If Eric has the chance to respond to the attacks (otherwise he will do in on his next turn) he'll summon his flaming hammer, castingSpiritual Weaponas bonus action. As regular action he casts Shield of faith
Khessa was actively trying to attract the attention of the enemies on herself... I guess she failed?
Anyway, if Eric is their target, she awaits until the monsters are both in 15' range (prepares the action, if needed) then she unleash a storm of fire against them. The monsters will be near each other, I guess, since they both attack the same target in the same round (6 seconds...).
If it proves impossible to catch both of them in the cone, the blonde arcane warrior prefers a Magic Missile against the first of them.
She did (they attack the character with the lowest Charisma check, I couldn't give you extra disadvantage but did bump Samardag's modifier).
Anyway, the dex saves: Peryton A nat 1... Peryton B 18 + 1 = 19

Spiritual weapon may hit 25 dealing 5 damages
Eric's AC is now 22
Unfortunately because of their flyby ability the Perytons don't provoke an opportunity attack.

@DM: Well, OK, no opportunity attack, but still... Eric can attack with Spiritual Weapon as a regular attack, can't he? He can create the weapon floating within range - and the range is 60'... so he should be able to attack a Peryton (with a regular attack instead of an opportunity attack). Or is there something I'm not taking into account (which is entirely possible)?

Ok, Eric would take the same actions during his regular turn
Zale will wait until the creature is within close range so she can use her rapier, and strike it as it comes close to Eric. Hopefully since we are all close together the peryton is flanked when it does this, so she can use sneak attack.

In post 3137 Eric said he was surprised by the Perytons. He didn't have to, but choosing a suboptimal action in the name of roleplaying is admirable.
Khessa's blue eyes widen in terror, as she sees the winged monsters try to grab her belov... her dear friend and bring him away!
'They'll try to let him fall from great height and kill him!' the blonde arcane warrior thinks 'No way I let them do this!'
The tall adventuress tries to kill the most wounded of the Perytons: she charges at it greatsword in hands as the predator dives.
'Anator, distract him!' she telepathically urges - and the bat comes out from under the cover of her long golden locks, suddenly flying towards the enemy's eyes.
Then Khessa strikes.
(OOC: The plan is to have Anator take the Help action, giving Khessa advantage in her first attack against the Peryton - a familiar can't attack, but nothing forbidds him to Help... If you think it can't be done, well, Khessa will attack all the same, without advantage).
If Peryton is still alive, the blonde arcane warrior pushes her limits, adrenaline rushes through her body in fear of what might happen to Eric, and before she even knows what she's doing, she's already muttered a spell pronouncing the words with lightning speed! Bolts of energy shot from her outstretched fingers, striking the monster again.
(OOC: Action Surge to cast Magic Missile to finish the darn Peryton)

A takes 10 dmg, B only 5.

That hits! Peryton A takes another 9 dmg.

Kriv and Zale miss.
The second flyby... the Perytons try something else. They try to grab Eric and fly off with him. I need Eric to make contested Strength checks.
Against Peryton A 19 + 3 = 22 Against B 15 + 3 = 18
To all:
Post your actions when able.

Magic Missile: 15
I wrote in a hurry; of course I meant: Magic Missile Damage: 13 (force)
Kriv reaches into his things and pulls out one of his javelins. “See how you like this.” He throws the javelin at the other flying creature.
Attack: 24 Damage: 5
Eric strength check is 14
DM: do you need two checks?
Zeminny will try to net the creature
Attack: 25 Damage: 0
