Ferro attempts another bit of conversation with the woman:
"You know, the Lady Yosa was lamenting that her husband spends too much time with his money. Perhaps if you were to direct us to where he keeps his riches, we might be able to find him there... I'm sure that finding the lord is of tantamount importance!"
The lady shakes her head and sighs. "The master had his things everywhere. The entire house is where he kept his riches. Since he is gone...I don't know."
As they presumably head back at some point once the others are finished with the library room, Ferro will admire the gemstones. Anything special about them he hasn’t noticed yet?
Rai nods at Ferro's suggestion, starting towards the entrance to the library. But before he leaves, he looks back to the librarian. "Any idea where he'd spend the most time in the manor? His bedroom, a study, a treasury?" He leans back on his feet, sticking his hands in his pockets.

The gem is very similar to the one you got a short bit ago from the lady in the boudoir.

"I don't follow him everywhere he goes, but he has spent a lot more time in his study as of late, from what I hear from the other servants."
When you go to open the door...
You are met, not with the previous room and hall, but a grand room with vaulted ceilings, tapestry-covered walls and a gigantic dinner table covered with delectable treats. The dimly lit room is filled with a host of finely dressed guests who appear to be attending a ball.
"Yeah... weird." Rai pauses right at the door between the rooms. "This must have been that banquet Nissa was talking about. I think she also said something about the mansion becoming a maze." Also not being one for crowds, he hesitates, wishing someone else would step up and lead. Iemiru, having been on the floor investigating a particularly interesting pile of dust in the corner of the room, saunters over to him and sits at his heel.

There doesn't seem to be anyone that stands out in particular...because they all stand out in one way or another. Despite their fine looking apparel, the people themselves all seem to be twisted versions of different characters! The sunken dark eyes of an older man sits on top of a little girl's body in a pink tutu, a woman in an elegant dress has bloody spikes sticking out of her shoulders, a military looking man missing an arm moves as if controlled by invisible puppet strings...and so on. The food and drink look excellent though and the tapestries are all muted landscapes from various places around the world, but otherwise do not seem to indicate anything in particular.
Belko still has his nose in the book, glancing up he sees the dinner party, and the tapestry, " Not really my taste. Dreams.....some of these are nightmares I think....."
" Can we burn that tapestry or will someone take offence?"
There don't appear to be any other exits currently, and the guests at this party don't seem to take notice of you that you can see, being quite content to talk silently to each other. You also see that while most of the dishes on the table have been touched, moved and served, there is a goblet full of what is probably wine standing in the middle of the table, a very ornate looking cup, filled to the brim.
Ferro will nervously shuffle into the room but will keep his back to a wall so no one can get behind him. He will start to slink sideways along an edge of the room.
“Let’s just get past this nonsense,” he mutters to the others. “And you’d have to be barking mad if you’re considering eating or drinking any of that stuff.”
The lady shakes her head and sighs. "The master had his things everywhere. The entire house is where he kept his riches. Since he is gone...I don't know."
In that case, Ferro will suggest the group move along. Back to the main hall and check a different wing of the house.

Ruby who has been listening and contemplating adds.
”Dreams made flesh, does not say what kind of dreams. Perhaps we are being pulling into this book.”

Ferro hesitates to enter this room. He doesn’t like crowds!
“Uhhh, are you guys seeing what I’m seeing? This was the way back to the main hall, surely?”
He is uncharacteristically holding back, letting someone else take the lead.

Also does the tapestry depict?

Belko swans into the room as if he belongs there and snatches up the cup before walking back to the others.
He gives it an experimental sniff, " Dreams.........I wonder if they follow the same rules as the Fey?"
" Barking mad? I nean...on occasion.....but yes, I'm dubious about the vintage."
