"did you see any other sleeping guards when you were scouting before?" Krackle would ask as he wiped the blood from his dagger on the dead bandits cloak.
"No other sleepers. Couldn't be that easy, could it?" Zeds answers. "I didn't scout the whole place though... I'm not a shadow so I'd have been caught sooner or later."
Krackle would give a small nod as he clutches his dagger and orb. the kobold had never killed anyone before a few days ago... now he was making a habit of it..
“Zed get ready. When Krackle cast the spell we rushes in and strike the one standing. Sterling you help us from behind heal us if there’s trouble.” He briefs his group.
Once Krackle starts casting his spell Zeds rushes forward waving to the guards. "Hey! Come here! We need help!" he calls out in a hoarse but hushed voice, trying to be loud enough so they could hear but not much louder. He hopes to grab their attention so that if one falls asleep perhaps the other doesn't notice but no so much as to grab the attention of unseen others and alarm them.

“Take those outfits, wear those and we’re gonna go back to the room before and we gonna kill those bastard from behind.” He says to the group.
Where do the party go next?
(I say we kill the guards in room 12, the one that we distract before this)

The party heads out of the emptied loot storage room and looks down towards area 12.
Do you want to distract them and send someone stealthy in or to rush them altogether?
“Can you make one of them sleep while I and Zed attack the other at the same time?” Ironthar asks Krackle before deciding what to do.
"yeah, I can probably do that... I might even be able to put them both to sleep" Krackle would reply with a whisper.
“Zed get ready. When Krackle cast the spell we rushes in and strike the one standing. Sterling you help us from behind heal us if there’s trouble.” He briefs his group.
Krackle would poke his head around the corner and point his orb towards the two Guards before casing [spell]sleep[/sleep]
sleep hp! if high enough it could put them both to sleep! 21
1 guard falls asleep, and the other guard looks puzzled as he checks on his fellow guard.
The party can strike now if they wish.

Round 1
The party goes first.
Ironthar rushes in and strike, attacking the surprised guard.
Attack 19 (Reckless) Damage 5
The guard will look at Zeds, but at the call for help he would naturally look to his fellow guard as well.
Zeds please roll Performance or Deception DC 13
If you pass, then the guard does not notice the other guard has slumped to the ground asleep.
Deception: 21
Rushing in with Ironthar, Zeds too will strike out hoping to cut the awake guard down as quickly as possible.
Shortsword Attack: Nat 1 for 7 and irrelevant damage...
Bonus Action Shortsword Attacl: 10 for 4 damage... Guessing both miss :)
(Can we assume the surprise attack gave advantage)
Krackle sends a streaking of fire shooting towards the standing guard as he cast fire bolt
attack 18 damage 4
No surprise unless you were stealthy. As in you would need to roll stealth.
