(Pascal had disadvantage. The lower roll of 18 still hits, for 11 damage. However, the gladiator goes down from Drusk's mace, so I'm ruling that Pascal reluctantly switched to the Thief, instead of blasting the unconscious Gladiator.)
DM rolls
20, 12, 20
Attack: 9 Damage: 6
16
Results for that round:
These 3 must have been almost pass-out drunk, as their init and to-hit rolls have been crap.
Hildigrim (init 21) shoots an arrow at the Master Thief, hitting (17) for 16 damage (including sneak, since Quillary is next to the dwarf)
Quillary (init 16) cracks the Knight (27 to hit) for 9 bludgeoning + 5 poison. Fortunately, this is non-lethal melee poison, and the Knight goes down without attacking this round (init 8).
The Master Thief (init 14) avoids the spores (CON save 17), but again whiffs against Quillary. (The Thief keeps getting 1s and 2s on the dice, bleh.)
Jorin (init 14) hits the Gladiator 3 times for 34 damage. The Gladiator looks wobbly.
Drusk (init 10) manages to hit the Gladiator (13) despite the surging crowd. The 6 damage is just enough to drop the Gladiator (init 3). Drusk gives Jorin a wink. "Good thing I was around to save you from that Gladiator."
Pascal (init 8) was tempted to fire-bolt the Gladiator, but switches to the Master Thief (18 to hit, 11 damage).
When the Gladiator and the Knight drop to the ground, ghostly figures emerge from their bodies, and then escape into the ground. Those 2 adventurers are snoring peacefully.
The Master Thief has now taken 18 damage (lightly wounded).
The party notices that the screaming crowd that ran outside the tavern, is now a screaming crowd running back into the tavern. They stream to the bar on the west side, trying to get away from the front door and the fight on the east side.
Bursting through the doorway is a zombie, tall (but still humanoid sized). It is not lumbering like normal zombies. (Think modern movie active zombies.) It looks like a parody of the statue of Amphail the Just that you saw in the town center. It has grimy armor pieces around its bloated body. It has an enormous pot-belly with greasy yellow flesh. The face is Amphail mixed with troll features, with a moronic grin on its face. It is swinging a stone greataxe and chasing the patrons retreating into the tavern.
(Reminder that the map is in post 2172.) The zombie is at the front doors. Drusk and Jorin are 30' northeast of the front doors. Pascal is also 30' from the doors, but 10' west of the others. Quillary and the Master Thief are 15' north of them, at the long dining table. Hildigrim is 25' north of Quillary, 70' north of the front doors.)
Everyone post their actions for this round, including initiative rolls.

Quillary glances over at the zombie-troll-statue distraction, but stays with the thief, swinging her cudgel at it and swirling her spores.
Action: Attack thief with Shillelagh, blessed, but non-lethal, 30 to hit, for 11 magical bludgeoning non-lethal damage and 4 additional poison damage if it hits. Reaction: Halo of spores on thief, too, Con Save vs DC 15 or 4 necrotic damage
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(OOC: It is not a statue-zombie. It is a tougher-than-normal zombie that resembles a parody of Amphail the Just.
You know how Amphail should look, because you walked by his statue in town center.
Sorry about the confusion.
OOC2: I think Quillary hits with a 30. Rolling another d6 for the poison damage from the critical hit: 1 ... I guess Hildigrim must have pointed out something interesting. It was effective even without an extra to-hit roll.)
Drusk will move north to attack the Thief. He suspects that Quillary (with her extra 20 temp HP) should be freed up to fight the zombie.
Initiative: 10 Mace Attack: 21 Damage: 5
Pascal and Jorin are up. Jorin has advantage on his 1st attack only (from Volo's Help).

Jorin laughs at Drusk's joke, "Aye, you can have that one for your tally, now help me with this abomination!" He charges to the zombie, making a blender of his blades.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Jorin sees up closes that this is a Greater Zombie.
Normal ones are slow and easy to hit. This one is as agile as a typical person, and has pieces of armor over toughened skin (AC 15). They way it is swinging the greataxe and punching the tables show it is also stronger than an ogre!
DM rolls:
5, 5
A: 13 D: 5
BAA: 12 BAD: 11 ; SA: 12 SD: 12 + 4
13
(Jorin gets Divine Fury every turn, correct? I assume it is Radiant damage: 5 )
Results for that round:
Jorin (init 22) charges at the Greater Zombie, He swings his axe and swords at the same spot (13 to hit), but at the last second shifts his axe to a spot pointed to by Volo's talons (26 for advantage). He also uses a Hastened strike with his axe at the same spot (another 26). The sword is deflected by the zombie's armor, but the 2 axe strikes do 14 damage, plus another 3 Radiant damage from Divine Fury.
The Greater Zombie (init 12) strikes back twice. The greataxe is narrowly avoided (16 to hit), and its meaty hand smacks Jorin (26 to hit) for 11 damage. That is after Rage resistance... The hand slam had extra necrotic damage.
Quillary (init 11) gets a critical hit (30) on the thief for 15 bludgeoning + poison.
Drusk (init 10) moved next to the thief, and struck him (21) with the mace for 5 damage.
The Thief (init 8) avoids the spores (save 19). Its swings are getting better too (3 on the die), so Quillary had to move a half-step to avoid the blow this time.
Hildigrim (init 8) sees the Zombie trying to hurt Jorin, and his arrow connects (22) for 16 damage (including Sneak).
Pascal (init 5) seems distracted. All he wanted was nice meal, and to celebrate Jorin making his axe. These undead are really trashing this place, just after it was repaired. (Hopefully this will not happen at The Road's End.)... His firebolt misses (9 to hit).
The rest of the bar patrons are staying out of the way of the fight. The fearful screaming is a bit hard on the ears.

The Thief has taken a total of 38 damage (still over half health), and the GZ has taken 33 damage (over half health).
Jorin is in melee with the GZ at the front doors. Drusk and Quillary are 45' north, by the long dining table, in combat with the ghost-possessed Master Thief. Pascal is to the west of them. Hildigrim is a bit south of the stage (within short bow normal range of the front doors).
