Zubien continues to move stealthily, observing the "mouth" of the top of the hill, by all accounts the possible lair of the Harpies based on the guano droppings. Using the large boulders for concealment, he moves from one to another, staying cautious (Stealth: 5/Perception: 13/ investigation: 8)
Zubien - You're able to get fairly close to the Harpy nest without being spotted. Risking a quick peek, you see one of the foul creatures squatting in a pile of bones, sticks, and droppings that make up its nest. It appears to be older, with sagging skin and thin, gray, wispy hair. It squawks as its head jerks around, its large bloodshot eyes staring at nothing in particular.
Lehmani's eyes move to where Grymar was pointing and understands his signal. She nods in response.
As she waits for Lore's reply, she keeps her attention on the point Grymar identified... If she sees any sign that something in there has detected his or Zubien's presence, she will attempt to draw the harpy's attention away, using Thaumaturgy to create the sound of a blood-curdling scream as far away from any of them as the spell's range will allow.

All - I went ahead and rolled initiative for everyone and we will act in initiative order until the harpy threat is dealt with. So far it hasn't noticed your presence.
Seeing the others move into position and attack, Grymar decides to pull out his long bow, moving forward on the path until the harpy is visible, saying to himself “Well, here we go!” He launches an arrow at the creature.
Longbow attack : 14 to hit, for 3 points of piercing damage.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
While knocking another arrow, Zubien keeps his eyes open on the target, but keeps a vigil out for any other Harpy that may be nearby. He prepares to draw the bowstring tight.
Lore - You aren't able to gain line of sight on the harpy as it is a couple of levels above you and tucked back into its hole. I moved your token as far as it would go with a dash.
Lehmani - You also are not able to gain line of sight on the harpy. I moved your token forward 30ft.
Grymar - You scramble forward over the rocky terrain and further up the trail. Standing on a large rock, you're able to glimpse the foul creature and fire an arrow. The arrow zips through the air and hits the harpy, drawing another angry shriek.
Zubien - The arrow flies true and pierces the Harpy's wrinkly hide. It appears badly injured now, barely able to stay aloft as it angrily approaches you!
The Harpy drags a large bone as it flaps over to Zubien. It swings the bone at him with a squawk, but misses as its injuries throw off its aim. The Harpy drops the bone and instead lashes out with its long talons, slashing Zubien across his chest.
Zubien takes 8 points of slashing damage.
Lore is up! Followed by Lehmani, then Grymar, then Zubien again.
Lore - The firebolt catches the Harpy full in the face, charring the sagging skin black. The Harpy gives a pained croak, its bulbous eyes wide as it swings its head back and forth, looking for a path to escape.
While the harpy is distracted, looking for an escape, Lehmani is gonna book it, using her full movement and Dash action to race as far up the path as she can.

Zubien is going to sit down, taking back by the slashing damage he received. He probes with his fingers, checks the damage to his armor as he takes it off. Then he begins to bandage the wound, pulling out his bag of herbs, concerned of any infection from the claw. (Medicine: 16)
“Keep quiet now you-uns and les move along outta here. Thatun could have been a lookout. Let’s head along that trail and quickly get by..”. Grymar listens quickly for the sound of any additional harpies, eyes also looking in darker spaces for any in hiding, and urges everyone to move quickly by the area.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
All - After hours spent trekking through virgin wilderness, the small, bucolic cottage before you appears rather out-of-place. Made from sturdy wooden logs, it’s surrounded by a very tidy garden with only a low fence separating it from the forest. Between two large trees is a netted hammock. Lying in the hammock is a half-elven woman wearing a simple white shirt and leather trousers; her blonde hair is streaked with gray and she is snoring gently. A silvery medallion around her neck glints in the light, and a sheathed longsword rests against a tree trunk within easy reach.

Initiative order:
Zubien is up! Followed by the Harpy, then Lore.
Map:
Zubien will use his short bow and attack the Harpy (Attack: 16 Damage: 10)
Zubien - Your arrow catches the Harpy in its upper chest, drawing a startled shriek. It turns to you with hatred in its eyes!
Zubien and Grymar see the harpy begin to vocalize, with murderous fury in its eyes, but thanks to their ear wax, they are not affected by its song.
Lore is up! Followed by Lehmani, then Grymar.
"Well, so much for stealth..." says Lehmani as she bolts as far as her 30' of movement will take her up the trail.
If she's in range, she'll cast Sacred Flame on the harpy (DC 12 Save). If not, she'll take the Dodge preparing to evade any incoming assault from above.
Damage for Sacred Flame, if needed: 6
