Captain Ulfgar - "Lad, there may still be dozens if not hundreds of Dwarves left enslaved in Gracklstugh but none that I saw had any fight left in them to escape...Chances are good that many came from Adbar...Best of luck to ya, Paladin Gremryl Stonebreaker. May Moradin's light shine upon ya." He finishes and begins to command his men forward to Blingdenstone.
Elmo spent the night talking with Glab. They continue their comedy lessons and building a friendship. Elmo sees Glabs progress and positively reinforces it at every opportunity. Elmo keeps some distance between him and the resting dwarfs. He knows that his love of sticky fingers and pocket meets maybe it’s best if he doesn’t spend too much time around s sleeping marks.
You make your farewells and without further adeiu, both groups set off in equal direction. <I’m not tracking your water supplies although for the sake of accounting for it, you’ve collected enough water and dried fish for about 2 weeks from the river.>
It’s a long, slow and boring walk with very little to see along the way that you haven’t already seen and very little to say that you haven’t already said.
You make your way to a safe-looking area with enough floor space for everyone to get another long rest in. There are two entrances/exits to your position and they are easily defensible. You make camp here.
Another long day of marching ahead of the group, they gather their belongings and continue onwards to the Silken Paths. Elmo leads the way in stealth as best he can and is as perceptive as ever of the dark tunnels and open caverns in the Underdark.
Coming across a growing number of varied fungi, Elmo notices
that this is becoming a rather thick growth of fungi. Some that he recognizes and others looking completely foreign. As he continues to move forward, and the group follows approximately 30-feet behind, to stay with Stool's telepathic spores range, he starts to notice that the way forward is overgrown by tall and tube-shaped bioluminescent mushrooms that grow to a height that towers over Elmo at about 10 ft, just touching the ceiling. It emits a bright light in this opened tunnel. With Elmo's strong sense of perception, he notices that there are a lot of purplish mushrooms that grow along both sides of him...and in a denser patch that blocks his path forward. Elmo also notices a group of corpses that these mushrooms seem to be...growing out of!
Following Elmo and approaching the brightly lit part of the tunnel, you all notice that that along both tunnel walls are many purplish mushrooms that grow in an unusually organized and separated pattern...
Those who attempt to discern whether or not those purple mushrooms pose a threat aren't sure exactly why but they do feel ominous...They're not sure because, by all accounts, they are indistinguishable from ordinary mushrooms. Stool is even convinced that there's something odd about them...but they look pretty much like a mushroom that you'd expect to find in the Underdark...except, of course, that sneaky suspicion that these, are in fact, not here just for looks...
Elmo's scratches his head to recall anything he might know or have heard about odd-looking purplish mushrooms that grow in the Underdark, sometimes upon corpses...he turns up nothing that specifically identifies this type of mushroom, although it fits some of the general descriptions of plant-life that normal folk wouldn't want to be around if they value their health.
"I don't be liking this, but if ye be burning those things, be careful. I'm not for smelling fungal smoke.. back in me days at Adbar High, there was a lad.. Fungal Froystone they calle him on the account of the fungal smell he had.. always smoking the Grungi as they called. Said it gave him 'visions'... That Dwarf lost his marbles I tell ye! "
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
To the party: "Well, I could light them up, but I'm worried about spores. Stool puts out spores that effect people all of the time without them knowing. Hell, we could be breathing something in and getting manipulated right now and not even know it. If I light them up they may put out god knows what. I'm up for it, but only if there are no better ideas (at this point I'll do a perception check on myself to see if I am feeling or acting any different than I normally would 19). My fireballs seem a little aggressive. Maybe start our experiments small? Somebody light an arrow up and fire it at those things to see how they react while we all stand way the **** back?"

Gremryl will pull the captain aside and ask
"Are there any more adbar dwarves still enslaved? Anyone he should look out for?"

Leon reaches forward and touches everyone in range.
Leon cast guidance on everyone except Morgana if she is in range.
Leon gets into range to see what Elmo has pointed out. Leon checks for the poisonous nature of these fungi.

Gremryl casts Divine Sense
