Xanrym is relieved to be alive after the fireball!
As his brain starts working again after the initial surprise and panic, Xanrym remembers their plan. He turns to face down Explictica Defilus. She's a terrifying monster, but she's no god. Xanrym finds courage in his companions and shouts, "Remember the plan!" Xanrym isn't sure how the naga's charming gaze works, but it's critical that the naga is not able to dominate the will of any of his companions.
Of course, that's before the blasted Will-o-Wisp shows up again and zaps Theldrin! Xanrym calls to Nithrissa for help with the Will-o-Wisp because their plan relies on both him and Theldrin maintaining concentration on their spells. He encourages Nithrissa with bardic inspiration: "Nithrissa, fulfill your oath! Save us from this awful spirit!"
Movement: 20' to pivot around the Will-o-Wisp, ending just north of it. Xanrym is trying to position himself to cover as many allies as possible with his spell without blocking Nithrissa from getting to the Will-o-Wisp. Action: Cast spell (LVL 2 slot) Calm Emotions, 20-ft radius, choosing all of his allies in the AoE, including Asclepius He uses the variant to "suppress any effect causing a target to be charmed or frightened." Hopefully, that allows Avery to act freely this round. Bonus Action: Granting bardic inspiration (one 1d6) to Nithrissa. Free Action: Talking

Round 1: Nithrissa
Nithrissa wants to kill this would-be god. She still remembers its horrible power as it tried to dominate her will. But she's also a well-trained soldier, and she knows that you never leave an enemy in the middle of your ranks. Nithrissa answers Xanrym's call for help and turns to help fight the Will-o-Wisp, leaving the naga to Avery, Liarin (now a wolf!), and the giant snake.
Movement: turn and move, if needed, to engage the Will-o-Wisp in melee. Action: Multiattack with Avery's Greatsword Attack #1 against the Will-o-Wisp: 12, Damage: 7 (slashing) Attack #2 against the Will-o-Wisp: 10, Damage: 7 (slashing)
Avery feels his head clear as he’s holding his weapon up to strike Liarin. His emotions returning to normal, he can focus on what he wants to do this round. The naga’s face contorts in rage, then a horrid smile revealing dripping green teeth, “Perhaps not as many slaves as I thought. Fine, you all may need to die.”
Theldrin quickly considers the situation, running over the plan and options in his mind in a split second. He had thought to cast Blindness/Deafness on the Naga but the Will-o-Wisp is huge concern. Seeing Avery shake off the spell effect he decides to attack the Will-o-Wisp with a Magic Missile burst.

Round 1: Toska
It seems like a miracle that the party survived the fireball, and Toska says a silent prayer of thanks to Whiskers for his sacrifice.
Toska's faith wavers when she sees the terrifying naga burst into the room! There's a big difference between joining this group of adventurers in their mission to defeat the naga and seeing a naga in person. She's glad that she's as far away from the naga as possible.
If Theldrin did not destroy will-o-wisp:
Movement: None. Action: Cast spell Sacred Flame at the will-o-wisp, DC 12 DEX save (with no benefit from cover) or it takes damage: 4 (radiant).
If Theldrin did destroy the will-o-wisp:
Action: Cast spell (LVL 1 slot) Bless, targeting Xanrym, Avery, and Liarin who are all within the 30' range. Whenever any of them make an attack roll or a saving throw before the spell ends, they can add a d4 and add it to the roll. Movement: After casting the spell, Toska falls back through the door and moves behind the door to get out of the naga's sight.

(I accidently typed that 3 in before it, but the roll of 20 still counts. They all made all their Saving Throws! This is a very complex and serious fight. Please let me know if i've made a mistake anywhere or misinterpreted an action on your behalfs)
Explictica Defilus screams at the Will-o-Wisp, "Attack the bard! If you can break his spell i'll have control over the knight again." She then turns on Liarin and tries to sink her dripping green teeth into her fur.
Bite against Liarin Attack: 12 Damage: 14 Piercing, and Liarin makes a DC 15 CON Save: 18 taking 26 Poison damage on a fail, half on a success.
Shock against Xanrym Attack: 12 Damage: 7 Lightning
You all are up. The Will-o-Wisp is finally starting to fade into nothing, but is still sending out shocking bursts. The naga seems still at full fighting capabilities, despite the damage it's taken.

"I've had quite enough of you," Theldrin mutters as he renews his attack on the Will-o-Wisp, setting his jaw as he sends another [spell]Magic Missile[/spell[ burst. If he sees the wisp seem to be convincingly destroyed he diverts the 2nd and/or 3rd missile towards the Naga.

(OOC: I'd rather that they make their saves and miss their attacks than vice-versa!
@drumdigby - The only thing that seemed wrong to me was the naga's save against the grapple. Asclepius's constrict attack says:
Constrict. Melee Weapon Attack:+6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the creature is restrained, and the snake can't constrict another target.
RAW, I think that that means that there's not really a saving throw vs. the grapple: if the snake hits a "constrict" attack, the target is grappled. The target can then use an action on their own turn to attempt to escape the grapple (DC 16), or they can just fight while restrained. Liarin hit this same problem when the big crocodile attacked us in the hallway.
Since the naga attacked on her turn, she shouldn't have also been able to escape the grapple. That would mean that Explicita Defilus is still grappled and restrained by Asclepius this round. Restrained is a fantastic debuff and gives the party at least one round of attacks with advantage against the naga.
Seeing how agile the will-o-wisp is, Toska realizes that she probably won't be able to hit it with a Sacred Flame. She forces herself to ignore the will-o-wisp and instead tries to help the rest of the party be more effective.

Movement: After casting the spell, if Theldrin destroyed the will-o-wisp, Toska falls back through the door behind her and moves behind the door to get out of the naga's sight.
Shock against Xanrym Attack: 12 Damage: 7 Lightning
Since Xanrym has experienced the will-o-wisp's attack, he knows what to expect. When the naga orders it to attack, Xanrym is ready and dodges nimbly out of the way of the arc of lightning.
(OOC:
@drumdigby - I'll wait until I see whether Theldrin's magic missile finally finished off the will-o-wisp before I post Xanrym's action in round 2.
@Aaggie - the will-o-wisp missed, and Xanrym is still concentrating on Calm Emotions. Avery is free to act however he wants because the naga's spell is still suppressed. Don't forget that Avery is now under the effect of Bless.)

(OOC: I was going to use the bardic inspiration to boost her lower attack roll, but there's no point in doing that with a nat-1 roll!)
Nithrissa’s attack connects, but it seems the non magical weapon isn’t as effective as she hoped. The Wisp is still up.
If I’m reading Calm Emotions right, Avery need to fail a Cha Save for the nagas domination to end: 3

Dire Wolf Bite: AC 19, 5 damage, dc 13 str or knocked prone.
BA: Liarin rolls the sphere away from the naga then slams it back into her, doing 7 damage, Dex 15 for half.

Avery takes 6 Fire Damage from ending his turn next to the Flaming Sphere.
Naga DC 13 STR Save: 13
Naga DC 15 DEX Save: 24 (I'll also assume that Liarin moves the sphere to behind the naga so as not to cop anymore damage by ending her turn there.)

Oops sorry, and a DC 16 STR Save for the naga for the grapple: 320
