You can move your movement speed under water Unhindered while you have Freedom of Movement. I'd say fly speed is a no go while under water but you can still move higher in the water or lower via swimming.
(That's what I figured, but doesn't hurt to ask. The fly speed was less about the moving up and down adn more about the fact that it's double my walking speed :P)
(And RAW, there's a few weaponst aht don't have disadvantage while swimming: "has disadvantage on the attack roll unless the weapon is a dagger, javelin, shortsword, spear, or trident.")
Seeing the kraken come into view, Imras quickly considers how to approach the fight. Eyeing all of the tentacles the creature has, he decides he probably can't use the same trick of darting in and out of the fight like he did for the last one, especially given his slower speed in the water and the fact that if he moves in to attack, he'll not be able to move away again right away. So instead, he simply settles for charging at the creature and stabbing recklessly at it with his rapier, sheathed in booming energy.
(bonus action Dash to move 60 feet to get in melee range, preferably to the side of his mouth, not directly in front of it, then [spell]Booming Blade[/roll] with reckless attack)
Booming blade Attack: 30 Damage: 56 (so 1d8+12 piercing from weapon, 9d6 from sneak attack, also piercing, 3d8 thunder damage from booming blade. If he willingly moves before my next turn, he takes another 19 thunder damage)
(Also, I just realized I totally forgot about the Haste spell last fight, coulda been taking another attack each round! Not that the second shot would do nearly as much damage without sneak attack,b ut still)
Imras finds a single piece of wood from a sunken ship sticking out of the sea floor. He uses it to push off and dart towards the Kraken like a torpedo with his Rapier out in front. Finding a vulnerable spot in its tough carapace. The Rapier sinks all the way to the hilt but the Kraken doesn't seem bothered by it.
Felicity is up! You are 60 feet away from the Kraken and Imras.
Your right Vanderlegion but I didn't think much of it because no one really uses those weapons, I know you have a dagger but the Rapier seems to be what you prefer because its finesse.
Also, It is a Rapier and a melee attack so you would have disadvantage, You did reckless so you have advantage which makes it a straight role. Luckily your first role wasn't the natural 1. Im also gunna ask you to roll all the damage separate from now on, Just for my own sake. Yup you were hasted last fight and you didn't use it!

You are Correct! I mis-read the last part of the Spell! You do not have disadvantage while you have Freedom of Movement!
Felicity you target the Kraken and cast the spell but it has no effect on the Leviathan. (It is immune to Paralyzed so the spell has no effect.)
On St.Clairs turn, The powder in his Firearms is wet and useless. Instead of shooting he raises his free hand and a drop of molasses falls into the water. Casting Slow on the Kraken. He too spends 3 sorcery points to give the Kraken Disadvantage.
Kraken Wis save at Disadvantage: 27
On a Spell save DC of 15, The Kraken fails.
The Kraken seems to become sluggish as time slows around it. Unable to move more then one of its Tentacles at a time.

Kraken DEX save: 9
There is a blast of green energy as a ball of energy, Conjured by Atticus hurls at the Kraken. It explodes as it makes contact with the Leviathan, Sending sprays of Acid that burn threw the Krakens carapace and tentacles.
Krakens Turn; It is Slowed so It can only make one attack.
Imras being directly next to it, One of its massive tentacles hurls towards you.
Attack: 31 Damage: 18
Imras you manage to Push off from the Kraken just enough to dodge the incoming Tentacle.
End of the Krakens turn it takes 12 points of acid damage.
It also makes a WIS save to overcome Slow : 30
The kraken is no longer under the effects of the Slow spell.
Imras you paddle around the Leviathan and find a spot where its armored exterior loks fairly thin. Driving your rapier into it, Once more sinking it to the hilt. The Kraken takes 74 points of damage with a single strike!
At the end of Imras's turn. The Kraken spends a legendary action to attempt a Tentacle attack on Imras once more!
Attack: 36 Damage: 17 Bludgeoning
Imras one its tentacles swing up behind it and slams into you, Wrapping itself around you. You are Restrained as the tentacle clutches around you.
After Imra's turn a Strong surge of water flows threw the chamber, Everyone make a STR saving throw of 23. You are pushed 60 feet away from the Kraken if you fail, Only 10 feet if you succeed.
A wave of water pushing her further away means the Kraken is not in range of Felicity's 60ft darkvision and she can't see it. She'll have to spend her turn getting back into visual range. She will use her movement and then dash to swim 30ft closer, and then as a bonus action she will Misty Step to get back to where she was.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Felicity is pushed back from the rush of water and vanishes from eyesight for a few moments before eventually returning, No worse for wear.
St.Clairs STR save: 12
St.Clair is also pushed away from the Kraken. Though he can still see everything despite being 100 feet away.
With little in his Arsenal to have an effect under the water. From where St.Clair had vanished into the darkness, 5 Burning rays come flying threw the water at the Kraken. He casts Scorching Ray at 4th level.
He then uses his Bonus action to Cast Misty Step and move 30 ft closer to everyone.
At the End of St.Clairs turn. The Kraken spends two legendary actions as he brings the Tentacle holding Imras to its maw and attempts to bite him. You are Restrained so that would give him advantage but you have a thing that makes it so no attack while you are not Incapacitated has advantage on you.
Attack:27 Damage: 22
As the tentacle moves away from the maw, Imras is no where to be seen. Having been swallowed by the Kraken. Imras you are Blinded and Restrained
As the kraken pulls Imras towards it's maw to swallow him, the elf manages to squirm and thrash around with his rapier enough that the creature can't quite get him in it's mouth.
(Use reaction for Defensive Duelist, "When you are wielding a finesse weapon with which you are proficient and another creature hits you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to add 7 to your AC for that attack.", puts me at 32 AC for the bite to just miss)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Great use of Defensive Deulist! Vanderlegion! Imras is squirming around just enough for the massive maw of the Kraken to miss him. He is not swallowed! You would not be affected by the Lair action because the Kraken is holding you.
First, Atticus STR Save vs 23: 27
Atticus the strong surge of water pushes you 10 feet back, So you move closer to the get Leviathan in range as a Spectral sword of Purplish energy apperates in front of the Kraken. It leaves a trail of energy as it slices threw the water and cuts open a piece of the Krakens armored exterior.
The Leviathan drifts threw the water as it moves closer to Atticus and Felicity, Pulling Imras along with it. Once in range of both you you, A tentacle each swings at you, attempting to wrap itself around you.
Attack vs Felicity: 35 Damage: 19 Bludgeoning
Attack vs Atticus: 26 Damage: 25 Bludgeoning
As each tentacle wraps around the pair of you, The feeling of water rushing pass comes again. This time its not the water moving but yourself as the Kraken slams you both into eachother, Using its bash attack.
Bash Attack: 34 Damage: 22 The damage is split between the both you if it hits both, If it only hits one then that person takes the full damage.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Remember the kraken takes another 15 damage from booming blade for moving)
Taking advantage of his ability to move freely, Imras slips out of the grip of the tentacle holding him and back around behind the kraken to stab it recklessly with booming blade once again.
Attack: 27 Damage: 13, piercing
Sneak attack: 32 additional piercing damage
Booming Blade: 19 thunder damage on hit, if it moves it takes another 19 thunder damage
Hex: 2 necrotic
Missing the tentacle he was aiming for, Imras redirects his blade at the creature's bulk, trying to sink it deep into the kraken's flesh instead.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Actually I just remembered, Imras make a Concentration check to see if you maintained the Hex after getting hit by the Tentacle.
CON saving throw. DC is 10 or Half the damage you took. So it would be 10 because you took 17 damage from it.
Either way the attack Hits, just need to know if the Hex is still up.
At the end of Imras' turn the Kraken spends two legendary actions as the tentacle holding Felicity is drifting in front of it. It brings the tentacle to its maw and attempts to bite Felicity.
Attack: 22 Damage: 16
As the Tentacle moves away, Felicity is no where to be seen. having been Swallowed by the Kraken.
