I don't see anyone arguing for the Bag of Holding (since I asked in post 1759). In that case...
Beegred will grab the +2 short sword.

Rodolfo saw Narstin looking closely at the... things and as he doesn't know much anything about physiology then assumes that there is nothing to be done to help these... things. And away from this place is better than in this place.
Thanks to Skameros' new found madness he thinks this is just how the mushroom people do things and doesn't see anything wrong with it - but if the little people want to leave then he'll go with them.

Quick question, assuming the spores that the sovereign detected on skameros and derendil are from yestabrod's infestation spores, shouldn't he have detected it on Jimjar as well (since he entered the cloud and also failed the save?). I'm assuming those are what he'd be detecting.
And yah, once we get a long rest I can use lesser restoration to get rid of it from 2 people.
Lol, waiting for Rodolfo to chip into the conversation. Hopefully what he says will make things clearer for Sovereign Basidia and we don't have to roleplay confusing conversations.
I'm always aware of the risks of character deaths - Krizz wasn't my first pbp character to die - and since pbp games tend to be hard to come by to play in I wasn't ready to move on - plus I've never played this adventure so I wanted to stick around as much as possible to see how this game turned out. This seems a very technical game and you've done an amazing job of tracking and handling everything (rations, supplies, etc) so far.
Plus I don't thinks DM's get enough appreciation sometimes so I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate the work you're doing.
:) it happens man - its all good - your character creation rules about no climbing speed saved you from being tormented by one of my Tabaxi characters :P
I had a pbp character die at the final boss fight of The Forge of Fury - like flat out straight up killed (did enough damaage to take me to negative my max HP) that was a bummer - but my team made it out alive so it was all good.
Had one of the characters die recently in a campaign I'm running as well. Got ambushed by 4 enemies while scouting a bit ahead of the rest of the group and knocked out in one round. Then crit failed a death save after already failing one.
Yestabrod's Infestation Spores are defined as a disease.
What magic item did you choose?
Beegred, Eldeth and Jimjar's ammo should be restocked to qty 20.
And we move on...

Not set in stone YET, but OK. If anyone wants to argue, it is between you the players. I will not get involved.
The weapon seems like a good idea, go for it.
Do we have a consensus? Leave the Garden of Welcome to head back west to find Sovereign Basidia and then leave Neverlight Grove?

We don't have a Plan B, so Plan A it is. (Unless Basidia suggests something useful, that won't get the party killed.)

Yes, you are correct. Will fix my post.

Congratulations on completing chapter 3. Now, what is the plan? Where are you going to travel to? Or do if you stay in Neverlight Grove?
I suspect perhaps visiting the Deep Gnomes? maybe they can be of help to finding our way back to the surface?
also thanks Kerrec for putting up with at least me during this :) you are a good and patient DM

I don't know where that's coming from. But thank you for not bailing when Krizzibond was killed.

It's not that Krizzibond died, it's how it all happened. Not even a fighting chance. Even as a DM, I feel that's a pretty crappy way to go.

yeah see - that's just the way the game goes :)
plus for me - part of the fun is creating new and interesting characters
