I've got nothing - I assumed we'd have already been swimming up at this point - hopefully we're not just standing around after the ceiling dropped having this conversation
I'm not going to let you wast a spell slot. You know that the black oozes and Glabbagool are communicating telepathically.
I was worried that the oozes were communicating telepathically, but that Glabbagool was listening to the party.

You still think words when you speak, which is 'heard' telepathically. If you want to speak next to a creature that only communicates telepathically without it overhearing, I'd rule you would need to roll for that.
So, do you want to fight these things, or try to convince Glabbagool to hold them back?
How tall is the corridor?
If Glabbagool can (and wants to) hold them back, I'm fine with that.
Or lets them pass 1 at a time, if we are trying to use them for more experience. Except our group is already beat up, so that would be risky.
But if the oozes are going to swim around Glabbagool when the water gets deeper, I would rather fight them now, using normal combat rules instead of underwater combat.

Glabbagool is large enough it can willingly block the corridor. Although the mental blasts from the other oozes is uncomfortable for it, and all of you. A bit of gentle persuasion to help you out may be required.
How much more time do we have before we break through the ceiling - if its another hour then we might as well take them out one at a time - if its like minutes - perhaps we should just hope they get washed away and we escape free and clear
Beegred will position himself to be on the opposite side of the ooze from Jimjar. That way, if the ooze moves away from either one of them, they will get an attack of opportunity. (Also, if either of them are hurting, they can disengage while the other keeps the ooze in place.)
I'm not sure where you think the ooze will be able to go? But if you want a different starting position, give me a grid location. My best guess of what you want above would involve moving the ooze one square to the right, which would put Narstin in melee range.

I was thinking G11, but H11 would be better to keep the ooze from moving.

For some reason, I thought these were more of the grey oozes. I should have realized that it was more of the Black Puddings that were in those traps.
After this one, not fighting any more of them if we can help it. Don't like the acid splash on melee hits, don't like the armor damage when we can't get repairs.

There was XP listed for post 2513, for the fight with the Black Pudding.
But we didn't get XP for the first grey ooze, the BP in the pit trap, or the grey oozes in the alcove. (Or talking with Glabbagool instead of fighting it, if that counts.)
Should we take care of all those now, or will that be summed up when the party escapes from this place?

Oh boy, that's a solid amount of XP, but the level difference is pretty damn large :D
Rodolfo is at roughly 3700 / 6500.
Actually, I'm wondering (and I apologize for being metagamey).. would we be able to take a long rest here before breaking through? If that's possible then Rodolfo could throw some more magic at the puddings. Taking both of them out would still be a stretch, but at least one should go down pretty easily.
No further interaction with Glabbagool, who is just occupying the hallway out of the fountain room?

Not a spellslot per se, Jimjar can cast it once a day. But good point, this is all telepathic stuff.

Have I lost you guys with this dungeon/encounter? I swear I didn't design it. it's from the module.

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. We can't handle all 3 at the same time, but one by one probably.

You can certainly try.
Narstin has 1 hour of work left to break open the fissure.
