Khessa doesn't hear anything. The rug is much bigger than the opening, but Khessa manages to rise a portion of it see a chamber containing a writing desk and stool, several tables with books and papers, and a mirror on a floor stand. There's enough light, but she doesn't notice the light source. Thick rugs completely cover the floor.
That's all she sees before she hears a female voice: What the?? GUARDS!!!
Seeing that Khessa is attempting to listen for anything beneath the rug, Calvin joins her by her side.
"Do you think something could under there?" He whispers.
Calvin then raises his left hand forming a circle with his index finger and thumb. His middle finger is clenched and two fingers half clenched. He then utters the world "Ductu." A glowing ball of green energy forms in the circle he has created with his hand. Calvin then brings his hand to his forehead and touches it with his index finger. The green energy travels along his finger to his forehead. He leaves a glowing green spot on his forehead which then fades.

I posted my previous post before I saw this. The DC was 15 so it woudn't have mattered.
So, getting out of the hole in the floor costs 5 ft of movement and crawling from under the rug (and stand up) is half your movement. To make things a bit easier just assume you can crawl out right away when it's your turn.
Initiative order:
Female ???? - 21
Khessa - 20
Kriv - 20
Nixi - 17
???? - 14
Calvin - 10
Zale - 9
???? - 8
Eric - 8
Khessa, the woman runs into your vision (but away from you) to what seems to be an exit. She turns around and it looks like this Human woman might be Frulam Mondath. She mumbles something in a language you don't understand and fiendish spirits flit around her. (She casts Spirit Guardians
Khessa pulls the rug suddenly, trying to have her lose the balance and fall, then keeps pulling, trying to pull the woman on the hole and have her fall below (maybe the woman might also lose her concentration?)
Else:
Khessa recites a quick formula, terminating with an elegant gesture that sends a mote of fire towards the woman.
Anyway:
The blonde arcane warrior then warns the others: "There's Mondath here! And she plans to invite others to party!"
Mondath is on a rug, but not one you can easily reach. Several rugs completely cover the floor. Khessa needs to enter Spirit Guardians zone, so I'll go with the Fire Bolt.
A 17 hits, CON save to maintain concentration: nat 20
I'll upload a map soon, so you can decide if you want to use some movement.

This is how close you can get with your movement. You can use your action to dash, but that would mean you'll need to make a WIS save when you enter the Spirit Guardian area (and when you start your turn in there). Also your speed is halved in this area, but you should be able to get up real close.

Is the woman still on a rug?
If yes:
Khessa pulls the rug suddenly, trying to have her lose the balance and fall, then keeps pulling, trying to pull the woman on the hole and have her fall below (maybe the woman might also lose her concentration?)
Else:
Khessa recites a quick formula, terminating with an elegant gesture that sends a mote of fire towards the woman.

In case Mondath not on rug, this is the attack for the mote of fire: 22 Damage: 5

Kriv is next.
Player: Any Good Alignment // DM: Lawful Evil
Kriv rages and rushes Mondath. Kriv takes a swing with his Greataxe.
Attack: 9 Damage: 12
If too far away, he will just run towards her.
Ok, confirm that Fire Bolt is fine then.

While BarbosaThaGod decides: Khessa, with the few steps of movement she had left, takes position in the square 1 north 2 west from her current one.
Kriv is fine with that position.
(OOC Good Idea, Painted)
Nixi will follow Khessa up the ladder and into the room. She will move one square north of the opening to get a better line of sight.
She will then cast shatter on the square just behind (west) of the human woman enemy.
DC 14 CON save, 13 thunder damage on fail, half on success, 10 foot radius.
