Finn launches a bolt of eldritch energy at the kobold rider of the surviving wyvern. The beam takes Luft Commander Deedlik by surprise and with a spray of blood he slumps over, dangling in his harness from the side of his mount.

Honey eyes dart from the fallen wyvern to the live one that just untangled itself from the tent. Jirel’s chest rises and falls from the adrenaline and exertion of battle. She thrived on it. The anger and frustration in the pit of her stomach continues to churn, fueling her strength. Where was Jararaka? Concern for her friend crept to the surface as the living beast doesn’t turn its attention this way.
Heart pounding in her ears, Jirel was beyond concerned for Hamal as well, who was trapped beneath this beast. She couldn’t help both. “Get that beast’s attention fer me! Protect Jararaka!” The goliath calls out in a demand looking over her shoulder to Tylaerys and Finn. Without another word, Jirel then looks back ahead and throws herself forward with a deep growling grunt. “ARRRRGGHHH!” Using all her weight and channeling all her rage, muscles flex with power as she uses everything she’s got to attempt to lift/push the wyvern off of Hamal. Even if she couldn’t do it all the way, maybe she could do just just enough for the Bear or Brittanya to pull her out.
(Jirel can push, drag, lift 1050lbs according to her sheet if that helps Strength Check: 10 )
Jararaka blinks incredulously at the kobold as they start to talk, "you think you can ask for things right now?" And sure enough, the little thing gets blown off their perch by Finn's magic before they could respond. Jararaka's spines stand up as she faces the wyvern, it's stinger raised high and threatening to send her to the same place as that kobold, no doubt.
She eyes the green tent, and the remaining wyvern blocking her path and growls in frustration. But without it's rider, it's unlikely going to be making any particularly intelligent moves, so she takes the chance and ducks inside the walls of the camp. That's when she sees the fancy boots of Hamal sticking out from under the wyvern corpse and she grimaces, then yells out, "oi, Hamal, you still there?!"

[Exactly right. Disengage would prevent the opportunity attack but this was a readied attack, waiting to see if you complied with its rider's orders. And since it burns its reaction using the readied attack, it has no option for another opportunity attack. Dodge was the way to go.]
As Jararaka tries to escape inside the camp wall, the wyvern carries out its master's last order. It stabs at her with its poisonous tail, while the cleric does her best to dodge.
Readied Stinger Attack: 12 Damage: 13 On a hit, Jararka must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 24 poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Hit or miss, Jararaka is able to get off her spell. It's hard to tell from this distance, and with having to worry about dodging that wyvern, but she thinks she sees the boots twitch a little after she healing word is complete.
Back on the other side of the camp, Jirel puts her shoulder into the side of the wyvern, muscles bulging as she tries her best to lift or move the carcass off of the elf paladin. It's too heavy... but help comes from unexpected places. She feels a tingle of electricity in her arms and legs as the distant power of Jararaka's storm god comes to her aid. At the same time, the cave bear puts its heavy paws up on the tide of the wyvern's torso. Altogether they are able to roll the dead dragon over onto its side, revealing Hamal. She is pressed face down into bloody mud, but as soon as the weight is off of her, she jerks her head to the side and gasps for air. She is alive, but still in very rough shape.
Brittaniya rushes in and kneels beside Hamal. "Fool!" she cries through tears. "Give me some space..." she says hurriedly but not unkindly to Jirel, Finn and the bear. She plants her staff hard into the ground and then places a hand on Hamal's shoulder. "Silvanus, preserve this guardian, that she may walk again in your quiet woodland paths and learn something of serenity and contemplation...". A soft green glow radiates from her hand into the elf. 10

Seeing the gravely wounded wyvern limp away towards the forest, the young blonde half-elf pursues and calls upon the powers of her draconic blood, her silvery scales shimmering, uttering a short rhyme in high draconic with a clear and firm voice, a hand going to the now shimmering crystal hanging from her neck while her other hand makes a swift complex pattern in the air and suddenly a cloud of silvery dust briefly envelopes the wyverns massive head, it's sophoric power sending it into swift slumber. She moves through the camp, from body to body, checking for signs of life. Most of the camp's defenders look to have been mauled or poisoned by the wyverns, though a few show wounds of a magical nature. All those lying out in the open are past the aid of healing. From somewhere in the southwest corner, near where the flying wyvern crashed, there are muffled cries for aid.
The camp also holds a wooden stockade. It is on fire, and there look to be several corpses huddled near the locked gate.
Outside the west gate, near where the wyvern is sleeping, sits a merchant's wagon. A few sacks of silver lie abandoned on the forest floor, but otherwise the treasure appears to have been carried off by the rest of the winged raiders.

Finn will rush to where she believes she can be the most help, where there are cries for help. There's little she can do about a fire right now but she may be able to help those to the southwest... "Is that winged beast dead?" Finn calls out as she rushes away to see what she can do.
Jararaka groans as she enters the camp, “what a nasty sting for a girl named Glittersnake… Anyway, nice shot and thanks for looking out.” She nods to everyone.
Seeing that the wyvern had fallen into slumber, she rushes to the collapsed green tent on tip toes. She tries to pull the debris away with Finn, mumbling apologies and shushing the person calling for aid, “didn’t know there’s people in here, that is… my bad. But try to be quiet, the wyvern’s not dead.”
Finn and Jararaka hurriedly dig through the wreckage of the tent in the southwest corner of the camp. There are crates of cut herbs, fruit and vegetable seeds, and work benches, along with many smashed and broken glass bottles and clay pots. Soon you find the source of the cries. It is a young human woman.
She has been pushed over a workbench and her left leg is twisted and bent back underneath her at an unnatural angle. Other than the leg injury and some cuts and bruises, she looks alright. "Please," she says through gritted teeth. "I think my leg is broken. Can you help me?" As Finn and Jararaka look at her injuries, "What happened? Who are you? I had been hiding here since wyverns attacked from above. Then just now I heard your battle. Did you kill the monsters? Is anyone hurt out there?"
Meanwhile, the wyvern continues to sleep outside the western gate.
Brittaniya commands her bear to drag a few of the burning tents outside the camp gates, to keep the fire from spreading, while she stands beside the growing conflagration and uses limited control of the winds to keep the flames from growing out of control. Hamal goes through the rest of the camp, confirming there are no other survivors, until eventually reaching Finn and Jararaka.
She sees the young woman, and bellows at her. "Recruit! What happened here? How did they find this camp? How did Jethram allow you lot to be taken unawares?!" For her part, the woman continues to grit her teeth quietly. Not necessarily ignoring the paladin, but perhaps more concerned with her involuntary contortions to answer right now.

Jirel didn't have to be told twice when Hamal was out of the mud and in Brittaniya's hands. Once everyone was clear of the dead beast the goliath would leave it to scan for her companions. Chest still heaving, hair on end and fully prepared to defend any of them, she comes to witness all of their tenacity in battle. It made her heart swell in pride for them. The warrior could feel Jararaka's resilience persist through the challenges she faced from the evidence of her god's presence still coursing through her veins. Finn's magical potshot of spite towards the fleeing target brought a low chuckle to her lips while Tylaerys' clever use of magic brings a smile to her lips as she sends it into a slumber.
Knowing she wouldn't have much time before it'd wear off, Jirel would aim to rush over and scoop up what raw meat she could find along the way that could be used to potentially 'bribe'/ease the wyvern upon it's eventual wake. Should that be the riders body, and/or some farm animal remains, she'd carry with it her. Briefly connecting with her companions along the way, honey eyes would meet theirs and she'd nod her head to them. Jirel would take the wyvern from here while they investigated the wounded (They were welcome to join her as well).
Upon reaching the slumbering beast, Jirel would place down the rider's body/most of the animal remains nearby (keeping some on her) before approaching. The wild woman lowers her grumbles to a lower and slower frequency to try and match that of the snoozing wyvern. Steady, calculated steps, she takes notice of the riding harness and feels she has a decision to make as she nears closer.
Was Glittersnake treated poorly? Were wyverns like Glittersnake raised into this cultist life beyond their will? Jirel wondered if it was already a truly tamed wyvern and/or if she could find her own way to build a partnership with this being. Could there be a mutual understanding amongst goliath and wyvern? Was Glittersnake an ally of the cult, or a victim? Could they join forces to eradicate that threat and/or free their kin? All these thoughts raced through her mind as she found herself removing the riding harness. If any of this could be so, then trust needed to be developed regardless. Freeing one of their shackles was always a good first step. Next would be healing, however Jirel didn't have those skills, and still couldn't be naive to it's wild instinct to be aggressive, reckless, or defensive. Next could be earning their respect.
Jirel would start with trying to calm it with her sound and soft presses of her palm to simulate pats or pets in attempts to sooth Glittersnake. She hoped to calm it enough not to panic should/when they wake, or maybe even coax them to relax enough into a resting slumber. The goliath needed time if she wanted to try to get a sense of the beast (Beast sense) and speak with them. She was ready to react should it not be the most favourable. Jirel was prepared to try to mount should they attempt to flee, or act in defense of herself should they attack.
"Hi!" Finn says to the young women she and Jararaka uncover.
"Hi..." She says again, a bit more calmly. "You're fine. You'll be fine soon enough, anyway. My friend Jararaka and I are here to help."
At the complaint about the leg Finn bends down to take a look at it an... eeeew, yeah. That leg is not in good shape. "Let me see what I can do here. Stay still as possible, this may hurt a bit..." But even as she is saying that Finn blanches a little and then quickly stands instead of doing anything to help the leg.
"You know what? My friend here is much more talented with this kind of thing," Finn says through a forced smile. "Jararaka, why don't you try to help with the leg?" ((Their +5 to medicine checks is much better than Finn's +1))
"We were kind of hoping you could tell us what happened," Finn answered, hoping to keep her talking as a distraction if nothing else. "We kind of came in at the end. Just kind of polished or chased off the last of them. You didn't see the start of the battle?" Finn allows her to provide any more information that she can before she herself continues.
"Brittaniya and Hamal were bringing us here. My friends and I. We're going to help against the dragon cult... as much as we can, anyway. There are some hurt out there. Some dead. Things happened too fast, I don't have a count or anything..." Finn says, feeling a bit deflated by her lack of good news. "Stay here while Jararake finishes with you, eh? I will go help anyone else that I can." Finn really isn't the best with the wounded. She prefers to toss a Healing Word from a distance and call it done...
Finn then wanders back out to the camp proper. She has three Healing Word's left at her disposal and she is willing to use them on anyone who it seems it'll save. She generally is just looking at where her services are best lent... Until she spys Jirel and the Wyvern.
"What the fu..." She whispers to herself and stards over that way at a run though she pulls up and makes sure her final approach is a lot calmer and slower. By the time Finn gets that close it is apparent that Jirel is... Trying to befriend the creature? Is she nuts?? But Finn most definitely does not want to interrupt the process. Finn tries to catch Jirel's eye and signal that she is there... For whatever. But mostly Finn waits and watches. She'll act if requested by mostly she's there to defend Jirel in case things go bad.
A sigh of relief comes from the young blonde half-elf as the dust settles after the brief but fierce battle, pulling a loose strand of her long hair behind her pointed ear as she quickly scans the battlefield for more threats. She sees Brittanya take care of Hamal while Jararaka and Finn moves to help survivors in the camp. Well aware her draconic magic will not keep the fearsome wyvern slumbering for long, Tylaerys swiftly follows Jirel, nodding to the blonde giantess as she brings with her raw meat, smiling in agreement with the goliath's daring and inspiring idea. Through her studies of dragons she had the vague idea that the wyverns, although clearly related to dragons, was more beastlike and not inherently evil which was the case with the chromatics, there was certainly a chance they could forge a pact with a new ally in their fight against the Cult of the Dragon. Not wanting to interfere with Jirel's attempts to befriend the wyvern, Tylaerys stands back, ready to use her sophoric magic once more should the attempt fail, also hoping to assist the blonde giantess, ready to interpret if Jirel would want to communicate in draconic.
(Ready to aid Jirel in any way she can, hopefully providing the help action if and when appropriate)
Jararaka makes an awkward and uncertain noise when the young woman asks about the rest of the encampment, then nods as Finn explains, grateful that someone else with a gentler voice could offer a little explanation.
Still on alert, she turns back to look at the dozing wyvern, jaw dropping open to see Jirel and Tylaerys gathering meat for it. She stares for about two seconds before offering: "...good luck?" And nods as Finn goes to help out as well.
"Alright, why don't we start with your name?" She turns her attention back to the woman, seeing the blood seep into the ground and debris. "What happened before everything got... a bit thrashed? Focus on talking and try not to scream. We are going to move you somewhere else." In a smaller voice, she says Hamal, "give me a hand, she can't talk with a leg like... that."
While the young woman hopefully follows the instructions, Jararaka will try detangling her from the broken tent, and move her somewhere flatter to the east side of the camp. She'll then work on the mangled leg, trying to flush out any dirt with some water from her waterskin and making a makeshift splint from the straight wooden panels of what was once a crate or tent frame.
Medicine check: 22
(she will keep concentrating on bless for as long as possible)

Jirel was prepared to try to mount should they attempt to flee, or act in defense of herself should they attack.

just an unstable unicorn.
