You realize it is probably not a good idea to lounge around here at the scene of a pretty big battle. You somehow managed to bamboozle the devil and elf, but you know they aren't alone, and you're story of being on an "important mission" means you should be on your way...
Despite perhaps needing rest, but figuring this is not the place to do it, Vanizi says again, "Let's head off towards the south. Stay alert though, there's bound to be more interesting folks wandering around here. I hope we don't have to go too far."
"Thank you, Davis. I feel better," Vesta thanks him for the healing. "All right, let's head off to the south then. We can search the bodies here before we leave as long as we're quick."
You can just make out a meeting room to the north where the devil and elf went (W7). A quick search of the area reveals a few items of interest on the summoner's table to the south of the pentagram (W3). You find a Spell Scroll of Circle of Death, an ornate +2 Dagger, and an assortment of unguents and oils worth 500 gp. The corridor beyond (W4) is empty, and heavy iron double doors bookend the western and eastern access points. (updated map)
Vanizi looks over the items on the table. "These look interesting." She touches the ornate dagger first, then sets it back down to examine the scroll. "Hmm, Circle of Death spell. This could be useful at some point if we get stuck." She looks at the others. "I suppose you would be able to use this as well Vesta. One of us should definitely take this though." He eyes turn to the unguents and oils. "Not sure if these are magically but could be valuable. Should we grab these too?"
Vesta nods. "They do look valuable. If nothing else, extra gold never hurts, right?" she smiles. "I can take the scroll if no one else wants it, but I do have my own innate magic. Perhaps it would be better used in someone else's hands?"
Davis hands the scroll to Vanizi, and puts the Dagger and Oils in his pack. "Better for us to take it then these cultists have it." Then he adds, "We should probably get one of those Magic Bags. We can sort out the rest of the loot later."
Davis will move towards the south, sword in hand.
[If anyone wants the +2 dagger just let me know, grabbing so it's not lost!]
The room to the south (W4) is empty, and heavy iron double doors bookend the western (towards the entrance area) and eastern access points. (updated map)

(OOC - Pretty sure a Spell Scroll only works if you have the spell on your spell list. That's Vanizi or Vesta if I looked at things right.)
"I'll hang onto the scroll for now," Vanizi says and puts it with her belongings. "Now, let's check that door to the east." She walks up to it, first stopping to listen if she might hear anything beyond it. (Perception: 20)
Vanizi looks at the others. "Smells like raw meat. Should we try the door?" While waiting for a response she takes a moment to see if she can note anything that might be a trap. (Perception: 18)
Davis opens the door to a large (35' x 45' and roughly circular) chamber, with another pair of iron doors in the opposite (eastern) wall. Peering at you from this rocky room’s center are four large lizards, lounging on various protrusions. They seem rather complacent at the moment. The pungent smell of raw meat is stronger here. (Updated map)

Can we do a quick search now before we move to the south?
Zyl is fine with whatever, just tell her if she should sit down and rest for a while or not.

Zyl follows after Davis with her axe drawn just in case.

Vanizi listens at the door to the east. Although she doesn't hear anything through the iron door, she does notice the pungent smell of raw meat...

"I'm guessing we will be fighting our way through this place, unless we get lucky like we did with that elf and devil. Let's keep going."
Davis will open the door.
Vesta nods and follows Davis through the door, but she hangs toward the back of the group so she can cast spells comfortably from range.
