags are they?"

"Hello Benjamin the Stonecutter," replies the quiet voice from the little lights, "Goodbye Benjamin the Stonecutter."
Tsu shrugs her bent shoulders at Titaani's questions. "Slanty Tower is an empty old tower over by Telemy Hill. It's still standing – I don't know how." "Yes, there are probably three hags in the coven – I don't know what kinds, and I don't know why they are called 'Hourglass'."
She turns to Matilda. "And I don't know that, either. Perhaps you need to find out what happened to Zybilna. Is she really trapped? Perhaps one could try to let her out..."
The inn prepares to move on, its direction and destination unclear.
Bob, having remained oddly quiet since entering the Feywild, perhaps due to the fact that he found everything quite flabbergasting, walks up to the strange-looking inn and Tsu. "B-beggin' yer pardon, ma'am," he says, eventually finding his voice, "but I r'kon I could fix yer window, good an' proper, like."
The little kenku shuffles around in his satchel. "Now, where did I put it Dunstable?"he asks, quite absent-mindedly, to his little clockwork bird. For the first time since Dunstable was revealed, it responds to its master flapping down from Bob's shoulder and sticking its beak into the satchel. It emerges sometime later holding a doodad in its metal beak. "Brilliant, I knew you'd find it,"Bob compliments Dunstable, quite giddy with excitement, "oh boy!"
"Nah, what I-a r'kon 'ere is tha' the rock, what Mr Horatio threw... well, its only gone an' broken yer window,"the kenku inhales, considering the financial implications of such a piece of misfortune. "Look I r'kon I can fix it right up fer yer. 'course such things ain't cheap, y'know."
Looking around and spotting several unamused faces staring back, Bob quickly adds, "but of course. Madam Tsu. If you will let me, I would love to fix your window for you. No charge, of course, just fix things back to the way they were before." He looks at the ground sheepishly and if given the go-ahead, will attempt to use mending on the broken window.
Tsu is grateful to Bob for the prompt repairs of her smashed window.
The inn moves on, the water rising ever higher.
A mile or so along it stops again. Sloshing through the water nearby are six humanoid creatures on stilts. Upon closer look, they appear to be hobgoblins, clearly quite adept at stilt-walking, moving quickly through (and above) the grassy waters. They are wearing patchwork rags and furs. Strapped to the back of each stilt walker is a wire cage padded with straw and filled with eggs of various sizes and colors. They ignore the now-stationary inn, and continue their progress through the muddy waters.
Very tired, Ben says, “If the rest of you don’t mind, I will go sleep for a while.” Assuming there are no significant objections, Ben heads to a room at the inn and turns in for the ‘night’.

Titaani listens intently to Tsu's answers, only to get distracted when the conversation shifts to the window again. Seemingly lost in her thoughts for a moment, she stares out at the hobgoblins with Tiny's head resting on her lap.
"Goodnight Ben," she murmurs, and then finishes the brooch for Tsu, presenting it to her with a tinge of pride. "All done!"

Having been given no sense of how to redeem himself, and seeing the others take to fixing up the walking house, Horatio begins to inspect the furniture, fixtures, shelves and cabinets. He plies his skill to ensure all he can do is done.
Bob follows Horatio around the place, keen to repair any furniture he may inadvertently break. He attempts to do so in a subtle way; occasionally casting a glance, or peaking, at what Horatio is doing. Naturally, he is about as subtle as a foghorn.
You each gain the benefits of a long rest as the inn wanders through the vast swamp. Beds are found, food is cooked, and you each find chores and tasks to do within. Tsu seems to accept this as payment, at least for today, as no money is discussed for bed nor board. Time passes - although the sun neither rises nor sets, so it's difficult to judge precisely how long you rest.
Tsu rouses you suddenly. "Slanty Tower!" she calls. "We're near Slanty Tower! Weren't you looking to debark here?"
Looking out the window, you see a crumbling stone tower rising out of the swamp, leaning at such an angle that it threatens to keel over. Black brambles surround the base of the tower and cling to its lower half. Hanging from the crenellations on the lower side of the tower’s peak is a large woven basket at the end of a tangle of ropes and tattered fabric. The basket dangles thirty feet above the surface of the swamp. You've found the site of the balloon crash.
The water remains high. The inn settles in five feet of murky water. You'll need to swim to the base of the tower, should you wish to examine the balloon.
Having finished up his repairs to the upholstery on an old leather couch, Cad lies down on it -- Just making sure the seams aren't too rough...
He awakens with a start, someone yelling about a tower? His throat feels dry and scratchy; he hopes he hasn't been snoring too loudly. He sits up, feeling remarkably well-rested. Napping in the Feywild -- who knows how many years have passed back in our world? Not that it much matters. He looks at the rickety tower, the dangling basket, and the murky water dubiously. "I don't suppose the inn will set us on dry ground?"

Tsu shrugs. This is evidentally as close as the inn is going to get to the tower.
Ben squints at the murky stew below before jumping in. The tepid water is distinctly swampy and full of foul-smelling detritus, but it poses no immediate threat. It's easy enough for him to swim to the base of the tower, which stands on a patch of damp, bramble-covered ground just above the water line.
As Ben approaches the edge of the bramble patch, he hears a whispered voice say in Common, “Psst. You there, I need your help.”The whisper comes from the basket that dangles from the top of the tower.
The leaning tower is about 50 feet tall and roughly 20 feet in diameter. The basket dangles about 30 feet above the surface of the swamp.
Titaani wakes up from where she had fallen asleep, curled up in a bed at Tiny's side. She looks across the water, and a cold dread grows in her stomach.
"Umm, many thanks, Madam Tsu," she says, a gentle headbutt from Tiny helping her remember her manners. "May you be blessed by the fey and never chance upon a hag, until we meet again."
Titaani jumps up onto Tiny's back and attempts to get him to jump across the water (is this possible?)

Cad sighs, resigned to wet clothes. But he draws himself up straight, turns to Tsu, and gives her a polite bow. "Ms. Tsu, you've been a generous and gracious host. I hope someday soon your inn will again walk on dry ground, and we'll share a slice of pie outside this swamp." He squats down near the door. Shielded by his body, his hands move in a strange pattern, and when he turns back he is holding a small, watertight keg; it shimmers slightly, as though not all the way in this world. He places his bag inside and reseals it. Then he lowers himself into the water, pulls the keg and his stick in after him, and uses the keg as a float to awkwardly swim across to dry ground. He climbs out, shakes as much water out as he can, and removes his bag. "Anyone wants to keep their stuff dry is welcome to use the keg. If you'll throw a line over I'll send it across."
As the others work their way over by various methods, Ben says, “Yes, we saw your balloon go down and thought you might need help. I don’t have any specialized equipment with me to lower you down safely, though.”
Ben thinks of the block and tackle work he often has to deal with for heavier masonry work, but he has none of that here…unless some of the balloon lines could be properly repurposed…

Horatio is utterly fascinated by the stilt walkers!
As Ben, and then the others, begin to depart, Horatio finds their gracious hostess and says, "Umm... Ms. Tsu... look, I'd like to come back and visit sometime. I really goofed assuming everyone and everything in this place would be evil. Thing is, lately it's felt like everyone I've met from the that damned carnival is evil. Even the Bard who helped us get here seemed too eager to send us on a one-way trip. I guess I'm trying to say, I'm sorry about your window, but really, I'm sorry for misjudging you. The hag has been stealing children from... our world? I'm not going to lie, I don't really understand where I am right now other than inside a mirror. But, assuming we live, I'll try to come say goodbye."
Once said, Horatio will head after the others, and try to catch up with Ben.
