(Was I supposed to roll a wisdom save? Sorry I keep missing things, it’s finals week for me… anyways here’s the roll if needed. 7… hope it’s not needed)
Growling, Zale maneuvers herself into a position where she can launch another bolt at the woman.
To hit: 19
Damage: 4
Sneak attack (assuming Khessa is within 5ft) 7
That's a hit. She looking really real real bad!
The one Cultist (C1) runs past the tentacle to help and stabs Kriv in his back: 5 + 3 = 8 to hit (that's a miss)
Calvin and Zale: you hear some people turning around and running away in the tunnel where the Guards and Cultist came from.
Eric follows the arcane warrior running toward Mondath (if Wis save is still needed he rolled 23). he swings his hammer (to hit: 8) but the priestess more agile than he thought.
"Damn, she was barely standing, before healing herself! If only we had focused really all attacks on her," Khessa mutters through her teeth, as she readies her greatsword for a lunge, keeping her right hand on the hilt and the left on the blade, in an advanced position "now she would not still be there shouting, swinging an halberd and casting spells..."
The blonde arcane warrior tries to fix the situation: she directs the long blade at the chest of the irreducible cultist leader then pushes with all her strength, bringing her left hand back to the hilt. It is a blow that tends to deceive the opponent, making him underestimate the length of the blade and the lunge... will Frulam be fooled?
Either because she didn't let herself be deceived, or because, by chance, she moves together with her halberd while fighting with Kriv, Frulam get out of the blade's way with a jerk just as Khessa attacks; the lunge misses.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Searing pain from his wounds and recurring nightmares flashing through his mind, Kriv swing with all of his might at Mondath. Meanwhile the tentacle lashes out towards Cultist 1.
With her companions now in the way, Zale can no longer get a clear shot at Frulam. The woman was on her last leg anyway, might as well do some damage to these guards. Electricity crackles around her neck as she blasts them with a bolt of lightning. Dex save 11 for half damage. She then puts her crossbow away.
(If Mondath is dead, she will instead aim at any other visible enemy. If there are none, she will take the dodge action.)
(She was alive for sure, before your spell... she had just regained 9hp thanks to her cure, then Khessa missed her, Kriv damaged her for the same amount - 9 damage, Zale, wo acted before her turn, choose a different target... so our dear Mondath should have been on her last leg again, but still alive. You probably finished her now - and that is good!)

Greataxe: Attack: 23 Damage: 9
Tentacle: Attack: 10 Damage: 8
Your axe does some serious dmg! She's looking real bad again!

Calvin watches as the guards run away. He chooses to let them go, not being one to attack someone who is fleeing. Then Calvin realises that Nixi has defeated Frulam Mondath.
However, just because she is down, it doesn't mean the fight is now over. He will look around the cave for an opponent looking to continue the fight. If he finds such an opponent, Calvin will move closer to the enemy in an attempt to attack with a bite.
(Attack: 21 Damage: 4)

“The secret we should never let the gamemasters know is that they don't need any rules.” ― Gary Gygax
The lightning fades from Zale's throat as she turns to see her friends finish off (Mondath? or Frulam? are they the same person?). She looks down at the crumpled corpse then back at her companions, "To late for what?" She glances in the direction the guards ran. "I don't be to sure if we should continue or not. If we end up fightin another powerful enemy, we might not hold out a third time. However, we have no clue as to what these bastards be doin down here. What do you all think? We either have to press on, or retreat. I don't think we can risk another rest since they know we be here now."
"Before she died," Khessa is both suspicious and slightly worried "dear Frulam Mondath here" she touches the cultist leader's corpse with the tip of her boot "issued a short order in a language I unfortunately don't know..."(OOC: it was "Protocol Black!" in Draconic)"...I fear that her lackeys are going to obey her! And I'm also afraid that, whatever it is, it would be better to prevent it instead. Let's try to catch one of them and make him talk!"
"If I were their leader in a situation like this, my last order would be destroying all evidences and retreating" He mumbles"You have spoken right, and I still have the strength to pursue them until the bottom of the hell if necessary, but I have some doubts." Eric nods to the woman " I think they are all escaping right now and I don't know if will be able to catch one of them... We know little about this cave and might be hidden ways out that they may use to escape, it would mean pursue them blindly"
occ: if I got it right the guards are already escaped from the chamber, out of our view

There still is the Cultist known as Idiot. It would kill him and you can describe how.

At Mondath, who I assume to be a Cultist leader.
My bad, I thought you put Cultist in bold to let me know know it was the other Cultist.
Anyhow, good hit!

ROUND 3
Frulam has a determined look on her face. She whipes some blood ofs and casts Healing Word at 2nd level on herself (bonus action) for 5 + 4 = 9 hp).
Knowing this will be her last battle she will take someone down with her. She swings with her halberd at Kriv.
First attack: 16 + 5 = 21 to hit for 9 + 2 = 11 dmg
Second attack: 4 + 5 = 9 to hit (that'll miss)
Once more she shouts: Protocol Black! in Draconic.

With her last breath she hoarsely says: You... you're to late...

Guard 2 attacks Zale with his spear: 15 + 3 = 18 to hit, for 1 + 1 = 2 dmg and runs away to the exit.
With G2 out of the way, Guard 3 throws his spear at Zale: 13 + 3 = 16 hit, for 5 +1 = 6 dmg and also runs away.
Calvin is next
Dex saves (which I already rolled because I forgot Initiative order)
Dex save G2: 15 + 1 = 16 takes 2 dmg
Dex save G3: 6 + 1 = 7 take 4 dmg

"Well done Nixi!" Khessa congratulates, euphoric because of the wicked leader's death "You showed her how a true wizard can strike!"
