This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Krackle would continue to try to remain stealthy... only talking through Zeds with the message"How do we get out of here the fastest? When they see you are goin they are going to start searching even harder.." He would message as he continued to try to slink away...
Zeds looks for a group of mercenaries or henchmen or something ch that look like they’re about to be heading out to search for the interlopers. “I hear they headed west once they got out, what about you? Anything?” Zeds idea is to just start talking with them like he is one of them and use his (hopeful) acceptance by them as cover - hiding in plain sight, as it were. Except for perhaps Cyanwrath there isn’t a one who really has much reason to remember his face…
Hopefully.
If Krackle joins in this ruse Zeds will use him to help add to the sense of belonging. “This one here tells me he saw the intruders. Two orcs and a dwarf, did ya say? Seems an unlikely trio…”
"Uhh, yeah! I can't wait to punch those guys! We'll show them what happens when you mess with us..." The kobold would quickly respond with a small snarl as he tried his best to look angry and threatening before turning his head to avoid as much eye contact as possible with the men.
"I was not born yesterday, As soon as you are up you won't honor our deal. Give half of all your gold now and once you are up give me the rest" says the Brigand.
Zeds is unsure about the rope thinking they may have a better chance of going unnoticed just walking out than scaling the slope but either way was risky and at least climbing would reunite the group.., Or he assumes.
Zeds first assists Krackle with starting up the rope and once the Kobold has a good start he’ll climb up behind him.
Krackle and Zeds climb the rope and finally escaped the camp. Though it was noticed by a guard drake who then signals his master and Cyanwrath looks to the top of the plateau. The look can easily be read as you are dead meat. He then heads to the west to exit the camp as he plans to circle the camp to reach you.
"we need to go... go go go go go..." The kobold would say as he scrambled towards JR. Once there he would mount the lizard and tug his reigns... instructing him to flee away from the camp as soon as possible. "Does the monk need a ride? There is still room." He would suggest as the giant lizard begins to quickly make its way away from the camp.
"Head for the trees?" Zeds suggests, looking around for where the closest trees are. As he does so he notices their numbers... "Umm, where's Stirling?"
Zeds wants to get someplace out of the open but they can't dash for cover if missing members...
