Grymar moves 5 feet diagonally to the southeast behind Redcap A, flanking him and he swings his shillelagh at the thing, hoping to bash it on the head. “C’mere you little bitty Tommyknocker! I’’m gonna grind you into the dirt!” He swings with all of his force, and ethereal bees drive into the thing off of the end of the staff, doing additional piercing damage.
Shillelagh : 21 to hit, for 4 points of bludgeoning damage, and an additional 5 points of piercing damage due to the Gathered Swarm.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Kalhala - The Redcap howls in anger and pain as you slash it with your longsword.
Berkarak - The recap barely has time to recover from Kalhala's sword attack when it is engulfed in blue flame. Its eyes bulge and it screams in agony. Your quarterstaff smacks it across the face, pushing it to the brink of death. The Redcap you just attacked tries in vain to swing its sickle at you but misses. You feel a searing pain across your side as the other Recap hits you with an attack of opportunity, dealing 8 points of slashing damage.
Zubien - Your arrow hits Redcap B for 7 points of piercing damage despite the cover it receives from Kalhala. I rolled damage in your character sheet since it didn't go through in the in-thread dice roller.
Grymar - Your magical staff bludgeons the skull of recap A and it falls to the ground dead.
Redcap A is DEAD.
ROUND 3
Redcap B manages to hit Kalhala with one of his attacks, for 9 points of slashing damage.
Grymar moves south 10 feet and turns, flanking the second redcap and bringing his magical staff down on the top of his head as well, saying “Here’s your commuppance, ya little beastie Tommyknocker!” He swings and connects with the odd thing, and once more the bees seem to funnel down the staff and into the thing, damaging him further.
Shillelagh : 20 to hit, for 6 points of bludgeoning damage and an additional 5 points of piercing damage from the gathered swarm of bees.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Berkarak groans loudly through gritted teeth at the last slash, arching his back in pain as he climbs the few stairs. He turns and sends an Eldritch blast at the remaining redcap. (16 to hit; 7 force damage)
Kalhala shouts out in pain as the slash cuts him deep, adding to his other injuries and is relieved none of the other attacks hit him. He hears Berkarak groan as he is hit as well and turns menacingly to the remaining redcap. "Who do you think you are?"he growls as he takes his sword and flanked with Grymar, runs his blade into the ugly creature.
Just a geography thing, Lehmani rushed forward back in Post #1172so she should be 30' closer to melee... or as close as she's able to get. (God, that might be the nerdiest sentence I've ever typed. Lol.)
Lehmani will try to finish the attacker by once again calling upon the glory of Gond to send down a Sacred Flame onto the redcap.

"Oof, I'm not feeling so well, but what or matter where do you think those gremlins came from? Should we check further back that way? Those rocks sure don't want to move anyways." Kalhala peers as far as he can to the East, but doesn't move without the rest of the group.
Berkarak sighs and shakes his head. His shoulders are slumped and he looks quite weak and bloodied. "I'm sorry for dragging us into that mess. Without that illusion I might be dead. I'm willing to press on in whatever direction we decide, and I'll have to keep my curiosity in better check in these dangerous caves."
"Aye. It's certainly worth investigating. Though, let's proceed with caution who knows what traps or other such hazards those beings might have laid for us." Lehmani replies as she looks out over the open space to see if she notices any potential hazards or enemies laying in wait.

Grymar finishes examining the odd creatures, then he takes point and starts to head further east to see where they came from. He pauses from time to time to listen, trying to listen for that mettalic sound that they heard before, then he moves on. “Mustve been their boots” he notes to himself as he walks along, looking in the gloom and checking for any movement.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Lehmani - You don't notice any potential hazards nor enemies lying in wait as you look over the open space.
Grymar - You no longer hear the metallic sound from before, leading you to believe it was caused by the Recaps' boots. As you near the center of the large open space you see three potential paths before you, marked by three curious signs. To the north is a natural stone passage with a wooden sign before it. The design of the sign is flowing curves and elegant script, at odds with the hard angles and runic designs found throughout the rest of the complex. The sign says "Either" and its wooden pole is driven firmly into the rough stone floor of the cavern. To the northeast you find a tumble of rocks that form a rough embankment that leads to an upper area about 20ft high. The sign here says "Or" and is of similar design to the first. To the east the path through the fungus leads to an iron door set in the natural stone wall. The sign along the path says "Neither" and is of similar design to the other two.
Lehmani reamins silent for a moment, studying the three paths before replying. "My Lord is the Lord of the forge... of things that are crafted and built." She indicates her mace in the direction of the heavy iron door. "This would be his path."
She looks to the others to see what they think.

Kalhala shrugs his big shoulders and smiles, "Neither works for me? Ha, I would have picked Or.. kind of like I can't make up my mind so I take neither... oh! but wait ha, apparently I do pick neither." And he chuckles to himself as he inadvertently picked that door as well. And he picks his way over to it, holding his torch high again.
Zubien will attack again (with disadvantage?) Attack: 15 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

Zubien, embarrassed by the poor shot, prepares to fire another arrow. He waits to see the outcome.
Grymar - The enchanted staff knocks the Recap over the head, eliciting a groan of pain.
Berkarak - Your eldritch blast catches the Recap full in the chest before it can recover from Grymar's whack.
Kalhala - The Redcap grunts as you drive your longsword into it, dazed from the onslaught of attacks.
Lehmani - The Redcap fails to notice the Sacred Flame before it begins burning. It immolates with a shriek.
Redcap B is DEAD. Combat has ended
