Ok, I am going to just take Saida's action at face value.
So the harpy begins to take off into the air, prompting the dire wolf and sickly wolf to lash out at her with their fangs. Direwolf AOO Attack: 16 Damage: 12 Sicklywolf AOO Attack: 24 Damage: 10

(WELP!) So the direwolf bites down hard on the harpies neck, crushing her windpipe and severing her spinal cord. The harpy falls down to the ground dead before hitting the groud. Once on the ground the sickly wolf snaps at the corpse as well, biting the harpys leg and with a vicious jerk rips the leg off at the knee
(So Saida had 1hp, and took 12 damage. The damage exceeded her maximum HP and so she is permanantly dead)
The sickly wolf will drop the severed leg and leap towards chatters, snapping wildly at the skeleton Attack: 18 Damage: 7
The wolf bites hard into the leg of the skeleton, splintering bone in its jaws with a sickening crack!
(Need a death save from odysseus and then Zinn is up!)

Zinn, surveying the carnage below him, is a bit surprised at how quickly the battle has turned in favor of the wolves. "I can't save anyone until these damned canines are dispatched," he says to no one in particular. So, he once again calls forth some arcane energy, targeting the dire wolf with Eldritch Blast.
The wolf is knocked backwards from the force of the blast, letting out a loud "yipp!" as the large wolf staggers to its feet, swaying and growling loudly.. The direwolf will then turn and try to flee into the woods (AOO from chatters and hungry if you want)
(it is almost dead so even if it manages to get into the woods you would probably kill it on your turn so I doubt it would get far... about 80feet into the woods... but if chatters kills it before it can flee with his AOO then you arn't going anywhere :D)
