Stryke would also like to have had a conversation with Augustin about whether he wants his broken nose fixed and whether Lesser Restoration would do it

That would work fine as long as it's straight when you cast it. At the moment Augustin's nose was healed while it was crooked and would need to be rebroken. Will require a medicine check to rebreak and straighten it.
Augustin yells "ow!" from Esa's ineffectual attempt to rebreak his nose.
Meanwhile everyone else ignores Augustin's complaints and Esa's scolding of him, and listens to Stryke.
"The elves of the Woodsinger clans live in the southeastern part of the Harken Forest. This nomadic tribe consists of a dozen bands, numbering near 1200 elves in total. Each band shifts from camp to camp every few months. The campsite you see on the few maps of Harkenwold is just the closest one to Harkenwold. A wise, cautious elf woman named Eriyel leads the band currently residing there. The elves are long lived and are not interested in the quickly passing problems of humans and shorter lived races. The elves' biggest and current problems come from the Daggerburg goblins, who infiltrate the elves' hunting areas from the west part of the Harken Forest. An enemy my own people struggle against."
If we went for the iron circle which direction would we most likely go?
Just trying to get the lay of the land
You'd be crossing the White River and harassing supplies going to the other villages (Dardun, Easthill) and any supplies or reinforcements that were coming up the King's Road to Harken from the south.
Grimbald is absentmindedly fiddling with something in his hand as he ponders the best course of action. He is not exactly a strategist when it comes the Iron Circle. "You had me at 'goblins'" says Grimbald.
None of those things, other than be polite. Humans see the forest as a neutral place. Elves see it as their home. If you can see one elf there will be a dozen you can't see. With bows drawn.
Vakiel does not require anything else before we set out. "Is it just our group travelling, or will we have company or assistance again such as with the Keelboats?"
Dar Gremath says "It will be just you travelling. Feel free to disrupt any Iron Circle activity that you come across, but I suggest you leave no one alive to report that a group of heavily armed resistance fighters are travelling south in what the Iron Circle consider their territory now. I suggest rather than the King's Road you take the tracks from here that will take you to the ruins of the village of Marl. You can find out what the situation is there and let us know. Then from there you can take the track that splits in two, one leads to Harken, and another track heads to the southern Harken Forest. This track will also lead to the estate of the Gravelstokes, a noble family from the south who have made Harkenwold their home. So far the Iron Circle have left them alone. It would be beneficial if you did not antagonise them, they may bring their small militia on our side. They are as far away from Albridge as you can get though. You will be able to rest there overnight and set off into the forest the following morning."
If we are going to go to Marl instead of looking for a fight down the Kings road, I think we ask for a volunteer runner to bring the news on Marl back to Albridge instead of us taking the time
Stryke will make an eye patch out of whatever he can find or barter from the halflings to cover his lost eye

They dig up something for you, a scrap of sail cloth and twine.

The keelboat arrives back at Albridge around midday. The party disembark and the rescued prisoners are escorted off to be housed and taken care of.
The party meet up with Dar Gremath and tell him what transpired. He thanks you for your efforts and is encouraged by your success.
"Now," he says. "Will you raid and harass the Iron Circle supply lines, or ask the Woodsinger elves for aid?"
"Stryke, Augustin... you are familiar with the woods of these areas - do you know of the Woodsinger Elves?"
Esa amusingly looks over at Augustin and asks innocently, "Yes, Augustin. How familiar are you with the woods? Enlighten us, please."
She follows it up with a hard smash against his nose in an attempt to rebreak it, before trying to straighten it in the moment he is stunned.

yes, I know of the elves.
RIck can you please provide the details?

Stryke would prefer the forest even if it means dealing with elves but be open to getting the iron circle if everyone else would like to.
Grimbald is absentmindedly fiddling with something in his hand as he ponders the best course of action. He is not exactly a strategist when it comes the Iron Circle. "You had me at 'goblins'" says Grimbald.
Vakiel acknowledges that we will have to face the iron circle eventually but would prefer to delay that as long as possible...
Dar Gremath asks if there is anything you will need and when will you set out?
Does he have any information on proper manners and greetings or passwords to get us to the head elf?
or any other intelligence that he can share with the party

very well. Thanks.
Party, do we travel by day or by night?

Happy to travel by day, perhaps dressed down to not look like obvious Iron Circle killers
