Lady Arin accepts Kragen’s ministrations and seems better afterwards. She still is injured and exhausted.
”Thank you, good priest. I am Arin Stormrider of Waterdeep. My purpose here must be fulfilled. Can you get me to a place of safety with haste? Perhaps your temple here?,” she responds.
"You are welcome Lady Stormrider. I am Kragen Gravelbeard of Clan Delhalls, Cleric of Tyr. Our purpose here is for your safety, we were sent to find you. We will get you to safety with haste. My compatriots and I are working on our plan to get you out of this place. We appreciate your desire for haste on leaving this recited place!"
To the others "Let's gather ourselves and find our way out of this place."
Once we are close to the exit, I can summon a mirthful friend from the fey to support me in taking these fight club guards to task for their negligence.
I expect we should receive some sort of compensation from them for never calling out Chadwick for his match.
If the staff can’t manage to handle their operations for matches, it’s no surprise they overlooked some security protocol or other regarding the polearm

Nonone had a discussion with Grak to sign Chadwick up.
Money distribution for each character, update your character sheets:
16 pp (2 going for expenses)
57 gp
47 sp (4 going for expenses)
49 cp (2 going for expenses)
Yet to be distributed:
Ring of water walking: Starker makes sense to me. He could stand over a body of water to distribute destruction (and swords, if he has a gender correction) with impunity from melee.
Potions x2
Diamonds x3
Does this include the treasure from the warehouse raid as well?
On our way out let's check out the water flow heading south from the room with all the thralls using the ring of water walking. Perhaps it might be an exit that is less likely to end in a fight. My assumption is Starker would rather not want to head into the unknown, so Chadwick will offer to check it out. If after 200' or so if Chadwick doesn't see any light from the end of the tunnel he'll head back.
Assuming no safe passage found; we'll head back the way we came until we get to the bridge. We can tie a rope around Gneuman (since he is lightest) and send him across with Hoid and Chadwick as anchors. Assuming it's safe the rest will follow, then head to the spiral staircase. If still no encounters listen to the secret door, if quiet proceed into the store room.

/plans?
Everyone has had a short rest
Does this include the treasure from the warehouse raid as well?
No
Okay.
So what are your plans? Marching order on the map please.
Set, however some else who played on Sunday is going to have to communicate exit route.
Okay. Ajax was badly injured in the fight with the mind flayer. He is sticking tight to Gneuman.
Proceed.

The tunnel ceiling drops down to the level of the water surface not very far from the chamber where the thralls are milling about. No way out there.
How is Gneuman crossing the bridge?
I endorse this plan.
With a song on his lips and a spring in his step!
Guess we'll see if Todd actually endorses this plan.
Silk ropes around him being held by the dwarves
I'm not exactly sure what this is all about, but yeah, sure.
You approach the bridge and see the inscription across the span just like the other side, "None shall pass until the first has passed."
Warehouse coin split:
31 gp
71 sp (2 to expenses)
65 cp (4 to expenses)
Proceed slowly and carefully across the bridge. Keep tension on the attached rope.
It just occurred to me that on the previous crossing the first person across used misty step. Anyone have that available?
Chadwick has zero spells left.
He was the first to cross last time, should we have him go first with rope tied around him?
