Jurgen stands ready to help Quinn and readies his crossbow. He directs Draco to be next to Quinn to provide him some cover (disadvantage on attacks against him)
Bryony will take the leather armor from Quinn. If it's nicer than her own leather armor, she'll have her Auntie Qelline tailor it down for her (is it studded leather?). She will also grab the shortsword. She already has one, but she reckons it's worth selling to the Lion Shield Coster.
After attaching the sword to her pack and shoving the armor inside, Bryony follows Quinn and the others to what appears to have once been a smithy. She draws her blades and prepares to attack if anything nasty is waiting on the other side of the door.
Bryony takes the leather armor and sword. It's not studded leather, but it is a nicer cut than Bryony currently wears.
Quinn knocks on the door, and hearing no response, opens it.
Inside, you can see a variety of old tools—tongs, bellows, hammers, and a pair of iron anvils—scattered around the interior of this building. A battered old cabinet is half buried beneath the partially collapsed roof.
Sluggishly shaking off a layer of dirt and debris, stand up four corpses, blackened with ash and soot. They stagger forward with hostile intent.
Aros thwacks the first with his vinelike, thorny whip, but it does little damage.

Kimberley spotted the dead over the shoulders of the others, " The Silver Lady rejects you, Filth!" As she was momentarily bathed in motes of moonlight.
Three of the corpses immediately retreat in fear, stumbling over each other to cower in the far corner (Dodge) at Kimberley's words. But one stumbles ahead, toward Quinn.
Jurgen,Aros, and Quinn may act. Bryony and Syzygy may roll initiative, and act if they meet or beat a 5.
Jurgen will move into the building with Darco and attack the first undead, moving to the side if possible and to be within two as he plans to use GreenFlameBalde.
He enchants his sword and strikes out, hitting it solidly. (19 to hit and 8 damage) A flame jumps to the undead next to it for 5 damage.
As a Bonus Action he has Draco strike. the same one he did. (13 to hit and 3 damage)
Quinn is startled by the speed at which the crew dives into action.
“Haha, my friends, you’re getting the hang of things.”
Quinn will dive in and attack any hostile undead who at NOT fleeing. If the first one that Draco and Jurgen attack is re-killed, he’ll go after the one that was targeted by the green flame blade jump attack. He will position himself so that he doesn’t block line of sight of anyone outside the building.
Jurgen sprints within, Draco at his side. The slow creatures are hard to miss. He slashes through one and sears the next. Draco digs into the former.
The second zombie, burned by the green flames, tries to shake off its mortal fear of Kimberley. DC13 WIS save: 6
Quinn runs in next, cleaving into the approaching corpse with his battle axe. It's a sloppy swing, but it definitely leaves a mark.
Syzygy peers into the doorway and calls down white flames upon the same two. DC14 DEX Saves: 1 and 2. (And another DC13 WIS save: if the second one takes more damage:16)
Wounded twice, the second zombie shakes off its fear of Kimberley. The first one continues to advance, significantly wounded. The other two continue to cower in the corner, clawing at the eastern door.
Aros and Bryony may act next. (Bryony: Roll initiative first, and meet or beat a 5.)

Aros makes his way through the door and across the small room, lashing out with his spiny whip as he does. It hits, tearing the corpse partly apart. It's not holding together well, but still it staggers forward.
It slams its soot-covered fist at Draco: Slam Attack: 18. Hit: 2 bludgeoning damage.
The other staggers toward Aros. Slam Attack: 14. Hit: 2 bludgeoning damage.
The other two smash open the far door, and begin to stumble into the thickets to the southeast, away from Kimberley.
Bryony rushes inside the building, a little slower than the others due to her shorter legs. She notices two of the zombies trying to make their escape through the other door. Bryony dashes after them and sinks her shortsword into the closest one.
Action: Shortsword Attack: 24 Damage: 6
Bonus Action: Cunning Action to Dash after Fleeing Zombies
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Bryony dashes through the old smithy after the fleeing corpses. She manages to strike one with her blade as it exits through the door, wounding it. The shambling horror reconsiders its flight. DC13 WIS save: 16
...But it continues its sluggish flight from Kimberley. (Bryony may have an opportunity attack against it as it continues to flee.)
Top of the round!
Lightning springs from Aros' hand as he makes a sloppy lunge toward his attacker, and manages to shock it nonetheless. (Very low AC!)
Kimberley begins to race after the one fleeing Bryony. (...but the thing is now 60 feet away, effectively, with some difficult terrain, from Kimberley. Does she have the means to catch up? Or would she prefer to apply that attack roll to one of the two nearer zombies?)
Quinn, Jurgen (and Draco), and Syzygy may act! Bryony may make an opportunity attack, and act again (I consider that last turn from the previous round.) Kimberly should clarify or change her turn before I resolve it.
