Jurgen manages to stab the leading hobgoblin (#2) quite seriously. It is badly injured. The green flames sear his bow-wielding comrade right behind him. Both continue their assault on Jurgen.
Hobgoblin #2 swings again at Jurgen: Longsword Attack: 10. Hit: 5 slashing damage
Hobgoblin #1 launching a second arrow at Jurgen: Longbow Attack: 9. Hit: 8 piercing damage.
Hobgoblin #5 has vanished, chasing after Quinn outside. But Jurgen hears more approaching footsteps from behind him...
Jurgen races toward the exterior door. He surprises two goblin bosses as he runs past. He makes it outside, where Quinn and the other hobgoblin are not visible. The two hobgoblins engaged with Jurgen give chase.
Does Jurgen want to keep running and end his movement at the top of the stairs? Or stop and hold the door shut (free action, but will require a STR check to be potentially contested) or something else?
Syzygy exits through the door to the west, then through the curtain to the south. He looks for his companions. “Where did the prisoner’s go?” He shouts to the goblins and hobgoblins fumbling, chasing something slippery.
Jurgen will try to hold the door. Strength not being his 'thing', but he will put his all into it.
STR: 15
In Goblin he tries to portray one of the hobs fellows and says (as though he were his fellow goblin) "Where did they come from. Me no want to battle all those guards. Me thinks we should escape now. Forget about them."
Syzygy is escorted by two goblins through the curtain, a glowering drow two steps behind. ("Where are you from? Who sent you?" she asks quietly.)
He sees none of his friends here.
He does see two hobgoblins straining at the external door, clearly engaged in a contest with somebody on the other side. Two goblin bosses stand behind them, watching intently.

The door squeaks open in the struggle, revealing Jurgen on the other side, doing his best hobgoblin impression. (Apologies - Jurgen should be just on the other side of the door in the map above - one square east.)
Let's reroll a fresh initiative for the next phase of this scene: 2 Hobgoblins: 9 2 Goblin Bosses: 17 2 Goblin (guides): 12 Drow: 20 Syzygy: __ (go ahead and roll) Jurgen: __ (go ahead and roll)
(If Jurgen acts before the hobgoblins, he may forego any risk of immediate opportunity attacks should he choose to retreat, due to the recently resolved situation with the door.)
Quinn and the other hobgoblin are somewhere outside here, too, but not currently visible.
The drow is silent. She stops, steps backward, then picks up each of your goblin guides by their necks, and slams their heads together with almost inhuman speed. Slam Attack #1 vs. Goblin #8: 19. Hit: 17 bludgeoning damage. Slam Attack #1 vs. Goblin #9: 26. Hit: 14 bludgeoning damage. Then she steps north, back behind the filthy canvas curtain.

One of the goblins is crushed beyond recognition; the other somehow survives without injury, but is clearly taken off-guard. The drow vanishes north behind the curtain, even as the surviving goblin takes a weak swing at her as she leaves.
Goblin #9 Scimitar Attack vs. Drow: 22. Hit: 3 slashing damage. Syzygy is up next. He sees Jurgen, badly wounded, outside the door, facing four hostile foes.
(In general, only one PC can control a 5' square in combat, but because of Jurgen's small size, Syzygy's sudden appearance, and the nature of Syzygy's action - a spell - I'll allow them to sortofalmost share a square temporarily in this situation. But as soon as Jurgen starts swinging blades, Syzygy will be naturally pushed back a few feet.)
Both hobgoblins and one of the goblin bosses are clearly affected by the flash of blinding color.
The hobgoblins roar with anger and lash out blindly with their weapons. Hobgoblin #2 (blinded) vs. Syzygy: Longsword Attack:18. Hit: 15 slashing damage Hobgoblin #1 (blinded) vs. Syzygy: Longbow Attack:16. Hit: 15 piercing damage
Goblin Boss #5 (blinded and panicking a little): (Dodge) Goblin Boss #4 (not blinded) runs after the drow through the curtain, shouting in Goblin.
Jurgen is up next! (Is Syzygy still maintaining his disguise?)
Jurgen again invokes green flames upon his blade before impaling the blinded hobgoblin in the doorway with it. Attack: 19. Damage: 14 to hobgoblin #2 The green flames leap onto the bow-wielding hob behind it (#1), searing it with another 5 points of fire damage. It is badly hurt. Then, Jurgen ducks past Syzygy and down the stairs.
The surviving goblin guide vanishes through the canvas flap to the north.
Syzygy is up next! He faces a blinded bowman shooting wildly and a cowering (Dodging) blinded goblin boss.

The blinded hobgoblin goes down screaming, dead. The goblin boss dances with pain, but is only scorched. It chases Syzygy to the top of the stairs, its vision returning, but does not pursue further. It does, however, fire an arrow at Syzygy:
