Tyris watches as Shadow pulls a gem from within the heart of the automaton. "Think there's one of those in the wreckage of the other one we dealt with too?"
Studying the gem together Shadow and Laladak think it is pretty and therefore probably valuable, but they have no idea what it is or how much it is worth.
Shadow doesn't find anything else interesting in this room and leads the party into the northern tunnels, but finds that this particular tunnel system is thoroughly explored.
(I probably won't be able to update the map until Monday, or possibly last Sunday. So if you decide to go down the stairs here is what you see.)
You go down a short flight of stairs leading south from where you destroyed the Pulverizer, the hallway continues south for another 20 feet and then turns east. The hallway continues east for another 20 feet and there is a tunnel continuing east for another 20 feet and then turns north. 5 feet into the tunnel it branches out to the south. The hallway again turns small and ends in a Z gear door. I don't think you have a Z key.

Shadow picks the lock with easy after spending some time studying it. As he does so he gets a itchy feeling and he believes that the door is trapped as all the others have been that he has picked.
Do you want to hear me, for all the crumbled buscuits!? if you look at the map we can skip this door and pass on the other way: we have the key! It leads to the same room, what's wrong with you?

What do you do next?
Investigate the room for any other points of interest and then head north through the tunnel to see if there is any more hidden rooms they connect to.

Oreus says :
”let’s open the door after those little stairs: according to keygan’s map it should lead to a room and then back to the gnome king”

I don't see how you would be able to help pick a lock.

Oreus suggests
“we can still way the other way round, through the U door where we met the gnome king”
Easy. Laladak could use a crowbar and provide a fulcrum to allow Shadow to get extra room to do his work.
I got alot a doods
Can we disarm the traps?
