As Nazin made his second flail attack Augustin pulled him off balance, leaving an opening for everyone in melee range to make an attack of opportunity:
Black Hound: Attack: 17 Damage: 4.
Nazin's strength save DC13 if he has to make one is: 19.
The hound that just did damage to Nazin is killed by Merregon devil 2 (on the right of Nazin). Hound no. 2 also takes a terrible wound to the halberd of the devil.

Esa watches as Augustin holds Nazim tight, pinning him in place. Everything goes quiet as she sees Augustin's expression, urging her to do it. His stupid face spurning her forwards, despite certain death for himself. She hates him for it. Ignoring the imp who she is sure is somewhere close, just out of eyesight, she flies towards Nazim. She hovers before him at eye-level, locking eyes with him.
"Tell me, Nazim, how does it feel to know your death has come for you? You march with your devils and soldiers, your fiends brought forth because your own strength is not enough to sustain you. At every turn, we have beaten you. At every turn, we have quashed you. Now here you stand, held down by this mere human."
She lays her hand on Augustin where he grasps their enemy. Despite her resolve, he can feel her hand shake as it grips him tightly.
"And a foolish one at that. A man so daft the source of his power has escaped even him. Yet he will be the end of you. Your precious power which you crave, your control, it will be taken from you by a group of misfit warriors from all walks, who have no right to call themselves heroes. I understand your thirst for power, I have it too. We will never be satisfied. So let's die together, Nazim. What do you say?"
She holds the spell, waiting for him to respond. As soon as his mouth opens, she jams her hands between his lips, calling forth the Fireball. If he doesn't respond, she just shoots it straight into his face.
Augustin continues to try and wrestle with a 17.
Nazin Redthorn gets a 18
Augustin, battered, bleeding, grabs hold of Nazin again and hangs on. Nazin is grappled.
The Black Hounds attack:
Two attack the badly wounded devil (the one on the left):
One attacks Nazin:
Three attack the other devil:
The devil on the right is prone. Both devils are bloodied.

Augustin realising Esa's intent, holds tightly onto Nazin, and commands his hounds to disengage and they run to a safe distance.
