Peppermint whispers to Hazel, "We need to know more about the coven, this alicorn, and... ugh." She will wait for Seer to react to the harengon preparing to move on, but is ready to make herself known.

"That went as well as could be expected. Nobody was hurt." Yoli comes scrambling up the bank, and then sits down, proceeding to drain the swampwater from his shoes.
Seer nods to Yoli. ‘We don’t know enough about this place, but I couldn’t afford to seem weak in front of them - they weren’t as tough as they wanted to seem, but they could have caused real trouble if they thought I was a victim…’
Peppermint strides up to the group from where she was crouched. "Then why didn't we press them for information? We're just as lost as we were before, except now we've looked fate's gift in the teeth and decided it isn't good enough." She kicks something off into the swamp.

"Oh really? A hot air balloon crashed? I think we should offer our assistance." Yoli strains to look where Peppermint points, and then sends the owl up to get a better view from up high.

As you start marching towards the balloon, you'll notice a well ringed by hewn stone, 10 feet in diameter, and rises 26 feet above ground level. The well is currently sucking most of the surrounding muddy water leaving behind a muddy morass. The heavy slurping sounds is accompanied by some big chunks at times, it suggests that the well might suck some small creatures like frogs along with the water.

When the well stopped draining the water from the swamp, you can see a 10-foot-wide stream which you can't find where it originates from it continues as far as your eyes and the mist allows you to see.

Anyone who looks at the stream will catch the following vision as reflection. (I went with four of you, but if anyone else is interested in looking please roll 1d8)
Peppermint: A tall, thin figure wearing a pointy black hat and a hooded black cloak climbs a rickety staircase leading up to a large, ramshackle house built on stilts. As the figure approaches the house, their shadow seems to detach from their body, move across the walls of the house, and crawl through an open window.
Hazel: A short, mean-looking old woman wearing a crimson cap, a leather apron, and iron boots uses a cleaver to chop meat in a drab kitchen.
Yoli: A headless, child-sized scarecrow with metal lobster claws for hands tries on some new heads, including an upside-down wooden bucket and a withered head of cabbage. It decides on a large gourd.
Seer: A tall, thin figure wearing a pointy black hat and a hooded black cloak climbs a rickety staircase leading up to a large, ramshackle house built on stilts. As the figure approaches the house, their shadow seems to detach from their body, move across the walls of the house, and crawl through an open window.
Peppermint does look into the stream, crouching at its edge. When she is done, she just grunts and stands, looking for the next steps towards the downed balloon. She is not inclined to mess with things found in the Feywild.

After glimpsing into the stream, Hazel replies to Yoli "The short, mean-looking old woman chopping meat in a kitchen? Yes, I did ! I wonder is that a divination spell or more like an illusion..."
"I'm also curious of what's inside this" as she points to the huge 21 feet tall well. "Should I climb it and see what's inside ? I mean people do throw coins in well, no ?"

Hazel gets a strong feeling of this visions being a consequence of divination magic, wether it was conjured by someone or simply an "expression" of the feywild is beyond her.
"There are some orbs floating inside there. I'm curious, but also I'm not sure we should be messing around with them. What do you all think? Here's an idea. I'll tie a rock to this rope so we can toss it over top of the well. Someone can hold it on the other side, so I can climb up there to have a look. I'm proficient in arcana; maybe I can get a idea of what they are."

Yoli looks, and is bewildered, befuddled, confused, transfixed and curious about what he sees. "Hey look! Does anyone else see this?"

The owl can flies and will immediately spot some orbs floating inside the well. The well looks old and erosioned through constat flow of murky water.

BTW, Hazel personality traits is : "There’s nothing I like more than a good mystery." so always very curious :D
