"He's just down the road in the back of the barbershop.  Ask for a 'sharp cut', then an 'even sharper cut'. They'll lead you to him. As for books..... that sounds like a Vasili thing. He's not in town right now, but if I write him, he'll be here by tomorrow."

Razz can hand over all the silverware as well if needed.  

"Vasili...Von Holtz?" Kess asks curiously after a moment, remembering the first name from the letter found in Fiona's house.

Kessintra looks for a seller who seems to be interested in fancy things and carries the 3 dresses, fine glasses, and silverware over to them with a smile. She does her best to talk up the items and not mention they were from a dead woman's house, hoping to get another good bit of coin for the party.

"Why, yes. It is von Holtz. Have you heard of him?"

You find a buyer who gives you 10 gp per dress. You sell the glasses and silverware for a total of 8 gp.

“Yes, please write to Visili. How will we get in contact with him once he’s here?”

Kessintra asks if the fancy item merchant has any diamonds or knows of anyone who does. She is curious about this Vasili von Holtz...The letter to Fiona's relative seemed pretty old, so was he now an old man or was this simply a descendant named after him? She supposed they would find out tomorrow.

"I'll tell Vasili to meet you by the east gate around 7 pm."

"Diamonds? Maybe the priest, but if you're here I doubt that's an option. Not without theft, anyway."

Kess is surprised to hear that Lucian might have diamonds, but she supposes it makes sense considering they are a component for revival spells. She heads down the road and behind the barbershop, asking for a 'sharp cut' and then an 'even sharper cut', while remaining wary in case this is an elaborate trap.

This shop is significantly brighter than the rest of the shops on the street. Inside is one bald person. As you approach the counter, he excitedly exclaims, "Welcome! What cut would you like? We have thousands! Millions! Ooh, a sharp cut!" He takes out a wig with spiky anime hair. "This is one of my favorite haircuts. It requires long hair but yours should be fine. You see we-" He looks disappointed and almost sad when you ask for an 'even sharper cut'. "Fine." He leads you to a door in the back. 

A man with a scar over his right eye is sharpening a longsword. There are all kinds of smithing tools around the room. The barber leaves you two alone. "What do you need?"

Kessintra feels a mix of pity and relief when the barber gives up on her. She looks around the smith's room before drawing one shortsword non-threateningly. "I want to get this silvered. Your friend down the street said you'll do it for 75 gp? Quite a bargain around here. Do you have a grudge against lycanthropes?" She gives a small chuckle.

The man just focuses on his work. "No grudge, just a reputation. I'm sure whoever told you about me informed you. Anyway, you got the money?"

Kess nods, handing over the shortsword and 75 gp.

The man inspects the sword, then takes it over to his workbench. "Come back in an hour. I'll be done by then."

Stepping back outside, Kessintra goes to rejoin the others, but gets curious when she notices the two figures down the alley who seem to be selling small bags of something. She approaches them. "Business seems good. What's the product?"

They both snap their heads to look at you. They discreetly pull out knifes. The seller says, "None of your business."

Razz stretches midair, watching the group work their magic with the vendors. With a satisfied nod, he flutters a little higher, arms behind his head.

"Well, looks like you all have this well under control—honestly, it’s almost disappointing. I was hoping for at least one dramatic walkout or a minor bribery scandal."

He lazily turns toward a nearby rooftop, giving Hooty a quick pat before sending him to keep watch.

"Since my vast and irreplaceable talents aren’t needed, I’ll be over there—resting my wings, definitely not napping, and absolutely not questioning my life choices."

With that, he drifts toward the rooftop, making himself comfortable. He'll pop up if Hooty sees anything/anyone needing his help.

Kessintra raises her hands innocently. "Relax. I'm just curious...and adventurous, if you catch my drift. So what do we have here?"

They put away their weapons. The seller gets a few steps closer and whispers, "Just some 'fairy dust'. You want some?"
