Troll 2 does take the 2-fire damage as it ended its turn next to the flaming sphere. There is mistake above I meant Troll 2 is enraged at the loss of Troll 1.
Zeds curses when he sees Troll 2 going to town on Serge... and seeing Serge fall. (Meta'd a bit, looks like even if he used Shield Serge would fall so...)
Zeds draws his blades and moves in to engage the Troll. Hopefully he can hold the beast off long enough for Ixsas to do something about their fallen companion...

[The first two attacks bring Serge down, while the third attack misses. But DM, since Serge was unconscious by the time of the 3rd attack, that 3rd attack should have been at advantage?]

Ixsas sees Serge collapse under the onslaught of the second troll. He begins to wonder whether the knight's chain mail armor is cursed in some way! Ixsas calls out a Healing Word to revive Serge. That forces him to leave the Flaming Sphere where it is for now, but he hopes that it prevents troll #2 from healing its wounds.
Ixsas hears troll #3's rampage through the village streets. When Serge rushed to confront the first trolls, Ixsas had hoped that they could draw all the trolls to the north side of town. But now it looks like the other two are heading straight for the people in the ford. He doesn't love the thought of being in the troll's way, but with his companions at the north side of town, it may soon come down to him to block the troll from attacking the caravan. He starts to move north as he calls back to Serge and Krackle, "There's a troll coming for the caravan! Krackle, if they finish off that one, I could use your help with mine!"
Ixsas has no fire-based cantrips, but he casts a spell that withers the soul and surrounds the troll with the sounds of a funeral pyre.
Movement: Moves east 15' and north 15' to take position in front of the building that's just west of the ford (across from the shrine). He wants to be out of the troll's range this round but close enough to block its path from the caravan next round. Action: Cast spell Toll the Dead at troll #3, WIS 15 save or target takes damage: 7 (necrotic) because it's not at its Max HP Bonus Action: Cast spell (LVL 1 slot) Healing Word on Serge, Healing: 8 Free Action: Talking.

A voice calls to Serge in the darkness, and he awakens.
He is lying in the mud, surrounded by dead, smoking troll remains, with another troll standing victoriously over him.
He rises back to his feet, and with a gasp, he begins slashing at the loathsome monster.

Troll 3 is enveloped by flame, and you can see swaths of his green skin being burned away. It still lives and moves forward shattering the ruined houses in its way.

He will move 2 squares from where he is shown on the current map though (which kind of makes the correcting moot but *shrug*) and try to use the building as cover and take a shot at the Troll with his short bow before heading back to the tree (where he is now) and using a Bonus Action to hide.
ACTION - Short Bow attack vs Troll 3: 21 to hit for 6 damage plus Bonus Action - Hide (Stealth 24) Mapwise - He ends right where he currently is, just hopefully hidden.

Ixsas was planning to focus on the troll that seemed to be headed for the ford, but then he hears the troll farther to the south smashing its way to the town center too. He scoots a little to the west to peer through the gap in the houses toward troll #4. (I think that he'd just be able to catch a glimpse of that one.) First, he directs the flaming sphere to roll up the street right at it. Then, looking at the large tree in the greenspace between the houses and almost directly in between the trolls, he gauges the time when they'll both be in range. He says, "Kossuth's fire take you both!", and casts Fireball.
Movement: Ending where he started this turn. During the turn, he'll move a little west and south to get a better view on troll #4 and the tree before returning to stand by Krackle.
Bonus Action: move the Flaming Sphere NE and then E 30 ft. to ram it into troll #4. The sphere ends in the middle of the street just west of troll #4. Troll #4 and any creature that ends its turn within 5 ft. of the sphere must make a DC 15 DEX saving throw or take 7 (fire) damage (or 3.5 on successful save). Action: Cast spell (LVL 3 slot) Fireball just to the west side of the big tree that's right in between the trolls. Each creature in a 20-ft radius sphere from that point must roll a DC 15 DEX save or take 19 (fire) damage (or 9.5 (fire) damage on a successful save). Free Action: Talking

The fire is supposed to "spread around corners" and shouldn't have much trouble reaching around / through the dilapidated houses, especially if Ixsas places the center of the fireball 5' above the ground. Worst case, I figured that the houses might give the trolls a boost on their DEX saves. ))
