Kyrsa looks to Mina, "I think we might need to help them out. ...Perhaps even do a full extraction, I don't know how much trouble that they've gotten themselves into." He lets out a breath, which comes out as more of a hiss, "I knew this was a bad idea."
"Well there is a dwarf out here now," she says to Akyan. "How bad is it, would it be beneficial for me to make a distraction out here? Or should we search for a better way in? Are there any windows where you are? Perhaps I could snipe whoever's in there from out here."
She looks back to Mina, "Be prepared to jump in. He said they might need help, but... I really hate not knowing what's going on." She glares up at the building, tapping her bow with one finger.
((Assuming no further search for looting indicated)
The duergar had on some dwarf-sized, well-used studded leather, a notched battleaxe, and a neck pouch containing the equivalent of 15 gp in various smaller denominations. Nothing else of note or value.
You have the sense that Aeric has a fatherly or mentor-like attitude towards Liesel. Perhaps he is training her to be a station chief. You sense no hostility toward the half-orc, but neither is there much respect.
Liesel, in turn, seems deferential to Aeric. Young, perhaps a little over-eager for action over contemplation, ambitious. Towards the half-orc you sense respect for his martial ability, and fondness for his goofiness. But clearly she considers herself his superior.
The as-yet-unnamed half-orc seems to be without guile, and a little desperate for companionship. He seems content with his position in the group, eager to please, and fearless.
Unfortunately, for a group of rogues involved in humanoid trafficking, this particular station seems to have fewer dysfunctional personalities than you would expect.
All except Lyndaran and Jhaartael:
Go ahead and roll initiative, although it is still possible that combat might be avoided.
Tamryn slams his fist onto the desk, “Enough! You are getting lost in the weeds! Someone is targeting our operation. You want to waste time on names and cyphers while the house is on fire!” Turning around, he points at the orc, “You there! Go to Trotsky’s and confirm that they’ve been killed! Hurry! Your friends could be next!”
”You!” he says pointing at Liesel, “Go to Grignar’s. See what has transpired. Confirm his account. You’re not an amateur; get to work!”
”We are going to see if we can figure out who’s behind this and who is leaking our information to this enemy,” he says to Aeric, “Then, if you like, we can sit down and reminisce about the time we cheated Ol’ I Don’t Care out of his share of It Doesn’t Matter or teach your crew how to tie their shoes. We must act quickly or it may be too late!”
Lyndaran searches the body once they have dispatched the duergar. (12 on investigation at the game log )
“If what I’ve heard oh them is true “ says now with his own voice for the illusion spell that made him appear as a human woman has been broken during the fight “the mother would be in fact proud of him trafficking with young women. Let’s hurry back with the others” he says after patching his tight while Jhaartael hides the corpse.
Akyan opens his mouth to speak just as Tamryn slams his hand on the table. While the wood elf speaks, he contacts Kyrsa.
"If you could get that half-orc's name from that dwarf that would be good. Also if a woman runs out of here. It might be best to kill her. Tamryn just told her to go check the facts at Grignar's place. We don't want her finding his body and not the dragonborn's. ...I mean one of you could snipe from the window if you want, would cause a good distraction."
(Are there any windows in here?)
"Thank's Tamryn. Hopefully that get's them. Let's just hope Kyrsa can stop the woman before she finds out what really happened there."
Kyrsa nods...even though Akyan can't see her, "Alright, Mina and I will do what we can."
Turning to Mina she says, "See if you can get a shot at through the window. They need a distraction. I'm going to go give this dwarf here a visit and see if I can get a name from him."
Without hesitating, she walks up to the dwarf, giving an awkward wave and saying, "Hello, I was..." she hesitates as if thinking for a moment... "I was wondering if you saw a half-orc pass by here? I met him at a tavern a while back and I've been meaning to get his name." She describes the half-orc as best she can. As she does this she fidgets a little, trying to look embarrassed...which isn't to difficult since she kind of is.
Deception: 20
To herself she thinks, "I should have just used force. What was I thinking?"
Knowing how terrible she is at deception, she prepares herself to attack the dwarf if necessary.
Mina nods to Kyrsa, puts away her weapons and heads over to the street. She meanders her way over to the otherside, trying her best not to linger and catch the eye of anyone. She knows her blue skin doesn't exactly help her blend. When she reaches the other side of the street, she looks for a fire escape or something of the sort that might help her climb to the roof of the 2 story building.
The half-orc says, "Yes sir!"and runs out of the room and down the stairs. Kyrsa and Mina and Argo the dwarf see him sprint out the door and down the street. "You mean that half-orc?" the dwarf says.
Liesel says quietly, "Aeric... let's take a beat. What does it hurt to check out what they say? No need to get all paranoid. It's like you always tell me, measure twice, cut once. So let's take the measure here of what's going on before we make the wrong call."
Aeric seems nonplussed. He looks at Tamryn, then Akyan. He says to Liesel, "I don't trust them. But what you say is reasonable. Send Argo to Grignar's station, and you stay here. See if you can come up with a theory of what is going on that we can present to the council. And you two, everything better be as you say, or you won't survive your Council appearance."
He then walks out the door, and closes it behind him, leaving the two of you with Liesel. She says, "I'll be right back"and then heads downstairs to find the dwarf.

It's not hard to perceive a fire-escape of sorts on the side of the building. It's not in great condition, but you manage to ascend to the roof, where you can see into the window across the street. Right now, you can only see Tamryn.

Kyrsa, still thinking she needs to get the Orc's name, says, "Why... yes, actually. Thanks!" And jogs after the half-orc saying, "Hey wait! I...um..." She briefly wonders what in the world she is doing before continuing, "I uh wanted to get your name!"
The half-orc is galloping along the streets towards Trotsky's former station, when he hears a voice calling after him, and soon thereafter a female elf is running beside him. His eyes boggle a bit, and between breaths he gasps, "What? My... name? Why? Who are you?" He keeps up his pace as he and Kyrsa dodge pedestrians, and curious onlookers.
Just as Kyrsa runs around the corner and out of sight, Mina sees Liesel exit the side door and speak to Argo. The dwarf nods and then trots off in a different direction, while the woman re-enters the warehouse and shuts the door.
Inside, she passes Aeric who is pacing the floor muttering to himself, and ascends the stairs, entering the office once more. She sits at the desk.
"OK, start over at the beginning for me. When did you first notice something was wrong?" She asks Tamryn.

"You...don't remember me?" Kyrsa says, trying to sound disappointed. "I suppose we were both...quite drunk at the time..." She lets out a sigh, shaking here head and muttering, "I am so foolish." Then she looks back up at the half-orc and says, "My name is Karla...if you were wondering."
Deception: 16
As she further embarrasses herself, she says mentally to Akyan, "I'm talking to the blasted orc. Do you still need his name? Or should I just worry about delaying him at this point? OR is there something else that would be more useful?"
Akyan nods to Leisel, and watches her leave. Then he looks at Tamryn and shrugs. "Could have gone better, but it could have gone way worse. What now? We are pretty much compromised. Should we just jump him the next time he comes in here? Or should we keep trying to get his trust?"
He answers Kyrsa, "No, don't worry about him. They sent someone else to Grignar's, He's the one we need to worry about. We can't let them find Grignar's body. We are alone in here now..."
