Grymar - Your arrow manages to lodge into the edge of Yegor's other buttock, causing the whole thing to jiggle like a vast pudding.
Jahia kicks open the door to the windmill and fires her heavy crossbow at Yegor. The door unexpectedly swings back and the bolt catches its edge, causing the bolt to miss. Jahia curses and reloads her crossbow.
Yegor gets to his hands and knees and reaches back to touch the arrows in his behind, "Owwwie!" He stands and picks up the uprooted sapling he's using as a club, then lumbers toward the windmill. The giant steps onto the hunter's trap Grymar had set for him, crushing it into the ground (Made his DEX save) and you see Grymar's snare suddenly go off as well, but the magical snare simply disappears in a puff of smoke and light.
Re-reading snare I saw that it only affects creatures that are Large or smaller.
Grymar’s grin when the big beast lumbers into his snare turns into a frown, he didn’t realize that it wouldn’t work on such a big creature. “Ya big goon. Hah! Here’s another one for ya, yeah!” He fires another arrow at the giant, following Zubien’s lead he takes aim at his head, hoping to blind the giant if possible, or if not then hit his sensitive parts.
Longbow : 21 to hit, for 7 points of piercing damage.
Favored foe : an additional 4 points of damage with the hit.
Hunter’s Mark damage : an additional 6 points of damage with the hit.

Jahia takes an additional 1 fire damage as she dazedly tries to rise. Realizing she is on fire, she quickly rolls around to snuff out the flames. A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Lehmani quickly descends the rope and, eyes fixed on the burning pit, and gets into position to ready a spell. If she sees the giant attempt to emerge from the pit she'll call to him, "You dolt! Don't you realize there's fire all around you out here!? You're safer in the pit! If you had any brains about you, you'd STAY!"
When she speaks this final word, she infuses it with the power of a Command spell.
Zubien - The fire and smoke make it hard to see and your arrow flies past Yegor, piercing a pumpkin instead. The windmill is burning up quickly, parts of it are starting to fall into the body of the windmill with a crash, sending up plumes of smoke and sparks.
Lehmani - Yegor tries to get his feet under him and get out of the pit. At your command he suddenly stops flailing about and looks at the burning windmill with fear in his eyes. He hunkers down and covers his head with his arms.
Grymar - The arrow sails past Yegor.
Jahia curses and coughs as the windmill begins to come down around her. Finding the doorway blocked by Yegor's bulk, she roars and barrels into the southern wall. The wood there cracks and splinters but doesn't give way completely, "A little help here!" She shouts between fits of coughing.
Yegor obediently stays in the pit, whimpering as he sweats from the heat of the fire.

Oh no! Didn't realize his bulk was even topping the pit, much less blocking egress. How much of him is he blocking her exit? Just trying to picture it to determine if breaking through the wall is our only recourse, or if there's anything else we can do to get her out.

The townsfolk only had enough time to dig the pit about 8ft deep, so only about half Yegor's height. She might be able to squeeze by him as a last resort but risks getting squished or grabbed being in such close proximity. If Yegor was drawn away from the pit she would certainly have enough room to exit via the front door.
Grymar sees the danger and hears the cry for help from Jahia inside the windmill, which is starting to burn. He hears the thump at the southern wall and knows what she is trying to do. He starts to move there, dropping his bow along the way and pulling out his war hammer. “I’m coming! Lemme open up a hole to getche out!” He hefts his war hammer and swings hard, aiming at the wood of the southern wall, trying to knock a hole so that she can get out.

Lehmani - Your mace rebounds from the wall of the windmill, causing no obvious damage.
Grymar - You manage to knock a hole in the wall and see Jahia's hand reach through, "I'm gonna *cough* try again!"
Jahia presses her face to the hole and draws a big breath before stepping back across the interior of the windmill. Pieces continue to fall around her, some of them rather large now. Jahia charges forward, with her shield held in front of her and slams into the wall. She comes spilling out of the windmill in a tumble of field stones and wood and scrambles away from it just before the roof caves inward with a CRASH.
Jahia spends the rest of her turn coughing and eventually coming to a standing position, "I'm ready to fight the giant now." She says as she wipes her dirty and sweaty face on her arm and tries to smooth down bits of hair that have come loose from her bun.
Yegor manages to haul his bulk out of the pit and shouts, "Food ruined! Now I eat you!" He then lumbers over toward you all with his sapling greatclub raised.
