((What is in this room? How big is it? Is there room for me to misty step away from Totsky such that for her to follow me would draw an opportunity attack from Krysa? ))
I could have sworn that I answered your prior post with a description of the room, but now I can't find it, so I must be losing my mind. So sorry. The room is approximately 30 feet wide and 15 feet deep, with a desk in the middle and a window centered in the back wall, opposite the door. There are also some shelves along one wall with boxes of files.
Thug 1 (-22) and Thug 2 continue to attack Mina, Thug 3 patiently waits at the top of the stairs, Ivan (-21) leaps at Lyndaran, misses, and sails past, Trotsky (-11) attacks Jhaartael again.
Mina, retaliates at Thug 1, stabbing him again . (-26)
Kyrsa, still inside the office, lands two more devastating hits, stabbing Trotsky in the back (-25)
Tamryn turns his wrath on Ivan, sinking yet a third arrow into the burly barbarian (-33), and sends him to the Great Beyond to rage at the angels.
Jhaartael pending
Akyan successfully picks the lock on the door, and presumably opens it
Lyndaran uses his ensnaring strike against Thug 2, (-17, STR Save 15, if <`13 he is restrained)

(( No worries! Thank you for the details.))
Round 4:
Taking in the tactical space, Jhaartael whispers something elvish about mist walking. A shroud of silvery mist quickly conceals him. Just as quickly the mist evaporates into just whispy tendrils - but Jhaartael is not there!
He appears in swirling mists across the room and out of melee range of the nasty thug leader, but still clear for a ranged shot. His bow still at the ready, he considers his foe with an interested sadness for a lingering moment - then he looses the arrow:

(Sorry if I didn't made it clear. I meant to use the snaring strike on Ivan for he was the one closing on melee with Lyndaran you can retcon it or leave it as it is, for it has no effect with that save I am afraid)
(Round 5)
Seeing that his spell does not take hold on their enemies, Lyndaran focuses on finish one of the thugs and helping Krysa who is surrounded by enemies.
As the thug rushes Kyrsa, Akyan telepathically tells her and Jhaartael. "Sorry about that, I was more worried about getting in here... You know, it may be beneficial if we could get her to trust one of us. Could give us an opening into the gang? I'm not against killing this one just thought I'd bring this up..."
Akyan will hold his action until Kyrsa or Jhaartael responds. He delays his attack by putting his tools away, and drawing his rapier.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kyrsa glances at Jhaarteal...is Akyan's plan a good one? Something tells her they would be better off just ending Trotsky and leaving while they were all still able to fight. Still, this gang seemed quite ready to trust Akyan...
"I don't know if thats a good idea. We have another mark right? We could try that there." She pauses, dodging the attack from the thug and Trotsky. Growling, she says to Akyan, "Half the people in this building have seen most of us now... but I'd really rather just end Trotsky and get out of here. ...but she's still on her feet, so see what Jhaarteal thinks. We're already in the thick of it as is."
(Round 5)
Still focusing on downing Trotsky, she attacks again:
(Sorry if I didn't made it clear. I meant to use the snaring strike on Ivan for he was the one closing on melee with Lyndaran you can retcon it or leave it as it is, for it has no effect with that save I am afraid)
No, I understood you, but Ivan was dead by the time it was your turn, so i transferred the attack to the undamaged Thug. Hope that was OK, I can change it if not.

"Alight then." Akyan responds then attacks the thug who just rushed Kyrsa. He strikes first with his rapier, then summons a psychic blade and strikes again.

Same as Jhaarteal: Kyrsa will focus on Trotsky if she is still alive, if not, she will turn to whatever still-living threat is nearby. (so thug 3 I'm assuming).
(The critical damage was already added in by the roller)
