Bulwark, shrugging off the minor blow the bugbear dealt to him, will let out a mechanical growl and enter a frenzy upon seeing stones go down again, trading his warhammer and shield for his maul, and recklessly swing at B8, as he sees the wolves attacking B9
Action Attack: 24 Damage: 13
Bonus Action Attack: 20 Damage: 15
Should the first attack fell B8, he'll move to B0 and use his frenzy attack on B0. If B8 falls after the second attack, he'll move to B0 and use his Action Surge to attack him.
Action Surge Attack: 27 Damage: 24
(Edit: Extra damage dice because ASA was a critical: 9)(Edit 2: Reroll for the damage: 7)
Dropping his shield and warhammer on the ground, Bulwark draws his maul and pounds on B8 repeatedly. Even three blows do not bring it down, although it is much more the worse for it with several broken ribs and a shattered jaw.
(everyone else may go in any order. Stones is down again, if anyone missed that!
Tock doesn't really understand from this far off what's going on with Stones, but he's still so very worried that he casts another Healing Word on him for 4 health.
To help the situation around there he'll take a shot at B8 to hopefully bring it down and free up Bulwark to take more control of the situation:
Attack: 19 Damage: 21
And he stands his ground and takes the attacks of B1 for another round, but not much more.
Also a concentration check to maintain Faerie Fire on B7: 11 - it stays up.
Gash will bonus action disengage with nimble escape and move thirty feet west then will use benign transposition as an action to teleport next to Stones
”I got ya buddy.”

Dog gives a thankful glance at Tock for dropping the bugbear who absorbed so much damage. He turns to the next one, who's more frenzied than the other, and levels his warhammer at it.
Attack: 25 Damage: 12 Extra Attack: 27 Damage: 14
(Did Gash's doubles stay with him when he transported to Stones? And is Genny alone on the carriage with Friend, surrounded by two bugbears? If so, Dog will use his movement to fly with his winged boots to stand over her to protect her. If I don't have that right, he'll stay put.)
Yes if Dog sees that Genny is all alone he will fly back and up onto the carriage, taking AoO's from 3 and 5 and ready to meet any threat from 1 and 4. I think the carriage is not covered at all, right, and Genny is totally visible to them? If she's hidden then Dog will stay put and signal to Tock, but if as I'm assuming she is not hidden he will try to stand astride her. He's been wearing the carrier most of the time so I'm assuming he had it on at they were getting ready to move out? Next round he will try to pick her up and put her in and fly up out of range.

Stones gets up saying “I need a vacation“ and moves northwest to C10. He then strums his Mac-Fuirmidh Cittern again, this time sounding like the first bar of “I Say a Little Prayer For You” and casts Cure Wounds on himself.

Tock looks from one bugbear to the other (BB1 and BB3) and says, "So which kind of a bug did your father **** to produce the lot like you? Bug-bear, get it?" He rolls backwards (bonus action: disengage) and runs north, to J4/J5. He then proceeds to duck quietly into the bushes and makes himself real hard to see with his cloak. (stealth check: 10)

Stones, frustrated by the fact he is too injured to dive into the fray, moves into the bushes at D9 and starts spitting, growling, and “mrowing” at BB7 casting Dissonant Whispers
On a failed (WIS14) save, it takes 4 psychic damage and must immediately use its reaction, if available, to move as far as its speed allows away from me.

(Yes, and yes. You can move but will be open to AoO.)
Tock's bolt pierces the ribs of its target and the bugbear falls, wordlessly.
Dog slams his hammer into B3 twice, not breaking any bones but leaving some serious tissue damage. (And moves?)
