The word Jimjar must be the gnomish word for turtle. With a speed of 20', he can dash roughly two-thirds of the distance across the bridge. Do I dare to clog up the bridge for a full round? It seems as if we need him on the platform, however. His 32 hit points, ability to make himself hard to hit by casting Blur, and his ability to cast blindness/deafness on an enemy could be very beneficial.
Assuming that Ront is across and off the bridge before Jimjar acts, it is fine with me if Jimjar is stuck on the bridge this round. (Will he cast Blindness on the drow Imbros, or one of the quaggoths? I would vote for the drow, to remove the leadership behind these brutes.)

The above happens, except for the javelin because Shuushar is blocking the entrance. So Ront gets to M10, but no javelin. He still has an action left. Or Ront can use his action to DASH and be at M10 with the javelin available for next turn.
Let's get Ront to M10, without the javelin. He can't attack anyone from that spot, and didn't realize he could get there without Dashing.

Ront would throw a rock. But using the javelin roll I made earlier for Ront, the rock misses badly.

There's also the option of Xilyrah casting Charm Person on the drow if she can get close enough, although her WIS is for shite and it would be at disadvantage. #don'tknowwhatthehecki'mdoingyetbuttryingtobeuseful
Yet another mistake on my part. Jimjar is supposed to be a spy NPC, not just a Deep Gnome. The spy is a rogue, has multiattack, a speed of 30ft, sneak attack and uses short sword and hand crossbow instead of pick and darts. However the rogue (even though he's a deep gnome), doesn't get any spell casting.
Do you want to keep Jimjar as a Deep Gnome or switch to the Spy?
Don't worry about having to go back and edit stuff. That doesn't bother me at all. Just try not to break the dice rolls.
Some of you have been ropleplaying the NPC's, and I appreciated the efforts, but I may have opened the door to problems. Obviously researching your NPC backstories can reveal some info your character shouldn't have. And some of the NPC's have the ability to really cause surprising outcomes and turn the story around. It would be a shame if you saw it coming because you read a spoiler somewhere. Or if you start metagaming expecting some NPC to be doing something you shouldn't even know is coming.
That being said, if you all wish to continue roleplaying, let me give you some guidelines regarding their personalities:
Buppido is "surprisingly gregarious and talkative, demonstrating a keen mind and a disarming manner."
Derendil speaks urbane elvish and mopes and complains about his curse and how he's losing himself. In battle, the elf prince disappears and the quaggoth viciousness takes full hold.
Eldeth is "high spirited and proud of both her heritage and her people’s achievement in reclaiming the ancient dwarven kingdom. Eldeth is stubborn and hates the drow and all other “corrupt dark dwellers” such as the derro and duergar. Eldeth wants to get back home, but she is also defiant and self sacrificing."
Jimjar is a Deep Gnome. He is "a feckless rogue with a devil-may-care attitude, a fondness for coin, and an obsession with betting on virtually anything and everything. Once he knows the characters, Jimjar regularly offers them bets on things from their own efforts (“I bet you ten gold you can’t get past that sentry without being seen”) to the outcomes of random events (“I bet you twenty gold this tunnel is the right way”)."
Ront is "mean, stupid, hateful and especially hates dwarves, as his tribe is at war with her people."
Sarith is a drow. He is sullen and keeps to himself. He is disgraced by his imprisonment. He continues to think non-Drow are inferior but is conflicted by contradicting Drow culture as he doesn't want to be killed in sacrifice. Sarith has short term memory issues.
Some of you have been ropleplaying the NPC's, and I appreciated the efforts, but I may have opened the door to problems.
You might've opened the door, but I barged through it guns crossbow blazing. I appreciate your patience regarding my newb-ness. It shan't happen again.

I was NPC role-playing from very general characteristics. (Ront = angry orc bully, Sarith = arrogant to non-Drow)
If any of that contradicts specific behavior for that individual, my apologies. (I assume that will be course-corrected when you get the puppets back after combat.)

Blindness on the drow, yes, if he is alive.

True!
Did I miss an attack that hit Derendil? I've tracked 21 damage so far. Two 6 damage hits (#356 and and #386) and the 9 this round)

Sorry, got distracted by the damage calculation on derendil and forgot it was Narstins turn too. Off to post...

Not a problem at all. I'd like to stay with the deep gnome version of Jimjar. I like the spellcasting capabilities he has.
Well, THAT was futile.

Any update on this Kerrec? Could affect Derendil's turn...
Derendil took 8 damage in the first round, post #253.
Aha, that's the one I missed! (And the damage didn't make it into the round 1 summary in #263). I'll go figure out his turn now
Not sure if I got a little too ambitious with what Buppido grabs from the armory.
(one of these days I'll post without going back and editing multiple times)
