Daran at first looks amused by Vondal's exclamation, but when he really looks at the dwarf to realize the extent of his fear, the cleric looks at the others. "It's OK," he says turning to face the monk. "You can wait here, and we'll check it out."
Vondal nodded appreciatively to Daran, and then frowned and bowed his head in shame. "I'm sorry that I cannot be of more help against foe, other than from afar. It's just... " But the words do not come out. Despite all the gold dwarfs efforts, all he can do is making increasingly strained faces or grunts, before eventually sighing heavily in defeat. True to his word however, he did at least ready Zindral to cover the group from forty to fifty away from the likely action.

Karl sits down and pants heavily (7 and 10). Catching his breath he stands again "right now let's see about these bugs" looking at the webs. "Hey Vondal reckon you can send a fire arrow into the back of that nest and we'll see what comes running out!"
"That's... Hmm... You might be on to something, Uncle... Maybe, at least. I've made it a point not to deal with these creatures. But..."He trails off, muttering to himself. Not wanting to waste an arrow, Vondal tugs at his beard, and "hmming', slips into deeper thoughtfulness...
History: 14. (I assume to figure out if triggering the webs with an arrow like that work?)

“May Moradin bless you lad “ Adrom says touching Vondal “May bless you all” he says looking at Karl and Nif “May he guide our path “ he grabs his hammer and gets ready to enter.
After thinking about things a few moments more, as well as giving Adrom a curt nod of thankfulness, the gold dwarf started digging around in his pack. Using some forgotten wiring from his tinkering days, and some jerky for both weight and scent, Vondal loads up the jerky wrapped arrow. "If this doesn't work, I do have other idea. Though rather not use it." Without waiting long for a final word, he looses the arrow at the thick but not too thick portion webbing he can see.
Zindral - Attack: 22 Damage: 5 of piercing(if it matters). Plus Bless: 3.(if magically blessed).

"Shite... aight. Time for plan B... Hoi boy." Vondal fumbles around, but eventually pulls out the crystal he acquired in town. "Oh Mathammor, please let this works." He mutters as his hold on the crystal tightens, and the words in dwarvish slipped from his tongue. A request for all beasts that call the land its home, or place of rest for council to he that held 'this' heartstone. Once the words were spoken, the crystal began to glow softly with an inner light, and so too did Vondal's eyes shine with a like light.
Then, with one final deep breathe, he as walks at least within thirty five feet of the whatever building or tree seemed to be most covered in webbing and calls out, "Listen here, Spiders. I-I'm not afraid you. S-so come out, and face me. Y-y-y-you cowards!"
Persuasion: 11.(if needed, and if at advantage: 12.)
Vondal grins sheepishly. "I know I sounded foolish. But at the moment, my words have been enchanted so that various creatures of the earth can understand my words. That said..."He turns a frustrated look in the direction of the webbing, "These Loth damned things are cowardly lot! Only stumbling into their webbing and properly struggling, or catching them in the open is the main way of luring them out. And I am /not/ taking another step closer to anywhere until they've been dealt with."
He shakes his head rapidly. "Nope. Not. One. More... So, unless someone is willing to bodily do so, you all are just gonna have to go in there -- assuming they are there -- and drag'em out."

Karl, you step up and begin casually pulling on the webs, your words said in a tired and semi-humored sing-song. The speed at which the creatures come over the wall at you surprises everyone. Two giant spiders are on you in a heartbeat. (bite attack 1: 18, damage: 10 piercing damage — bite attack2: 9, damage: 7 piercing damage) Despite being surprised, you're able to bring up your shield and hammer in order to block both attacks right at the last second.
Players attack! They're in melee with Karl, but no one else.
Nif and Adrom, you make make readied attacks and then your regular actions as well.
"Ah hah! See! To the sky with you ghastly beast!"Vondal croaked, knowing his words would be understood without a second of doubt. Such bravado proves fleeting, and soon he is backing away as far as he could back the way the group went without fully leaving the creatures sight. If that meant making his next action simply more difficult, then so be it. But at the very least, he eventually -- if somewhat grudgingly -- turns back around, channels the storm, and looses an arrow at one of the giant creatures.
Movement: Up to 35 more ft away from the spiders(west) of the spiders.
Bonus Action: Channel the Storm.
Action:Attack with Zindral. Attack: 18 Damage: 9 non-magical piercing damage at GiantSpider1.

Vondal, your experience with spiders says they come a-crawlin' when something gets trapped in the web.
After thinking about things a few moments more, as well as giving Adrom a curt nod of thankfulness, the gold dwarf started digging around in his pack. As Vondal gets the arrow ready Karl moves to within 25 feet of the webbing.

Vondal, your arrow pierces the webbing, flying through, and landing in the ground. You wait. Nothing happens.

Adrom nods and asks Moradin for the flames of His forge.
He casts a erupt of divines flames on the webs.
( Sacred Flame on that webs... )

Nif just watches with interest, crossbow ready to fire.
As Vondal waits for the spiders to heed his call, Adrom burns a section of the webbing with holy flames. You wait. No spiders answer.
Daran asks Vondal, "Does that usually work?"
Vondal grins sheepishly. "I know I sounded foolish. But at the moment, my words have been enchanted so that various creatures of the earth can understand my words. That said..." He turns a frustrated look in the direction of the webbing, "These Loth damned things are cowardly lot!
