"You are welcome, Kestrell my good man, and, yes, I think that you all have the right of it. Our rooms await! From what little I've heard of the place, it's a rough and tumble blue tunic sort of establishment, frequented by dock workers and the like, so probably best that we visit it before the hard drinking crews drift in with nightfall."

Lock will go up the stairs to his room, find a nice spot on his bed and sit down and think about the past. But for some reason, all he could think about was the future. So lost in thought he didn't realize the sun was coming up until it's rays crossed his face. He stood at the window, looking out at Waterdeep ready to do with what he was tasked.
He will make his way down before most show their faces and order a drink, something warm that will turn cold when he doesn't drink it. Then he sits at a table with enough room for all his new friends. They shouldn't be too long.

Kestrell retires to his room, "Man, even though I spend many nights under the stars, I sure do enjoy a soft warm, bed!" he thinks to himself, places his bow next to the bed, a dagger under his pillow, and falls asleep.
An early riser, he makes his way down shortly after Lockbox, sees Lockbox at a big table, and sits down next to him after ordering a coffee. "Good morning Lockbox! How did you sleep?"
"I didn't," Lockbox replies to Kestrell as he sits there with his now lukewarm brew. "When do we go find this lost friend?"

Asariel wakes from a long sleep and immediately smacks her head on a table she then bathes and dresses looking longingly at the comfortable bed. She realises how hungry she is and proceeds to order the fanciest meal she can find. She sits down at the table "did I miss anything?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

"Ahh, excellent. Another of our intrepid fellowship has awoken. Good morning to you, fair Asariel. No, can't say that you have. Missed much, that is."
'While Asariel is having breakfast and to allow additional time for other members of their troupe to make an appearance, Vassa will go examine the well, as well as the walls of the tavern. Does he notice anything of note, e.g. a notice board, posters, any strange decor or markings?'

As you wonder around the tavern you notice that the main impression it gives off is one of comfort. Sure the floor boards are a bit worn and there's a well off to one side that's 40 foot across and nearly 150 feet deep. But added to the rich blue tapestries, wood-paneled walls, tables of stout wood, and a well built bar, this common room is one of comfort. You do notice a parchment attached to a postboard to the side of the entrance:
Blood in the Streets! Gang activity continues to terrorize citizens of Waterdeep. The City Watch recommends that citizens remain vigilant, and report any suspicious activity immediately!
"Good morning Asariel!" Kestrell has another mug of coffee with a splash of fresh cream and wanders up to the bar: "This is some good fresh cream, where do you get it? Also, I've been carrying my bow around town while searching for the cobbler White and have gotten some strange looks. With all the gang activity going on, I don't want to leave it behind. Do you think I'll have any trouble if I continue to carry it?"

'Vassa will point out the poster to his allies. While he vaguely recalls seeing it last night upon entering the tavern, he's far more interested now that he has a job to do which may very well be related.'
"Hey... I don't suppose any of you think that this City Watch PSA might be in some way related to Floon's dissapearance, do you? I would hope that these gangs, like the one that Yagra mentioned... what was it called... The Xanathar Guild... aren't the ones who snatched our missing Floon. Err, I admint, that a big part of me was kind of hoping to find him asleep 'neath a table at the Shattered Dragon so that all we had to do was grab an ale and a bite to eat before trotting back over here to collect our gold from Mr Volothamp."
