As a free action, I'd like to instruct stool to put out his super fun happy spores. I'm not sure if this is how it works, but I'm hoping they may give me a bonus to anything that involves charisma such as casting charm and suggestion?
Hungering for the taste of magic, and sensing the dark power within Morgana, the Grell shrieks loudly and attacks. Striking out with its tentacles, it successfully lands a hit with its barbs right across Morgana's face dealing 9 damage! Morgana winces from the pain and immediately feels the onset of poison that she attempts to stave off with a Constitution saving throw. The Grell's tentacles now entangle Morgana and she's grappled and restrained. Now at an advantage to further attacks, the creature strikes withits beak and punctures a hole in Morgana's chest for 8 damage!

Elmo says quietly and unconvincingly
No... not her... Attack anybody but that right angel...
Elmo's gut tells him that the best thing he can do to save his own life against a needlessly dangerous and hateful teammate would be to purposefully miss his shot. He aims at the beaked brain then purposefully aims just to the side
(softly to himself) aye... shit... Dont let her evil and hate contaminate ye acrobatic halfling body Elmo. (Elmo's aim shakes) ****! Im going to regret this later!
His aim at the Brain becomes true once more.
I use my cunning action to stealth.

(if morg is right against the brain then I attack after my stealth attempt. If she isnt in melee range then Ill hold my action until grem attacks)
Taking advantage of the precarious situation Morgana now finds herself in and the Grell's preoccupation attempts at ending her life, Elmo makes sure he's unnoticed and pulls out his crossbow to place a steady aim at the enemy. Pulling the trigger, he watches on as the bolt drives deep into the brain-like part of the Grell dealing a painful 19 points of damage! Squeezing hard, Morgana lets out another cry in agony. The Grell turns it's attention towards Elmo now, still gripping Morgana in its tentacles.
Morgana struggles to take action. Roll a Strength saving throw!
I'll move as far away from the creature as possible and put Grem between it and I. I'll then use quickened casting to cast mind spike and then a second spell after I see the effects of the first. Make a Dc 14 wisdom saving throw
Morgana pulls from her minds inner strength and somehow feeds her physical form with it to empower her attempt at breaking free of the tentacled grasp. White-hot flames escape from her eyes when she braces with all her might and rips free of the hold that her enemy has on her with ferocious rage! Morgana successfully manages to break free and is no longer restrained or grappled!
Now with her hands no longer bound to her sides, she hastily weaves the signs for Mind Spike and reaches into the mind of the Grell to cause havoc on its psyche. She's quickly pushed out though without having enough time to cause as much damage as she had hoped. The Grell is successful in a Wisdom saving throw and takes half the damage (8 damage taken).
Never one to back down from a psychological warfare, Morgana again sends her astral mind back into the Grell's subconsciousness for another assault. Unprepared for another assault so soon, the Grell takes heavy psychological damage (16 points)! It staggers now, wracked with pain. It appears to be seriously wounded.
Enraged and at death's door, the Grell you face rises up and lets out a blood-curdling shriek that you fear echoes entirely too far and has alerted all sorts of dangerous foe to your location. Behind Gremryl drops a second Grell!
Glabbagool takes action now and attempts to engulf the second Grell inside of itself to prevent the enemy from causing any harm to its new friends. In fascinated disgust, you watch as the Grell is entirely consumed by the cube's form and visibly see parts of the Grell melting away as Glabbagool begins to digest the creature. The Grell takes 8 acid damage, is restrained, and can't breathe.
Hemeth takes advantage of the now being consumed Grell and stabs into Glabbagool with his javelin. "Apologies, Glabb but I hope this is what you were planning all along!" Hemeth says apologetically. The javelin strikes into the Grell but due to the oddness of striking into...goo?...the piercing blow only deals 3 damage.
Stool is horrified at the brutality these enemies have delivered to Ms. Morgana. Attempting to buy more time for retaliation, it sends out Friendship Spores to trick the Grell into thinking they're amongst friends and stay their attacks.
Friendship Spores
A 30-foot radius of spores extends from the myconid. These spores can go around corners and affect only creatures with an Intelligence of 2 or higher that aren't undead, constructs, or elementals. Affected creatures consider everyone around them as friends for 1 hour. If unwilling to succumb to the euphoric effects of the spell, or if hostile, the target makes a DC 10 WIS saving throw to resist the effects.
You watch as the Grell are first confused and attempt to shake off the spores. The Grell that's consumed successfully passes a Wisdom saving throw and is unaffected. The other one, however, relaxes a bit as it looks around still very confused. It appears to regard you as friendly...for now. It does nothing for its turn. Still wondering what's going on.
The second Grell, attempts to break free from Glabbagool's body but is unable to successfully remove itself and remains restrained.
Gremryl smashes the beak of the Grell into pieces with his new mace and bits of it go flying into the Darklake. Blood is pouring from the Grell's face. Gremryl's Divine Smite ability to deal extra damage, causing the Grell to explode into bits of brain and bone...most of which get stuck in Gremryl's proud beard.
Elmo's ready to take action against the Grell that's still caught within Glabbagool's body. You're up, Elmo!
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Any chance ye can create an opening there Glabbagool? If not I hope this doesnt hurt ye too much.
Elmo waits for a second to see if Glabbagool can give him a shot w/out a chance of hitting Glab. Then shoots with crossbow. Elmo hopes that Glab can control his body in that way.
Elmo shuffles around the backside of the Grell caught inside Glabbagool and fires a bolt with his crossbow!
Striking into the back of the Grell's brain and causing extra damage due to the Rogue's Sneak Attack damage bonus, the enemy takes 20 points of damage! It's difficult to discern how much pain it might be in due to its current predicament.
Morgana, now feeling a bit healthier from Gremryl's healing hands, is ready to take action next!
Just now getting to the forum for today. Observations before I take my turn:
Hector: Way to channel Sam Jackson. That's how I have been hearing Grem yell the entire time that we've been playing. Glad to hear we are on the same page!
Damian and Hector: STOP HURTING OUR GELATINOUS FRIEND!! He wants to learn more human emotions than just pain and agony :)
Action: I'll yell out to stool "keep up the great work little buddy!" I'll yell to Glabb "I'll save you from your team, Glabb!" I use my last 2nd level spell slot to cast mind spike one more time in order to keep from hurting our slimy friend. DC 14 wisdom saving throw, please.

"Little help!" says morgana weakly. I'm down to 5 hit points! Somebody do something! Also, what's the combat order, Bob?
Elmo needs to roll for initiative then I can set the whole order. As of now it looks like this:
Initiative Order:
(18) Morgana
(16) Glabbagool
(15) Hemeth
(11) Stool
(5) Grell
(4) Gremryl
Initiative: 20
