Krackle would have ducked inside an empty tent, hiding under a bedroll as the sounds of chaos continued outside. When the shouting and heavy footsteps seemed to move away from his hiding place, he would attempt to casually make his way back towards the stage... trying his best to appear as though he was looking for those darn intruders. Holding a dagger in his hands, he would skulk around, his head shifting left and right as though on the prowl for enemies as he approached Zeds. If the rest of the camp appeared to still be distracted by chasing his other companions and the fires, he would quickly take the dagger and cut Zeds free. "Shhh... We gotta get out of here.. I hope the prisoner and our friends made it out..." He would whisper before quickly leaping off the stage and attempting to sneak away once more... hoping to make his way towards the exit and also perhaps towards his companions....
Ironthar is still well within the camp. Do you hide or something else as the nigh 100 people here are baring their blades ready for a fight. Unless you plan to hide among the tall grass or boulders.
“Where’d the others get to?” Zeds hurriedly asks Krackle as he looks around to try to find his weapons. “Last I knew the man in black fell then bam! I’m waking up all tied up…”

"They ran off towards the exit... we gotta get out of here but everyone is looking for us.." The kobold would quickly reply. "I don't know where they are.. we need to sneak away or blend in with the bandits... but I don't think you are going to be able to blend in anymore..." He would then make a break towards the brush, "Let's go hide over here... unless you want to try to find a spare cloak in one of the tents to use as a disguise..."

Ironthar run as fast as he could, if continue running isn’t possible he’ll hide behind a boulder making a bad job at it.

The rescued monk offers the help action to Ironthar so he can roll stealth again. The boulders offer full cover as they are easily bigger than you.
Looking at the plateau you can tell there are plenty of suitable hand holds so climbing out is an option.
