Akkron is going to hold onto his action for the moment... if the Zemochs aren't clever enough to listen to Khessa, he'll go ahead and cast steel wind strike to hit each of them with a ton of force damage. But... he'd kind of prefer to save the spell slot if he can.
In the meantime, he'll have the ghostly apparition 'encourage' at least two of the Zemochs to flee. The ghostly girl reaches out a hand and sends the chill of the grave through two Zemochs, each of which must make a DC 24 Wis save or be frightened of the ghost.
Deathly Touch 1: Attack: 33 Damage: 16 necrotic
Deathly Touch 2: Attack: 34 Damage: 21 necrotic
Meanwhile, the zombie is going to keep doing what it was doing and attack the nearest Zemoch.
Slam: Attack: 17 Damage: 8 bludgeoning
All strikes are good (Save vs fear 4): Having been attacked by a zombie, the Zemoch turns to flee
You hear a loud voice coming from behind the Zemochs, yelling at them in their own language. You see one of them look towards you, then over their shoulders behind them, then with an almost reluctance, the three near the barrier once more try to climb over.
The first Zemoch who was severely wounded that climbed over is killed, the one next to him took a sword stroke from Sparhawk, and a crossbow bolt from Maynard. He also looks at his crossbow, and in the same fashion, shakes it as he missed what he thought should have been an easy hit.
'Someone with a loud voice is cheering them on from behind...' Khessa notes 'And he has enough influence over them to force them to attack even though it is obvious that they have little chance of success - and survival to boot'.
"Tell that coward Mr. Big Lungs back there to come up front and set a better example for you!" the blonde arcane warrior challenges the unknown individual shouting from behind her, while continuing to keep the horde of enemies at bay with thrusts of her Death Lance.

Mal hearing the voice commanding the underlings laughs then comments to her friends, "Doing something stupid." Then she will sprint forward 30' jumping (superman style) over the barricade and rolling to her feet past the hopefully surprised Zemochs, arriving at corner and whipping her crossbow around the corner to fire at the "general".
"Surprise!" Then she will dash back over to the barricade and wait.

Sneak Attack: 19 (Only if she does actually surprise the thing. Not sure if she woudl get any advantage on her attacks by doing this.)
[OOC: Essentially Mal is using her Bonus Action to Dash (granting 60' movement) to Dash/tumble roll over barricade to get to corner and then use the rest of her movement to get back to barricade. Relying on her cloak of Displacement to fend off any AoO this will generate. Thinking maybe it would take her 45'-50' of her movement to get to corner and then the remaining 10' to get back to within 5' of the barricade. Maybe/hoping :) ]

A hole does present itself as the one Zemoch was knocked back into the other Zemochs, you dive over and come up into a shooting position. You see two of the Zemochs, dressed similiar to the one earlier who was equipped with the death lance, but there are two driving the Zemochs back into the fight, using their lances to intimidate them. They look up in shock when they see you jump over, shoot, then jump back.
"Well... Maybe a bit of a risky move..." Khessa admires Mal, gaping for a moment at her incredible agility - even more incredible as it is natural, not magical "But incredibly cool (and potentially decisive to boot). Not even my annoying brother Rethos, when he had to avoid a slap from my exasperated mother Eshta, could move like that! Are the screamers still breathing, by the way?"

Akkron decides to do something major (and hopefully not too suicidal/overly derivative of what Mal just did...), because he's getting a bit tired of this fight.
The lich steps towards the barrier... flourishing a magical dagger that he has for situations just like this one. He whispers an incantation, and casts steel wind strike. In a blur he appears and disappears between the Zemochs, striking at each of them and their two overseers with his blade! (There are four Zemochs right now, if I'm not mistaken).
Steel Wind Strike attacks:
Attack: 19 Damage: 27 force
Attack: 32 Damage: 23 force
Attack: 35 Damage: 36 force
Attack: 29 Damage: 35 force
The lich then reappears next to one of the Zemochs that was in the process of trying to clamber over the wall. The ghostly girl attacks the two Zemoch grunts who are currently uncomfortably close to Akkron (assuming they aren't dead already... in which case she'll instead attack the nearest of the Zemoch taskmasters)
Deathly Touch 1 Attack: 25 Damage: 15 necrotic
Deathly Touch 2 Attack: 38 Damage: 27 necrotic
If the ghosts attacks hit, the target(s) need to make a DC 24 Wis save or be frightened of her.
The zombie I guess will just make a slam attack against the nearest Zemoch if its target is somehow still alive.
Slam Attack: 10 Damage: 9

Khessa, on the other hand, was not in a particular hurry... considering that the enemies were being comfortably massacred without managing to score a single blow.
The blonde arcane warrior continues, impassive (and seemingly unstoppable) to attack the Zemochs with her Death Lance. If there are any nearby, she attacks them. Otherwise, with a sigh, she will climb over the barrier and advance to the nearest living opponents.
