Instead of appearing, you can hear an amused chuckle as the rider continues to gallop west, far beyond any of your attack's range. The rider reappears and readies its own bow and arrow. However, as soon as the rider draws the string of its bow, Amber's spell pops off, just barely reaching the rider and its horse. The branches and grasses around the rider and its horse start to entangle them both.
"Very good, little half-Fey," the rider's voice echoes again through the forest.
{{Back to the top of the round. Amber is readying another Entangle unless you tell her to do something else.}}
Seeing the rider once more far out of rage of anything he can do, Drexon merely stands and rushes back towards Amber and the rider.
"I expect he will just disappear again", he says loud enough for his companions to hear, but not the rider. "Is there anything you can do to incapacitate the horse and trap the rider here?", he asks Amber.

Cob is about ready to sit down on a branch and just see if the rider gets any closer. Chasing after it seems like a fools errand as he hasn't managed to shorten the distance even once.
He stays still and just waits, ready to unleash an eldritch blast if the rider moves within 120' of Cob (Attack: 20 Damage: 11 )
"I can try dragging him away from his horse, but I will need to get closer," Amber says. "I don't know if it will stop his disappearing skill and I had to let go of the tracking spell for this one."
"My task is clear," the rider says, relaxing a bit as he and the horse start to fade. The rider looks behind him and you cannot help but also be drawn to where he is looking. There are only five arrows left in his quiver. He appears to be telling the truth about having only ten arrows. "And your task is also clear, is it not? Tick tock. Tick tock. I take no pleasure in this, but it is for a greater good." The entangling grass and branches fall limp when the rider disappears again. The last thing the rider does before it disappears is pull off the mantle he is wearing, the one where the flower that Amber used to track him is sewn on.
"We have seen hunters like this before", Drexon calls across to Amber. "Although not as cowardly as this one. It was definitely the horse that gave the last ones the ability to disappear".
"But he is right, this is wasting our time", he adds and stands up, keeping an eye around himself and looking to dodge away from any arrows.

Cob looks around for a moment then decides to try and hide, hoping he'll be unnoticed by the rider. Maybe he'll come close by without noticing and give Cob an opportunity to jump on to the horse.
"Gather the spent arrows, he might be trying to recover them. We need to deny them to him, and possibly catch him going for them", Drexon replies; telepathically to Cob if he is too far away to hear, and then heads for the nearest spent arrow, being careful not to leave himself exposed.

You gather the fallen arrows from the ground to deny your enemy of resource as you look around to find where the rider would come from. Yet, after a while, the rider still doesn't come out. Amber once again murmurs the name of the flower that is on the rider but finds nothing.
"I find the riders disappearance ominous, although I expect that is the desired effect. I can only assume he waiting for us to fall into sone other trap of his", Drexon says as he looks around very cautiously.
He is still ready for anything, and doesn't trust their immediate environment at all. He begins to snap the arrows he found, one by one, then piles them up and crouches down low and starts a small fire.
(OOC: intention is to be prone as he starts the fire)
The forest is eerily quiet. The snap of arrows in Drexon's hand is deafening, even more so when a small burst of flame crackles into being. A loud tinkling bell suddenly echoes through the forest as Cob steps on the branch of the next tree top. A dull pop sounds from the base of the tree followed by a whirring sound. Hidden between the hanging roots and vines of the tree are loosely hanging wood-coloured strings. They are becoming taut as they spin around the tree, pulling branches, vines, and anything hanging off of the tree toward the trunk.
With a little bit of a struggle, Cob manages to manoeuvre away from the rapidly enclosing strings. He jumps out of his perch just as the strings are about to wrap around his wings. Unfortunately, the rapidly winding strings around the tree trunk have left the tree rather barren of decent foliage covering. Cob is now rather visible in the open.
{{The DC is exactly 15. A bit lower and Cob would have been restrained.}}

"Hey horse guy," Cob calls through the branches of his now defoliated tree. "Is this just a delaying tactic? Trying to keep us here?"
While he talks, he looks at the rest of the trees within view to see if they're all trapped like this one was. And then at the ground to see how many more traps might be between them and the way to continue their journey.
Cob, apart from the one that just nearly got you and the one you accidentally severed just beyond the tree that fell on you when you tried to attack the rider, you cannot see any other traps on the trees or the ground. However, you are savvy enough to know it doesn't mean there wouldn't be any more just because you cannot see them.
{{Eremoz, what do you want to do? I think after Eremoz I'm going to take you out of initiative. No immediate threat of combat, but it doesn't mean there wouldn't be any more attacks.}}

Cob tries to keep quiet but also flies from the tree he's in, north into the next tree top, wondering if movement will attract attention.
